    This facial was as much educational as it was relaxing. It has been a long time since I have had a good “old fashioned” facial. It started with aromatherapy steam that was so soothing. Lisa was amazing and informative, offering me some needed advice. Extractions were painless and the products luxurious. I highly recommend a facial with Lisa at TS Skincare. You will not be sorry.

    Veronica was absolutely amazing. She took her time with my skin educated me on what I needed for my goals. Her energy is amazing. My skin is the cleanest it’s been in years. I have had facials but none like this. It will be 2 hours of the deepest most thorough cleaning your face will thank you for. And no one asked me to do this review!

    What an accommodating and wonderful experience with TS ! I was flying in to Orlando from out of town the day of my service. Rachel was so kind to hold the appointment while I was mid flight deciding if I in fact wanted to splurge on a facial LolI landed. Booked the appointment. And then Ana was so wonderful ! Such a relaxing facial and I cannot wait for results. She sent me home with almost a full regimen. So it was so easy to purchase only the missing part and I left a happy customer. Their products smelled and felt amazing. The old fashion steam was a cool part of the experience. Neat place ! The sweetest people ! Give them a try! They offer a follow up appt complimentary. 😊

They specialize in acne and have a very special technique when it comes to extractions without damaging the skin. You leave your appointment immediately seeing a difference in your new skin!     I had my second facial ever done by Rachel and it was far better than my first experience elsewhere! My skin is butter! I am soft and I am so so smooth. After experiencing the products that they use during the facial I would also recommend buying some if possible. Rachel also shared a lot of wisdom on how to take care of my type of skin and how certain products that I already use are causing me more harm than good. I found the staff to be very nice and educated on the services they were offering. Thanks again!

    I had my first Virtue RF Microneedling procedure last week and I’m already seeing and feeling the results. It improved the wrinkles on my face and even softened an old scar from skin cancer.     I saw Lisa at T secret. You may have to wait to get an appointment with her but id recommend seeing her before a skin doctor any day. she has enough experience to know what the source of the problem is so you can be proactive w your skin. doctors simply prescribe medicine. Lisa is brilliant and so incredibley kind on top of her expertise.

    The staff at TS Skin Care is so hospitable, friendly and helpful. I have been in a couple of times and have had interactions with Ana, Rachel and Katie. They really care about their clients and want to provide the best service possible.I went in to have a facial with Lisa, their master esthetician. She started out with an herb and essential oils steam, which really helped to soften my pores, and she used products on me that they formulate themselves. I couldnt believe how good my skin looked when she was done, it just glowed! I will definitely be back.

    Besides going to Professional Aestheticians; you will be treated with care, love and respect! Lisa is such a great person inside out! The love, care and professionalism I saw from her is indescribable.I was suffering from severe purging from gut health issues and trying so many products after going to several Dermatologists. Lisa did her magic to my face! I had mild acne, which keeps on breaking out, but she extracted them all, red marks will go away in few days, you’ll use their products to get these marks gone forever. I trust and love this place with all my heart, she will be honest with you and let you know what exactly you need to use and will not over charge you if it’s not needed. She even asked me to take a picture of all my products to tell me which are good and bad for me. Highly appreciate everything and I recommend this place to everyone dealing with acne or even just need a Facial to have glowy looking skin!!❤️

    I had the most thorough and amazing facial from Rachel. I decided to go ahead and get the micro needling while I was there. That was amazing as well. Not painful, which was surprising as I have had it done elsewhere where it was extremely painful. Rachel talked me through everything and I appreciated that, she was so professional and nice. The products they used on me were so soothing, the redness was mostly gone by the time I left. I would recommend TS Skin Care to everyone.

