    Amazing experience, hands down one of the most magical event at Disney. Becoming a princess, picking out the outfit and accessories was such a immersive journey with assistance from the fairy godmother herself. It was really a fantastic adventure. The downside was how long the wait was between getting checked in, selecting the dress and then getting make up and hair completed. The entire process was one and a half hours, there was nearly an hour wait between selecting dress and getting make up done. We had Belle as our assistant and she was so fantastic with my daughter! Definitely worth every penny, and many pennys were needed .

    The absolute best and must do Disney experience/pampering for your little princess or prince. There is several different package types to fit whatever spending limit you want. I do suggest booking six months in advance because they book up super quick.

    Took my 7 year old for the first time. She loved every minute of it. They are in a different location than I thought. They have their own building instead of being in the Disney store. The only cons for us were price of course but its Disney what do you expect! Also we wish they had more hair styles to choose from. My daughter really wanted Annas fancy braided updo.

    We got there late and they still took us for my daughters appointment which was absolutely nice of them to fit us in. Everyone was super sweet to us. They made my daughter feel happy and beautiful. The stylist did a wonderful job on her hair and make up. It was totally worth the price for the experience and making our daughter feel like a real princess for a day. My daughter loved her princess outfit so much she didnt want to take it off. If your child has never experienced it we totally recommend them.

    My daughter was happy when she left. She did mention she cried a little cause they have to pull the hair to get it right. My wife told me its normal, and yeah, its going to hurt. When we left to see Cinderella, she looked adorable. Overall, it was a good experience

    Every little girl and every boy wants the opportunity to dress like their favorite Disney character and the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique does just that! They made our daughter feel so magical. They called her princess and worked hard to make sure she felt like royalty. They have packages at all price points and work hard to make sure everyone feels included. I highly recommend making and appointment a few weeks in advanced otherwise the wait might be a little long. We were able to schedule an appointment a few days before we went but I don’t recommend waiting till the last minute. If you are doing the Boutique for a birthday experience I suggest you mention that to the staff and they will give you and extra special birthday sash at no charge!

    Wonderful experience here!! We went for our oldest daughter and ended up with all three kids wanting to participate!!! They were kind, in character, they checked for certain things in clever ways Aka head lice, my children had zero idea they had even been checked! Which of course I appreciated. Our son even decided to participate and had a BLAST!! We were just chatting with our youngest and she’s begging to go back!!!

    Had such a great experience. Took my daughter there for her 4th Birthday and it exceeded my expectations. From the time we signed in to the time we left. We were treated great... My daughter Fairy God Mother Chanda was absolutely amazing.. Very patient and explained everything and made my daughter feel like a princess..couple of reasons I did not give 5 stars, 1. we were told only 2 people were allowed back, but we seen familys with 3-4 members so it was a tight fit. 2. just an FYI... I wanted to get my son a knight package, but on the reservation line, they said no more room. But, When I got in the back, the girls told me that they could have squeezed him in. Next time just ask the front girls. Boys only take like 10-15 min. i was bummed.

    Even with an appointment it was a 40 min wait, but really thats on pare with everything else in Disney. Once inside it was quite magical albeit crowded. Our fairy godmother in training was excellent and seemed to truely enjoy her job. In all the ruckess I forgot to tip her, I feel terrible but hopefully I can over tip next time 😬

    Absolutely worth every penny! Especially if you are lucky enough to get the makeup/hairstylist FairyGod Mother HANNAH! She 100% made the experience! She made my daughter feel like royalty on her birthday. It was an experience she nor I will ever forget - hence our facial expressions.

    Was a really special experience for my nine year old daughter.Very expensive! But its an extravagant once in a life time treat!Booking required MONTHS in advance!I would recommend purchasing your disney dress before travelling to Florida as Disney charge extortionate prices to get the dress there.Was lovely to visit the park and get such special treatment as a princess after the make over.

    A little pricey but super magical! My six year old LOVED this! We did the package that was just over $200 and she got to choose from a ton of beautiful princess dresses/outfits, had her hair, makeup, and nails done, a princess carriage necklace, 2 crowns, a light up wand to go with the princess of her choosing, and we got to keep all of the hair brushes/accessories used, plus the makeup and nailpolish, and they give you some shampoo and makeup remover all to take home. Pay the 5 bucks on mousewatcher to get an appointment! Completely and totally worth it! Will be doing this again when my younger daughter is bigger!

