    First time at the salon, beautiful! but not my first cut/color with my all time FAVORITE stylist, who brought me into the salon, Alejandro! He always takes the time to go over exactly what I want, is super patient, and I always have the best time in his chair! He is by far the most talented, creative, and welcoming stylist and human! He’s definitely inspired me to get a little spicier with color, and expanded my style! Alejandro is a GEM! 🩷

    Moving is never easy. Especially when it comes to finding a new reliable hair stylist. I tried many places in Orlando before landing in Anna’s chair at Leal Marston Salon. Not only did she give me a very relaxing head massage, she listened to me as well as gave feedback on how to achieve the hair style I wanted. This salon is absolutely my new go-to for all my hair needs.

    Caylan is a 5 star hair stylist! She is talented, professional, and brings my vision to life every time.     I went and got my hair done for my 21st birthday by AnnaGrace and she took my dream hair and made it a reality. I cannot recommend her enough! She’s is a such a sweetheart and really put the work to lighten my hair to the blonde that I wanted! I now have a hair stylist I will go to every time.     Hands down, best salon in Orlando! Not only is everyone absolutely beautiful (both clients & stylists), but they are all incredibly talented. I’ve been seeing Kevin for 3 years now and every single time I walk out of there, I feel like the baddest b** in town. This man gets allll the credit for my glow up ✨ First time I ever came in, my hair was fried blonde and I knew I needed a change… 3 years later and I have people ask if my natural hair length is extensions!     I’ve been going to Anna Grace since I began getting highlights, and she saved my hair! Grows out so well, I only need to go in every like 6 months to get it refreshed. Nails the color and tone every-time and I love the layers! Not to mention she always gets me some coffee or a mimosa while I’m getting glammed 🥰 (this is the only pic of it I took today LOL)

    Juliana is so talented!! She’s such a sweetheart and I cannot thank her enough. I had gotten my hair done somewhere else,(NOT at Leal Marston) and my hair was yellow, white, orange, just everything under the sun. And I came into the Leal Marston salon for a consultation to see if Juliana could fix it and I could tell she genuinely cared. She told me she could only get me in the next few weeks and I almost started crying honestly because I had a special event coming up and she was able to squeeze me in super last minute which is something I am super grateful for. When she was doing my hair, she took her time, I could tell she wasn’t rushing, and the best part is that she gave me EXACTLY what I wanted. She listened to what I asked for and I loved that she made it super important for us to be on the same page. The best feeling is leaving the salon with the results that you actually asked for and having a hair stylist listen. Juliana delivered those results I’m definitely going to be back in the future. Once again cannot thank her enough!!

    I’ve been going to Christine ever since she started. Since the first time I sat in her chair, I knew I was in good hands. Whether I want to chat or sit quietly, Christine is always the most amazing company. Her talent with hair is unmatched! Even when I don’t exactly know what I want, she knows all! Went through a ton of stylists and received some questionable cuts, but finally stumbled across this gem!Heather did my hair and my gosh— it looks and feels so luxurious. I’m absolutely ecstatic about my cut! I usually do a big chop once a year. Heather is so sweet and very communicative, great listener.The whole salon is such a vibe.     I’ve gone to Abri for years, she is the only person I truly trust with my hair. She always makes me look and feel amazing, and at this point I do consider her a friend. She’s squeezed me in for bang trims when needed and is always down to do something fun with my hair. The entire salon is full of smiling faces and there’s talent everywhere. My fiancé sees Emily for his haircuts (he has naturally curly hair) and she does a killer job as well, on top of being super sweet. I’m loyal to Leal Marston and you probably should be too. 💁‍♀️

    Kevin has been my stylist for almost 5 years. He’s honest and tells me what’s best for my hair. I am extremely picky with my hair and I have never had a complain. I love my balayage and hair cuts. I am proud to call Kevin my friend. Make sure to book him because you’ll be in great hands!!!

    I first made an appointment here back in 2019 with Kevin and haven’t been with anyone since. I came in with extremely over processed hair and a horrible haircut so definitely a challenge. Kevin was and has been nothing but patient throughout the years. He’s always down to changing up colors; we’ve done ash blonde, brown, pink, and recently auburn. Not only that but my hair stays healthy and has never looked over processed. My hair is also the longest it’s ever been and grows fast even when we cut it. The studio is also very clean and organized. I’m always asked where I get my hair done and will always recommend here!