    Happy to have found TS Skincare and Lisa! Long review ahead but I hope this helps other picky facial seekers out there.I recently moved back home to Orlando from Chicago and have struggled to find a facialist here who will do the old-fashioned basics (read: isnt afraid of extractions and knows how to do them without also doing damage). I travel a lot and my skin is pretty good, but a few times a year I get a monster outbreak that plagues me for months. Im a skincare and makeup girlie who is capable of doing a lot at home, but I appreciate having a team of experts and I cultivate that team carefully. I had been seeing my old-school European Chicago facialist for over 10 years and really enjoyed how well she knew my skin and its seasons. I love new tech as much as the next person, but Hydrafacial and DiamondGlow isnt enough for me. Needless to say, I have trust issues when looking for new people.I found TS Skincare through some research for traditional acne facials. Firstly, Im so impressed by the amount of time the staff at TS Skincare spend with you. I had a video consultation before ever booking an appointment (thanks, Veronica!). The consultation was thorough and because I had been on Accutane in my teenage years, the salon required me to see one of their more advanced practitioners (no argument from me :) ). I saw Lisa. She is lovely and clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. The facial itself is not rushed - its a 2.5 hour appointment. And lastly, I have a 20-30 minute follow up in a week, included in the fee, to make sure Im healing appropriately. All of this adds up to WAY more time and attention than Ive ever received for a service like this.Now for the mind-blowing part. Lisa immediately recognized that a bunch of small, almost imperceptible bumps under my skin were not underground, undealt with acne - they were small calcifications/cysts due to having been on oral antibiotics for acne, also in my teenage years. I had NEVER heard this before in all my years of facial services, but she was able to begin extracting them for me and helped me develop a plan of action for removing them all over time. She seems to have pieced this together herself over the years of seeing clients who have had similar skin journeys and found some research to help confirm her hypothesis (there isnt much, I looked). What a smart woman!!! Also - its not beyond me that many facialists would not attempt to do what she did because it would be easier not to address. But all of the services and products for texture I had been using have no impact on these cysts, so I would have continued spinning my wheels if not for this new information.I dont require coddly bedside manner or a fancy spa room if the facialist does a stellar job, but Lisa was a pleasure to talk to and the space is indeed very comfortable and relaxing. Something else I appreciate is low pressure on buying products or booking more expensive services. I love to support a woman-owned, woman-run business and I enjoyed hearing the story about the founder, Gail, who also makes all of the products. Ive already booked another facial with Lisa and will probably do micro needling in the future.Look forward to my next visit and continuing to improve my skin with Lisa. Thanks a lot!

    I am thrilled to have found this place for my facial treatments. I researched online and felt they were the best in the area. My home is in Merritt Island so I travel over one hour to get there, but I dont mind! Im not the only one who comes from far away for their wonderful spa like experience. My aesthetician, Ana, has skilled hands and is very helpful with her advice. I am grateful ❤️She always asks if I want the numbing cream on my face first, but I choose not to and I find it tolerable as far as the pain goes from the needles.Everyone I have dealt with there is polite and professional.Update Jan 10, 2024They take very good care of you here. Realistically, it does make the skin look younger, but I was trying to minimize scars. From what I can tell scars from 40 years ago are tough to treat. So if you need it done, get it sooner than later!

    I have been going to TS Skin Care for a few years and it’s one of my favorite places in Orlando. The team is always friendly and inviting. They’re very attentive and organized. Their products are some of the best natural products out there. They’ve helped my skin heal drastically. The star of TS is Lisa! I love her dearly. She has helped me learn so much about my own skin, diet, and habits that I would have never learned on my own. She has a nutritional approach to healing your skin from the inside, which most esthetician do not. She is also the only esthetician I have visited in years that still uses the full extraction method, which is the only thing that helps prevent acne for me. Couldn’t speak more highly of Lisa and the whole team at TS.

    For years I’ve dealt with chronic skin picking disorder and TS Skin Care is the only place I trust with my skin. I started going to TS in 2021 and had Ms. Lisa who is has 20+ of experience. I decided to return this year because no other place could compare to the training that’s in this medical spa. I’ve had previous facials and all it ever did was make me breakout more. This time Ana is my esthetician and I couldn’t be anymore happy with work. Her work with extractions is extraordinary and takes her time. I feel very comfortable with Ana and makes me feel like she understands my situation and I don’t ever feel rushed during my appointment. I will never get face extractions anywhere else. Not going to lie it can be expensive but it’s worth every penny.