    Awesome customer service! Amazing and magical experience. Everyone is so nice and gentle and kind. My niece decided to change her dress in the middle of the process and it was not an issue, the staff were very kind and understanding. My daughter has really curly hair and it was not a problem, they had the right tools and professionals to make her loo like a princess. Hairdos and costumes are amazing! Everyone is so nice and treat all the family very well! Amazing experience!

    My daughters had an absolutely fantastic time here! Now granted it was a little bit on the expensive side but it was worth every penny. They even had a little night package for my son but he didnt keep it on. My daughters loved every minute of it from the dresses to the makeup to the hair. Definitely think I might have to do this again if we go down there anytime soon!

    My daughters and nieces felt like princesses! We brought our own dresses for them and the staff were so nice and took great pictures! Be sure to bring cash to tip. They get to choose their hairstyle. They can purchase dresses there or bring their own. Take lots of pictures! Fairy godmother presents a little video in the changing room. Its so magical! They also have knight packages for boys!

    We were lucky enough to get Sheila at the boutique. Her and her assistant, I can’t believe I didn’t get her name, were so patient and really went out of their way to help our daughter who was there on her 4th birthday get comfortable and helped get her excited when she got shy and didn’t want to cooperate. They were amazing and you could tell they truly cared about making a memorable experience for little ones. So thankful we had them them as I don’t think anyone else would’ve been able to make it happen! Thank you both so much!!!

    Omg!!!!! So fun. My daughter had the best time getting her make over. She was so scared at first. Ocean our awesome fairy god mother made it so much better. She was kind and patient and awesome.     My daughters birthday was today and we surprised her with a princess make over and she LOVED it !!! The ladies were very kind and made her feel so special. My other daughter that 4 came with us and she was kinda sad she wasn’t getting a make over ( she will on her birthday) but they even gave her some special treatment!!!! This was the best !!! We brought our own dress and shoes and I’d recommend that to everyone!!!! Saves you A LOT of moneyThank you from our family !!!!

    We visited in October for my daughters 8th birthday and we surprised her with the princess make over. She had received a Belle dress as a gift a few months back so we brought that instead of paying additional for a dress at the store. My daughter absolutely loved it, its expensive but the smile on her face made it priceless. I didnt think they would actually be able to do her hair (ethnic hair) but they did a great job on it. We would do it again in a heartbeat.

    My daughter enjoyed her experience at the Disney Springs location. Tip we saved money by dressing our child with a princess costume of her choice and brought her here for her hair and makeup. She loved it and we will be back !

    Worth the splurge! Literally treated my 3yo daughter like a princess. I was concerned that they may not be able to work with my daughters short very curly hair but her fairy godmother (in training) was an amazing stylist and was able to slick it up into a gorgeous bun. Loved the consultation in the dressing room and that they gave the girls opportunities to choose their styles. They also involved the parents enough for us to feel special as well.

    The best experience for my daughter. Fairy godmother in training Amanda was outstanding making my little girl feel like a princess. My daughter is a bit shy and sensitive and at one point started crying because her hair was “too tight” she does this at home as well. But Amanda and the rest of the fairy god mothers in training quickly came to action and that response brought that smile right back and a quick fix! Amanda apologized several times but it was definitely not necessary. She went above and beyond for the greatest experience and can’t I thank her enough!!! Highly recommend the experience!

    My wife and I were able to schedule BBB for our daughters birthday. We had reservations at 6pm and showed up at 5:45pm. Angela, who was guarding the door said to come back 5 mins before our reservation. We came back at 5:54pm and she said we had to wait another min. Another family comes 2 seconds after Angela tells us this and informs her they have 6pm reservations and lets them through the door right in front of us. I look at her and ask, are we good to go in now? She looks at her watch, waits a very long time before saying Oh yes looks like its 5:55pm. Other than Angela at the front, everyone was very pleasant and kind. Our daughter had a great experience picking out her Princess dress and accessories. Gaby did a great job interacting with our daughter and making sure it was a special night for her.

    We did this for our daughter prior to dinner at Cinderellas castle. She LOVED it. It definitely was one of the best experiences we have had at Disney. I cant say we would do it again (only because its just one of those once in a lifetime things) but I would definitely recommend it. We worth it for my little girl!!!

    Got my 4 year old daughter the Frozen Crown Package and she absolutely loved it. The fairy god mothers who worked with my daughter were amazing. They treated her like a princess the whole time and its an experience shell never forget. Id suggest this for anyone with a daughter.