    BEST SALON EVER! I feel so happy the minute I walk in. Everything is so modern, clean, and organized! Eric Leal & Jeffrey Marston are two of the most incredible owners/people I’ve ever been around - they really know how to run a salon! During my appointments with my favorite hair stylist (Michelle), Eric (the owner) has offered the options of: espresso, water, champagne, rosè, or coffee to drink...which I’ve never been asked before (especially by the owner) at a hair salon - plus he is so kind and personable! I highly recommend requesting Michelle if you are interested in leaving the salon feeling beautiful and confident. She has an amazing personality and is extremely talented when it comes to hair...I leave the salon feeling so happy & beautiful after an appointment with her. ALL of the stylists are incredible! If you are in Orlando you must book an appointment at Leal Marston!! I promise you will want to keep going back. Can’t wait for my next appointment!

    I have been working with Jeff Marston since he started in the business and he is fantastic! He listens and makes recommendations and is so talented in his hair styling and coloring. So proud that he now has his own salon, which has a cool downtown location. It’s big, bright and clean. Jeff never makes me wait more than 5 minutes, if that. Staff is super-friendly and professional. I highly recommend Leal Marston Salon!

    Christine is a dream! Not only does she genuinely care about her clients - she truly listens and pays close attention to what they want - but her technical skill and creativity are completely unparalleled. I have never been happier with a haircut in my life - and she delivers every single time. To have found a stylist with such consistency in quality, professionalism, and warmth as a person...I will follow her anywhere! (But I hope she stays at Leal Marston, because its a gorgeous salon!)

    Hands down, the best salon in all of Florida. I started getting my hair done by Michelle Leal around 6 years ago and I will never let another person touch my hair unless it is Michelle! I drive from Miami up to Orlando to have my hair done at this salon. Michelle gets my dark brown hair to a platinum blonde without damaging a single strand! You can not go wrong here with any of the stylists. Every employee here is the most welcoming and kind individual you have ever met. Eric, one of the owners, is an absolute gem of a human! I can not say enough good things about this salon. No matter what you want done to your hair, you will NOT be disappointed here.

    Amazing color and cut by Michelle! I hadn’t cut or colored my hair in over a year and a half when I went last month. Michelle was wonderful and made sure I would be set through the holidays since I’m not great about going to the salon consistently. The other staff members were extremely friendly and everything was clean - face masks everywhere and lots of personal space, fun music and good ambience! My kinda spot and service. I posted this on Yelp, too, but figured I should spread the word more since I love this salon so much.

    Above and beyond haircut experience today! Emily was my hairstylist and I am so grateful the receptionist, Eric, recommended her to me. Lets start off with the salon: beautiful, spacious and clean! Love that they use Oribe products. The chairs they have while they wash your hair elevates the experience because its so comfortable. Every salon needs these ergonomic chairs. Emily was kind and welcoming. But what I really loved about the experience was her focus and attention to detail during the whole process. She listened intently to what I was looking for and worked her magic. So grateful! :) Will be coming here again!

    Okay, listen. I don’t normally write reviews, but Christine really killed it the last time I saw her (and every time before that). She is so wonderful that I followed her from her last salon — and that’s saying something given that I usually only cut my hair once a year and now I actually look forward to my haircuts with her. The last time I saw Christine, I came in with pictures ready to show her, but they weren’t even necessary. I told her a few things that I was thinking about but pretty much let her have free reign, and when I say I have NEVER been happier with my hair in my entire life, I mean it. I could have cried. She really understood and applied what I wanted. Everyone in my life agreed it was the best my hair has ever looked, and even though it’s nearly time for me to go back, it STILL looks amazing. Christine is amazingly talented and confident in her ability (as she should be) and it shows. I have never trusted a stylist as much as I do this girl. The experience and haircut that you’ll receive from Christine is unmatched. Absolutely love her.