    This place is amazing! Matthew at the front desk is so helpful and patient and informative! My esthetician, Veronica, was outstanding! My skin looks so much better after the initial visit and using the products for nearly 2 months. I am excited for my next facial! The extractions do hurt quite a bit, so just be prepared! But the end result is so worth it! The whole spa is beautiful, clean, warm and cozy. I would recommend TS Skincare to anyone looking to clear up their skin!

    Lisa changed my life. Struggling with acne definitely takes an emotional toll and I wish I would have found her and TSecret sooner than I did. Nonetheless, I no longer have acneic skin and my skin has never looked better. The products are so gentle yet extremely effective. I now live out of state but fly in for facials and consistently stock up on my products. TSecret is one of those places that address the root of the problem, look at the whole you and help you become a healthier version from the inside out.     First and foremost, I want to clarify I am posting this especially because its a shame more customers havent expressed their opinion about this establishment more considering Google is a popular platform.Secondly, I just wanna say how thankful I am to have found this place!!!!! I started coming about a year ago and my skin has gone through the best transformation. After ten years of having insistent, mild-moderate acne/buildup/oily skin and continuous scarring, I was referred by a stranger in my yoga class. I never looked back.I will be blunt and admit the services and products work best when used together and they can be pricey but it is an investment. Your skin did not become its current state over night and it wont rehabilitate overnight either. It is worth every penny (and I can be a pretty frugal woman) and the customer service is amazing. The location is intimate, clean and inviting. I always see Lisa and Im happy to say my next facial/extraction is in 2 weeks. I get them twice or thrice a year.All in all, you probably wont ever find a place that will provide thorough organic, unique, handmade, customizing service and products like this place. They even make custom makeup and talk to you about how nutrition affects your skin in detail. along with many other spa and consultation services :)

    This entire spa is a dream come true! I had my first facial with Katie over a month ago and couldn’t believe how relaxing an multi-hour facial could be. I’ve had adult acne for most of my adult years and after a month of using their locally made, all-natural spritzer, cleanser, toner, serum, day cream, and mask, my skin has literally never looked better. With each facial, a 30 minute follow-up is included to take care of any little spots that pop up after the session - an excellent value for what I’m getting which is virtually perfect skin with no harsh laser or chemical treatments, though I would probably trust anything they gave me at this point.I recently had my second facial (the price drops significantly after the first session, where they will go over your skin type, routine, diet, and products with you) and my skin hasn’t felt this smooth in yeeeeears. I still have a little ways to go to clear up old acne scarring and hyperpigmentation but I’m officially a devotee and believe that it’ll get done here!They also custom match makeup, which I think I may do next time I’m in. I have never found products that clear my acne before and don’t cause MORE flare up’s but I’m feeling confident that their blends might just work for me. They aren’t the cheapest spot, nor should they be for what they offer! Definitely worth a visit, especially if you’re like me and have tried everything else.

    I feel like everyone who has any type of acne or clogged pores would benefit from them more than any other product or service out there. I have had 100+ facials and NONE have gone pore by pore and cleaned out my skin the way Lisa did. It may start off pricy but they are really trying to cure you and not have you coming back all the time for the rest of your life, only as an occasional maintenance. The products are already helping my skin and I only just started using them. I wish I would have known about TS Skincare 15+ years ago, it would have saved me a ton of time and money. The service, experience, knowledge, ingredients are just unmatched. People fly in from other places just for this place and I see why!! 10/10 recommend!