    I took my 3.5 year old here for our trip to WDW since we had a dining reservation for Akershus. We arrived late (we’re from California and didn’t realize how long it takes to get places around WDW property!) and they were understanding and still honored the reservation. We waited probably around 30 minutes since they were a tad behind but it’s understandable, considering I wasn’t the only one who was late. My daughter is a bit shy and everyone who helped us during her experience was so very nice to her. Our fairy godmother in training was Taylor, and she was very nice and patient and made sure my daughter was comfortable the whole time. We loved the pictures that they took. Such a fun memory! I recommend every princess do this at least once!

    Our granddaughter enjoyed it to the fullest. Very well organized except the parade which did not position kids per height and allowed 2 girls without customs to participate. They also allowed other people to ride the carousel which was a special ride for the princesses. Other than that, it was worth every penny.

    They told us to come in 1st thing to check if any cancelations and we did and we were able to get an appointment for our 4 year old. She was a royal pain bouncing from dress to dress and not once did any of the fairy godmothers complain or show any ughhh reactions. They were really about the princess having her day. We went from castle Felix package to just hair, makeup, nails, crown and wand because my daughter didn’t like the texture of the very nice dresses. The stylist was amazing and my daughter loved the pampering. Prices weren’t that bad honestly we spent like $130 and the time wasn’t that bad either we were in and out overall in an hr i think maybe less. I highly recommend going it’s a great experience

    This place was fabulous and so worth it for my granddaughters 3rd birthday celebration. FThe staff were super friendly and stayed in character no matter what they were asked. They had tons of cute stories and really tried to make the experience special for your little princess. Our fairy god mother in training even sang along with my granddaughter to the Disney princess songs that were playing in the background while doing her hair and makeup.The place was decorated beautifully and nice and clean. When you walk in you get greeted and from there your princess gets to pick out her dress, hairstyle and accessories depending on the package you get. We got a $212 package that included a super cute princess dress (our princess chose Ariel), a crown and wand that were VERY high quality and her hairstyle included a mini bun crown, and a red/orange hair piece.Once you have picked all that you go to the back into a gorgeous fitting room and your dress is hanging up waiting for you along with your accessories. The mirror also acts as a little video before you get dressed with the fairy god mother talking to your little princess. Then you head to the salon area where the little girls get their hair and makeup done along with their nails painted. I gave this a 4 because my granddaughters bun was crooked, they hardly put any makeup on her and her nails looked a hot mess and came off that very evening after swimming at the hotel. In addition they tell you the experience will take about 45 minutes but it appears they grossly over book so there is allot of over crowding and waiting which is not good especially for young children. When they leave they also get to take their comb, makeup, rest of the jewels they put on their face, nail polish, sash, back pack and my granddaughter got a super cute carriage necklace but I think that was because it was her bday. You can also purchase all their natural hair products as well.Once your princess is looking perfect you then go to Cinderella carriage to get some professional pics. Another reason why I rated this a 4 was because the photographer did not hardly get any good pics of my granddaughter here which was hugely disappointing for me. They also take a few while they are getting their makeup and hair done. Its $70 to get all of the pics and I totally would have done that if more of the pics turned out good. Overall I would rate this a 3.5 but since I cant I rounded up to a 4.Overall this was an awesome experience and my daughter literally cant wait to do it again!

    BOOK WELL IN ADVANCE!!! I cannot stress this enough. Took my daughter here for her 7th birthday; took us over a month before we got an actual appointment. BRING YOUR OWN DRESS! We got one from Pink Princess for just a few dollars more and got SO many compliments from staff and customers alike, plus we didnt have the same dress dozens of other girls had, and it was much higher quality. TAKE YOUR OWN PICTURES! The camera people were very rushed and didnt get a single good picture while we were there, or at least didnt save any to our Photo Pass if they did. If you can, ASK FOR NIKITA!!! Shes been there for 7 years and LOVES what she does. She was so wonderful! She truly embodied what it means to be a Disney employee and made my daughters day perfect! Would definitely do it again with what we know now; overall had an amazing and magical experience.

    My granddaughter went here during our family vacation to Disney. We visited on 10-17-2018 and our Fairy Godmother-in-training was Meli. Once you check in and are called back, its sooo wonderful :) The employees work very hard to make sure that youre child looks and feels just like a princess! They are great at what they do! I can honestly say that this was one of the big highlights of our visit. Simply magical!