    Simply put, Ashley is THE BEST!!! I highly recommend her. She is fantastic, friendly, and overall a professional stylist!!! I am always pleased.     Well of course my Emily is the best! She give the best short haircut that I am stopped constantly. Im 55 years old and I feel like Im 25 with a stylish and awesome haircut! I see a lot of women with long hair getting their hair done and it makes me a little bit jealous.     Luis has been doing my hair for 3 years, and now I don’t trust anyone else with my hair. I’ve had horrible past experiences with other hairstylist at other salons and not once have I left this salon not loving my hair. Customer service is amazing & Luis actually takes time with my hair and knows what he’s doing. I’m so lucky I found him! I did a bayalage with him the last appointment and the color lasted so long and my hair did not feel damaged whatsoever even when I went lighter. Easily the best hairstylist and salon in Orlando!

    This is the best salon in Orlando. Michelle and the entire team at the salon go above and beyond to make every clients hair dreams come true. The atmosphere is the perfect blend of high end style while still warm, fun and welcoming.     Just had my first cut at Leal Marston. Wow, what a beautiful salon! It smells heavenly and all the products used were wonderful. The staff were all very kind and professional.I came to this salon to have my hair cut by Ben, who has been cutting my hair for years. Old friends and past colleagues, I’m so pleased to see he is working in such a great salon. I’ve had a couple cuts in between by random stylists elsewhere when I couldn’t make the trek downtown and have always, always regretted it. There is no substitute! He is just so incredibly talented, a true hair architect who has been a master of his craft long before he went to school for it. Such a lovely person, too—kind, patient, and understanding. :)

    Abri is so wonderful!! I would highly recommend her. She is very friendly, professional and made me feel so comfortable during my service with her. She is also extremely knowledgeable and skilled at her craft. She did highlights, lowlights and a haircut on me and both the cut and color are amazing. I was really concerned about some previous breakage I came in with and she was so careful with my hair. I was so impressed by her very close attention to detail during every part of the service. Both her foiling technique and cutting techniques were so detail oriented and it’s very evident how passionate she is about what she does by all the little details she puts into her work! She really went above and beyond to create a wonderful experience and beautiful end result.

    I heard about this salon from my daughter that lives in Florida. I live in Brooklyn, New Yorkand was looking for an amazing colorist and someone that cuts hair as well Bingo found him my daughter told me about Luis... I called for an appointment with Luis..     Love my hair color and extensions with Luis Vega. The salon and its staff is really nice and they all work well together making you feel special from the moment you walk in, even if you’re not their client. Someone is always by the front door and ready to greet you and offer you something to drink (who doesn’t love that! ?) I always receive many compliments when I get my hair #vegafied.

    So in love with my hair! Eric answered the phone and was so nice and accommodating he was able to get me in last minute before a trip. Caroline was so patient with my indecisiveness. She answered all the questions I had and took her time to achieve the style and color I wanted. My hair is VERY long and thick so coloring and styling is very time consuming. I had an ashy blonde balayage done on my dark hair and she was able to achieve the color in one sitting with no brassiness. Its been 3 months now and the color still looks great unlike the orange brassy color it usually turns to from past colorings at other salons after some time. I get SO many compliments on how natural the color looks and have been asked so many times where I got my hair done. I always recommended Leal Marston Salon! Ive been in Orlando for almost 8 years now and havent found a salon I love til now! Excited to go back for future hair needs and not have to worry about what the outcome will be like

    I rarely leave reviews but I’m so happy with my hair that I HAVE to!! I made an appointment with Emily (who was referred to me) but wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted (every stylists dream, I’m sure). My hair was kind of a weird brassy blonde, damaged on the bottom with a confused cut. Not my previous stylists fault per se, just kind of a general lack of maintenance on my part. It needed a lot of help. I wanted to go back to more of a natural blonde with less maintenance. Emily took a lot of time to give me suggestions, show me pictures etc. I still wasn’t sure because I don’t know what I’m doing, in general. I knew I was gonna have to give Jesus the wheel on this one. Emily went in. She had a vision. The cut is literally the best I’ve had in ten years. The color is dead on what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier.

Upon arrival the receptionist helped me locate the building he was really sweet and welcoming and for a stylist I had Ashley who was also very nice and welcoming!     Emily cuts my hair and she always does a great job and takes her time. She listens and does exactly what I want. She is great at cutting short edgy hair.

    Staff is very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is bright and cheery- even on rainy days. Stylists are high end and a bit pricey, but warm and flexible. Have only been for one visit so far.