    I have been a client at TS skin care for a little over 3 years. I always see Jane for my appointments. The first appointment I met with Jane she was very kind and understanding of my frustrations with my skin. She really took the time to educate me on specific products that would work well with my skin type. After years of trying every skincare product on the market with no success, It was really refreshing to have someone that really cared about helping me with my skin issues. The first year I came in for treatments, I was dealing with some major cystic acne and was going in for a treatment every month or so. As of 2019, I only really need to go maybe couple times a year if that, or when I really miss Jane :). My skin is now cystic acne free and looks healthier than ever. The price for this service is a little higher than other options out there but it is well worth it for the fantastic service you receive as well as the great results you get! I would recommend this place to anyone struggling with any type of acne issues. Or if you just need a great relaxing facial!

    I found out about tsecret because I passed by one day and read the sign outside. So after considering it for a few weeks I researched and didnt feel like I found enough evidence to make the investment. Then my face kept getting worse so I gave in and made an appointment. It was an investment, But its so worth it. I love Erin she is so thorough! Ive struggled with hormonal adult acne and Im so happy to say its absolutely clear now after a few months. It didnt happen overnight but I stayed consistent with the products and now I feel free and no need for makeup anymore. Theyre approach isnt to keep you coming back forever, they truly want to help you get to root of the problem (literally) and prevent the outbreaks.     I have dealt with acne since I was 13 years old (now 25) - it has been such a frustrating process to find products that work for me! I had tried a variety of harsh chemicals (Salicylic acid, Benzoyl peroxide, Alpha-hydroxy acids, Retinol), and even tried taking antibiotics (Doxycycline) with no fantastic results. I have met with Lisa three times so far for her acne facials and have been using TS acne products since July 2020. My skin has never looked better! She is very knowledgeable, a true master of her field! I highly recommend setting up an appointment with her if you struggle with acne. This place is very clean and organized.     I cannot say enough amazing things about T-secret. Last year, after having near perfect skin my entire adult life, I broke out horribly. I tried everything for months and NOTHING helped. I was miserable. I heard about t-secret from a friend who struggled with acne and now has amazing skin after being consistent with treatments and her products from T-secret. I went back and forth about booking because it is NOT cheap- but I bit the bullet because I honestly would have done anything for clear skin at that point. I saw Jane for my first appointment. She is so kind, gentle and helped me understand exactly what we were going to do and how to care my skin. I went in for treatments every 6 weeks from July-October 2018 and went in about once a week for spot treatments to help zits that popped up in the meantime. Between using their products and keeping up with treatments, my skin has completely changed. I no longer suffer terrible breakouts, my skin is never dry and the best part- I do not have to wear makeup to cover blemishes! I am confident in my bare skin and that is the most amazing feeling!     Had a great 2 hour session with Astryd! Worth the price! My face has never been so clear! She is an extraction expert! I loved the herbal steam sessions the most! So relaxing! I bought their skincare line and am loving it so far. I got the manuka honey oil. I already eat pretty healthy and ditched dairy ages ago so results may vary. I also went for the free follow up and she did some extractions and checked to see how my face was doing. I’m moving to NC but will still be flying down here just for my facials. Lucky I found her before I left.