    Took my two daughters to the Disney Springs location. Our two fairy Godmothers Ruby and Rebecca were absolutely magical. Our girls loved the entire experience. We bought the base package and added on two Ariel Dresses and t-shirts. Both daughters felt like princesses the entire time we were there. I would highly recommend this experience for any aspiring princesses or knights.

    My granddaughter’s fairy Godmother was Claire at Disney Springs. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. My granddaughter is not talkative with strangers but Claire had such a way with her that made her open up and she had the most amazing time ever! We will be doing this for her birthday every year from now on. Thanks, Claire, for making this such an amazing experience!

    My girls have been fortunate enough to experience this twice. The staff was wonderful, the transformation was magical. Yes, it is expensive, but to me, worth every penny.My only complaint would be how hard it is to get in. They should consider expanding the boutique so more girls can experience this!

    Had a really good experience!!! The God mothers in training were so wonderful!!!! We had a little accident with our granddaughter whom is in a wheelchair, rubbed her arm on the wheel it started to bleed (all over the dress). Angie assist with getting a new dress. They went above and beyond to replace the dress!!!! I cant thank them enough for the wonderful service!!!!!

    So this is a spa and dress-up opportunity for your little princess. They will get coiffed - complete with glitter - a choice of dress, and generally made-up. It will be pricey, so it depends on your tolerance. Their hair will usually be put into a top bun, so it also depends on your childs preference on how their hair is done. It may be fun for them, depending on your childs desire to do this.

    Kids love being dressed up! This place is good for both boys and girls. And the most important thing is that they have appointment spots! The boutique in Disney World is booked solid for months! Come to Disney Springs for the same experience. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Prices are high but that is expected.

    The one at Disney Springs is easier to get into vs the one at the park. This is a must have experience for little ones. My daughter felt like and looked like a true princess. A little pricey however, you do get alot for the amount you choose to spend. They have different packages to choose from. They only time my daughters hair was brushed without throwing a true fit.     Just went with my wife and daughters who are mixed race. We were so worried they wouldn’t have a clue what to do with their hair but they totally blew us away! Wife cried seeing how specially they were treated and how beautifully done their hair was. They absolutely deliver what they offer and they do all hair types which if anyone has mixed kids they understand it’s hard to find he right tools and styling products for.

    This was my daughters true wish come true. All she wanted for her wish was to be made in to a princess. I would definitely say that if you plan on going to some of the parks after would recommend paying extra for the more comfortable shoes for your little one. They can also make your little man a knight.

    It’s not cheap but the joy the staff gave my daughter is absolutely priceless. The drive back to our hotel alone had my daughter lecturing me on how wrong I was to suggest magic mirrors weren’t real. She and I know better now! Magic is real and this place has convinced us both of it.

    We visited the boutique last week and it was wonderful! My daughter loves everything princess, but has a few sensory issues that often cause meltdowns, etc (itchy princess dresses being one of these things). We experienced a language barrier with our first fairy godmother, when trying to explain the situation, and she got quite flustered and left us in the dressing room. I was in the process of getting my daughter dressed back into her clothes when Corrinna knocked on the door. I am assuming she must be the fairy godmother who they assign the difficult cases. She was nothing short of amazing from the moment she walked in. She sat down on the floor next to my daughter and really talked to her. She asked her a bunch of questions (but not in a quizzing manner) and left the room to search for a dress. She returned with 3 dresses and explained that, though my daughter had her heart set on being Rapunzel, the Rapunzel dress was one of the itchiest they had so she was offering other suggestions. She had my daughter try on all 3 dresses and showed her how to slip them on so that the itchy part (tulle, netting, etc) wouldnt rub her arms/back in the process. Corrinna didnt loose her fairy godmother, calm personality through all of it (including several small meltdowns). She was wonderful and distracting the attention away from the dress/itch factor by telling stories about what it is like to be going to fairy godmother school and where they live while training, etc. She managed to get my daughter through the whole dress, hair, nails, makeup process with almost no tears. She was even able to pull her hair into a tight bun which is something I havent been able to get her to do in several years of ballet. I highly recommend including this in your Disney experience! If your child experiences any sensory challenges, ask if you can request Corrinna when scheduling your reservation. My daughter was so disappointed when our first fairy godmother left the dressing room and I honestly thought she going to miss out on the experience. I am so thankful Corrinna was there that day! :-)

