    I called @12:30 as a walk-in and got a 1oclock with Ashley. Asked for a mens haircut and let her do what ever she wanted to. Best haircut ever! Also great trim on goatee! Ashley is a true professional! Will recommend to friends and family.

    Sarah was absolutely wonderful from the moment we got there to the moment we left. She made me feel like I was very important and she took her time and explained everything she was doing. This is my first time ever going to a hair salon because my mother is a hairdresser who is elderly now and Sarah made the experience wonderful.

    Just had a major nose surgery and could not wash my hair as needed. I went to this location next to publix and they were excellent. Got me in and washed my hair and styled for $8. I was very impressed with Amy, who helped me. I went around 10 am. They had 3 stylists working who were warm and friendly. Highly suggest Amy and her co-workers. Very easy, friendly and cheap! I will go back in a few days to have my hair washed again. Just remember how cheap the prices are and tip your stylist nicely.

    Located in a shopping plaza, it is convenient to get to. I made my appointment on-line, so I was a bit annoyed that I had to wait half an hour. I was very happy with my stylist who was very friendly and followed what I said I wanted done.

    My previous dye job was a bad, traumatizing situation. I walked into Fantastic Sam’s and the service was great from the get go. They hooked me up with stylist Ava. She was professional, attentive and took her time to do a great job. She fixed my hair! I have found my new hair stylist.

    Rita is an AMAZING hair stylist. She did an excellent job with my haircut. She turned a monster into a Prince. She was very attentive and listened to what I wanted done to my hair. She is a very professional stylist and has years of experience and it shows. Super easy to talk with and she cares about her clients.Also, I needed my eyebrows waxed and she went out of her way to make sure I looked flawless. I’m very hesitant about my eyebrows and she knew exactly what to do to make them look great. Would highly recommend her for any service. If you need a haircut, color, up do, eyebrows waxed, highlights, or any other service, SHE IS THE WOMAN FOR THE JOB! Give her a call and you will not be disappointed.

    Raegan is fantastic!, She is knowledgeable about cutting hair, and does a GREAT job. Dont forget to tip 20% too. I saw her get no tip by the 2 previous people. Not cool.

    I went in and wanting to be blonde, a full foil highlight, I did walk out orange, however they asked me to come back the next day to a different girl and I had a fantastic experience Ashley did a fabulous full foil highlight, my hair turned out literally perfect! Staff are very sweet and very client focused.

    I read the reviews and some were not very nice. This was my first time there and Amy did a wonderful job cutting my hair. She really listens and does what you ask and not what she wants. Also, all of the staff were very kind and professional. I will definitely be going back to Amy in the future.

    So far so good. I have long hair and wanted face angled layers that feather back. Apparently this is not a cut that has been able to be done in the past 15 years or so. I usually get cuts that dont layer back from my face and most of the time my cut is very uneven. Walkiria was my stylist. I explained what I wanted. She took her time and was very careful to make sure everything was even. She did a very good job for a first cut. Next time I will tweak a bit but I will go back to her.

    Nena is the best hair stylist I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! I will continue to work with her and recommend everyone to her as well. She was so attentive and the results were perfect- exactly what I wanted!!! Whatever you need done- she’s GOT YOU! Amazing person!!!!

    Nena is the best!!!! She washed, cut, and styled my daughter’s hair. This was the first time I have ever left a salon feeling like we received exactly what we asked for. She listened attentively to what we wanted and delivered above and beyond!!!!! You will not be disappointed if you book an appointment with Nena.

    Love this place and Lisa P.! She rocks, and I wont let anyone else touch this gray hair. Best cuts, perms and style. Alexis is always so personable and tries to fit you in wherever she can, but still allows for the right time for the right style. Thank you.