I definitely encourage anyone who is struggling with their skin to book a session with her.I think it is so rare to find a company that genuinely cares about their clients as much as TS Skin does. They take time to ensure youre set up for success by creating a specialized skin care routine and personalized game plan. They also call you the day after your facial to see how youre doing! They just somehow manage to go above and beyond with every detail from the atmosphere, to the staff, to the products they send you home with.The facials are long and a little intense depending on your pain tolerance and how much congestion you have. But it is so worth it!The products are amazing! I particularly love the blue lotion, the Zit-O, and the porcelain day cream. I have always struggled incorporating a moisturizer into my skin care routine. I know how important it is to moisturize but every product I tried over the years would cause me to breakout. Porcelain day cream is the first one Ive tried not to cause pimples! Yay!I only wish I knew about this place sooner! It would have saved me a lot of acne scars.     After 6 months, my skin looks the best its looked in 7 years. I really look forward to my facials and talking with Lisa. The products are AMAZING and Im in love with everything Ive tried.     Ive been going here for a couple years now, and my aesthetician Erica ended up leaving at the beginning of this year. Heartbroken, though happy for her next journey, it was time to move forward to find my next aesthetician. During the month of March, just before the world shut down due to the pandemic, I selected someone who was also a first level aesthetician like Erica was (i.e. the cheapest option) and was gravely disappointed in the service I received. My face is messy and complex on my cheeks. Unless you have a light shined up to my face, you would never know that I have as much gunk in my cheeks. Ive had this face forever, so its very easy for me to tell how well of an extraction job was done. I left my appointment disappointed knowing and seeing that there were plenty of pockets of miniature potato sacks in my face that were overlooked and unattended to. Given how much the services are, even the cheaper level services, I was extremely disappointed with the outcome of this appointment. A couple weeks later, probably two weeks and two the global shutdown of covid, I replied to TS Skin Cares email where you rate your experience and submitted my review. Since it was during lockdown when I submitted, my poor review was not addressed. Which made sense since the whole world couldnt move or do anything. I actually felt guilty writing a bad review during a time where businesses couldnt really do anything and were forced to stay closed. Once the world started opening back up though, it was time for me to have another extraction. Perusing their staff for a new aesthetician, I just had my second appointment with Jane as my skin care professional.When I got to my appointment, I was greeted by Kendra as I normally am. I thoroughly enjoy our banter in the lobby briefly before sessions occur. I shared with her the current stress of my life which involves my career, which was the current reason of the extreme outbreak on my face. And with that, she offered me a free carrot cleanser, which was the only product I could afford to carry home with me after my appointment. Her kindness, care, and generosity is deeply appreciated.When it was time to begin my session with Jane, she wanted to have a conversation before our session began. Her inquiry was to see if there was anything that they can do to be better in their services. I dont know if thats how Jane normally does her protocol with clients, but I knew that was my opportunity to express my dissatisfaction with my last session. Apparently it was unbeknownst to her that I had submitted a negative review, and she didnt know that I had a bad experience the last time I was there. Because of this, I was fully refunded for the prior experience that left me unsatisfied. She explained to me, and fully understands the expense that their services are. Because realistically, it is an expensive service. I really appreciated her expertise, her awareness of what it is like to be in my position, and her correction and support of what that experience was like for me.The kindness and care that this business embodies is priceless. This is but one story of the kindness and generosity of this business, and most definitely the biggest one Ive experienced. I have seen time and time again the kindness of their employees and the integrity of the business. And the odds that the word care is in the title of their business is no coincidence. I will always support TS skin care because they really DO care. It really shows in both their words and actions. I appreciate their staff so much and will continue to receive their services. You will not get this kind of top-notch service in many other places. Its truly a hidden gem.And for the sake of a full review, their products are AMAZING! I will never buy shelf products at retail stores ever again. That stuff is literal crap. I can actually feel and see the difference with their products in my skin care. THANK YOU TS!!!!!