    This is probably one of the most magical things we have ever done! Took my little girl last week to the BBB in Disney Springs... came in expecting something special but boy was I ever surprised! We had the most wonderful Fairy God Mother in training named Devin! My little one has super curly hair and after being in the park all day her hair was tangled she managed to make the most beautiful up do... she was so patient and so kind and never stopped telling her stories and keeping her entertained ...     My daughter loved the whole experience of being turned into a Disney Princess, I thought she would for sure get sick of wearing a costume around all day but boy was I wrong.     Just wanted to say how special my daughters Bippity Bobbidi Boutique experience was in Disney Springs with her stylist Dahlia. I listened to the other ladies too...and we hit the jackpot with Dahlia. So sweet with my daughter and had the sweetest disposition herself. We had ours done in Magic Kingdom.The wife and I have been promising our niece for the past six years (since she was 1-1/2 years old) that we were going to take her to WDW and give her the full treatment at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. Last week we made it happen, and the experience was everything we hoped it would be.She debated for weeks over which princess she wanted to be and finally chose Belle. The staff made a HUGE fuss over her and had her believing that she was the most special, most beautiful girl theyd ever seen. Its a well rehearsed schtick, but highly effective. After they fitted her dress it was off to the salon, and the beautician gossiped and engaged with her as she transformed her into Belle, complete with hair styling, hair flowers, makeup, nails, glitter, and character-specific jewelry (which much to my surprise was not cheap garbage). My wife and nieces mother, both of whom are some pretty tough broads, were bawling the entire time and the staff had boxes of tissues right on hand. Afterwards we trotted her out in front of the castle for some glamour shots. She shed the dress less than two hours later because of the heat and the boutique shipped it to our hotel room, but her hair style and makeup stayed intact the rest of the day.The dress they provided was an actual dress, not the cheap costume outfits they sell in the gift shops. The fit, detail and quality was impressively good for a girl that will likely grow out of it in less than 6 months.And in case youre curious, the full treatment came out to $244.

    It was great! It was so magical!!!!!!! My FGIT (fairy godmother in trainjng) was so nice and made so much conversation about what its like to be a FGIT. It didny hurt my head when she did hair, she kept checking to make sure I was alright. The picture opportunities were good. I look great and I didnt get the princess dress package. It was really nice plus we even got a makeup pallet and a whole bottle of super cute nail polish it was great I suggest the crown package

    My daughter loved getting her hair done, make up and her sparkly nail polish with her Elena of Avalor costume. Thank you for making her feel like a real princess and making her look beautiful. I just would of preferred natural colors for the eyeshadow but I liked the option of colors for the lipstick and the color of the blush. I wish they would of had Ariels wedding dress as an option for a costume.

    My little girl had her makeover last August when we visited. We did the Castle package, hair, dress, nails, all of the accessories. Yes, its VERY pricey, but if you can save the money to do it, I highly recommend it! We already have our appointment booked for this August when we go. The only reason we wont be doing the full Castle package this year is because my little girl wants to be Princess Merida and well be making her a less froo-froo Merida dress than the one offered by Disney. Otherwise, we would be doing the full package with the dress all over again. Even if you cant afford the most expensive package with the dress, buy a dress from Walmart or Target and at least get the hair/nails package. The Fairy Godmothers-In-Training will make your little girl feel so special, and all day long Cast Members will address your little girl as Princess. Worth every penny!!

    The boutique was very nice. We did visit the old location a few years back when it was just a cubby in the corner of the disney store but now theres a lot more magic involved. You get your own changing booth to change into your Disney dress along if you bought one ahead of time along with the fairy godmother who surprises you in the mirror. Then you go into the boutique to get your makeover. All the stylists are very professional and happy to make your daughter into the Disney priness she chooses. Then you do a quick photoshoot with a smaller version of Cinderellas carriage and if you want you can take more photos over by Ghirradelli chocolates with some fun backdrops.

    As you know, Disney loves to make money. They go as far to take stuff away, give you less of an experience, but continue to charge more and more each year. Disney springs is pricey, but they offer tons of available options for restaurants and shops and loads of merchandise. Not all merchandise is Disney branded merchandise. They gave some very high class shops here. I very highly recommend. Lots of themed restaurants to choose from, with very detailed when it comes to audio, and vusials and cast members staying in character. I enjoy myself everytime I visit.