    My stars for Professionalism are strictly due to the amazing customer service I received from your stylist Tay. She was wonderful. I came in last week for a consultation, a wash, trim and blow out. From the moment she put me in the shampoo chair until the end when she was able to fit me in later the following week before my trip to Ny to have all over highlights done. The receptionist that checked me out made sure to remind me that she shouldn’t have taken the appointment because that would not secure her a 7:00 pm closing. Once I arrived(early) due to the receptionist comment from my previous visit and also knowing Tay would be stretched for time, Tay welcomed me to a chair and hurried away. While she bounced with very efficient time and ease her two coworkers, the receptionist and another stylist preceded to have a good ol fashion hen fest about how my stylist should have never taken me. That they drive way too far to stay late and how she had no idea what she was doing. Now even if I have grievances with my coworkers I know that you should never stand directly in front of the current customer and continue to go on and on how you are unpleased you are staying late. Now mind you Tay was able to not only get me out the door but the receptionist was able to get her drawer closed and lights out by 7:01. I will continue to come back to see Tay because I have looked for a long time for someone who listens to my concerns and takes the time with me. Thank you Tay, for being a sweet kind spirit. Not everyone can be as nice as you and I. To Fantastic Sams maybe a course on customer etiquettes would help resolve this issue.

    ***Update: The owner coordinated a redo of my daughters hair with Ashleigh (my historical hairdresser, as stated below), and my daughter was very pleased with the outcome. The situation was rectified in a professional and kind manner. Unusual in todays times. Thank you Debbie and Ashleigh.My daughter went in for a first-time hair coloring. She saw Walkiria. We explained profusely (due to the language barrier) that she wanted a barely there/very blended set of highlights, perhaps chocolate ones to accent her brunette hair, but no chunky streaks. The hairdresser decided on bayalage. I asked if she had the cap? She stated No I do foil. I was unsure with that and shouldve taken her out then, but chose to trust. My daughter came home with CHUNKS of nearly white blonde areas on the underlayers and light blonde bangs with light blonde streaks all over her brunette head. This was a $200 color and cut! She is devastated, to say the least. We are wondering if the lady even knows what bayalage means since its whole premise is to look natural. My daughter said that another hairdresser came over and ooed and awwd at the final product, talking about how great it looked. Do ANY of these people understand bayalage? Im puzzled...just puzzled at this place. Look people, go somewhere else and save your pride. Its simply not worth the convenience to be treated this way to receive a beauty school students version of a good color job. We are not non-tippers, troublemakers, nor complaint-motivated clients. In fact, Im a licensed medical professional trying to maintain my business locally.*Side note: We walked in to find my old hairdresser [Ashleigh], whom I texted to book an appt with several weeks back and she texted back she was no longer at Fantastic Sams [Great...would be professional to notify your clientele when you leave and come back, but I guess professional/dependable is asking too much?]

    I tired different salons in ocala. I finally found a place that cuts my daughters and my hair just like an experience we havent had in a while. In other salon we my ask for a style but you will not leave with it. We also like it there because their sweet and friendly. We just adore Kim she a wonderful sylist.

    Lisa P. has been my hair stylist for over 5yrs. She is the most amazing hair stylist and person ive ever met. She makes me look Hollywood everytime and knows exactly what to do with my hair. I would recommend her to everyone and to try her at least once . Once you have the experience and get to talk to her, you will umderstand why i am writing this review. ❤ Dont know what i would do without Lisa P. Thank you for changing my life and making me feel at home and like family when i come in.

    Professional and made sure I walked out looking like the way I wanted.Ive been going to various locations for the last 2 yrs. I get the roots lifted and recolored. Then I go home wearing a ball cap, straighten it and put some oil in it.This was the first time the stylist made sure I walked out looking like the way wanted to. She straighten it and then put this liquid flat iron in it and it was fantastic - heh. Catch that?

    I had my hair done today by Andrea she was amazing the shop was clean all the girls were friendly and had Smiles on their face I would highly recommend this place to anyone and the fact that they use Chi products is actually a plus to me because in the past using Redken my hair had faded within three months time and the color was already washing Out 3 days later so I definitely recommend Fantastic Sams they have great beauticians there friendly girls with smiling faces