    TSecret, does it work? YES.I have had acne since age 13, and in high school (2010/2011) it became pretty severe. Dermatologist after dermatologist and avoiding Accutane, my mother was referred to TSecret.I did not know what I was walking into, but I was desperate to walk. I met with Lisa, and as vibrant as her red hair, so was her energy. She was so welcoming and made me very comfortable. She went over the dietary basics and I was learning so much about acne, how it works, and all the variables inbetween. Who would have thought my daily grilled cheese sandwich and tall glass of chocolate milk played a factor in my face! The procedure was great, but it does come with pain! Steaming over herbs is my favorite part, and even with the pain of the extracting process, my 16 year old self just hung in for the ride. After the FIRST treatment, I walked out of TSecret and my bumpy-lumpy face was baby soft, minus all the discoloration and redness. I did this treatment multiple times over the summer, and took the skin care products and my diet seriously. I went into my junior year with amazing skin, I was getting compliments left and right, every day! People were amazed at my skins transformation over the summer.While the treatments and products are a success, it was not budget friendly for my single mother. With treatments starting around $150/session, plus another $150 for skin care, my mother was spending $600/month on my face. Loved it so much, but could not continue, and once I began to stop going to treatments, but acne surfaced again- even with my new conscious dietary habits. It was really a bummer for me, but throughout the years, I always remembered Lisas advice on my diet and applying her advice, it helped my acne to stay moderate than from when I came in with severe acne.Fast forward 6 years later, I tried it again in 2016. Right before my 23rd birthday I wanted to treat myself and get a facial again, I was super excited. I was placed with another lady, whom I cant remember her name, but she was an older Catholic lady - a nun to be exact.The whole time through the treatment process she kept trying to convince me to become a nun, kid you freakin not. While I am not opposed to religious expression, or religious people wanting to talk about their beliefs, or even invite me to their churches, it became very annoying. Every two seconds she would extract, sit up, talk with her hands for a while, ask me to become a nun, tell me to never date a guy again, give me life advice, then go back to extracting my face. It made the entire appointment take longer than usual because she kept sitting up from working on my face to talk. What was my usual relaxing extraction I was looking forward to, became an uncomfortable 3.5 hour long Joel Osteen sermon that I paid $300 for. I also had a recent ear piercing that began to have a skin bubble, and half way through the facial, she starting bumping at it (by accident of course), but it was a super painful bump. I had asked her to try to avoid bumping into it, but then she kept asking if she could extract it and kept trying to touch it. After the longer than normal appointment, I was still left with bumps under the surface of my skin, I could feel them everywhere; I had never left TSecret with bumps before, they always left me with the most silky skin. I was truly looking forward to this whole experience, because I remember it being so serene and peaceful, but my last experience definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.Although, I do understand she does not represent the entire company and that the other professionals within the business most likely wont give you that experience, I felt the need to share this story because it is so bizarre.If you are contemplating TSecret, I definitely would recommend! They do have great results, but like anything, you must keep up with your diet and skin care regime.Unfortunately, since this route is expensive and I have had this issue for 10+ years now, I started my 6 month treatment of Accutane yesterday. Fingers crossed.

    I have had tons of Milia underneath my skin for years and it was something I felt so self conscious about. I’ve gone to multiple dermatologists and all I’ve ever been recommended was a highly acidic exfoliator that was so expensive basically burnt my skin and didn’t even touch my milia. I was so frustrated one day with the texture underneath my skin I decided to research milia treatments and see if there was anything else out there. TS Skin Care came up on my search and I saw they extracted milia and I made an appointment immediately. My master aesthetician was Astryd and I went in for a deep pore cleansing treatment. I was super nervous and explained my concerns to her, she made me feel so comfortable and let me tell you.. she is a MASTER at her job and is absolutely amazing! She spent 4 hours extracting every single tiny milia bump from my skin and a week later I’m healed the texture underneath my skin is completely GONE! My skin is SO smooth I can’t stop looking at it. I also love every product she used on me I purchased the product line and I am so in love with it! I’ve never had such amazing skin in my life and she seriously changed my confidence!     This place is amazing!! If you havent been here, you have to give it a try. Ive seen both Lisa and Jane. Both absolutely amazing, nice, honest, and know what they are doing when it comes to your face. Theres a specific process you go through and it will always be the same every visit. Its good cause you know what to expect. They spend an hour and a half maybe more removing all the gunk and junk out of your face. It can be a little discomforting but TRUST that it has to come out.     TSecret is the secret you NEED to know if your having problems with acne. I had great skin until my high school years where my chin became a battle ground for deep deep cystic pimples.I cried all the time, and sometimes didnt go to school because I was so embarrassed of my skin. I tried everything to get rid of it. Department store products, Proactive, changed my makeup brands a million times, saw dermatologists and had a laser treatment done (which pretty much burned my face for a good week and did nothing for my acne), and I even bought an at home Light Therapy device with red and blue lights to treat my skin. Trust me, I tried EVERYTHING and nothing worked! And then I found Tsecret. Their facial treatments, products, and diet advice have changed everything for my skin. They gently clean out each pore of all the gunk and infection that cause those little to ginormous pimples. My skin is now so smooth, soft, and blemish free.
