First time getting botox/filler! Dr. J did a phenomenal job. I received nose/chin/lip fillers. Since it was my first time I was nervous about a small bruise on my lip. Dr. J met me in the middle of the night so I could have a peace of mind. He TRULY cares about his patients and goes ABOVE and BEYOND. I have wanted lip fillers for a couple years now, but I have always just pushed them off. I decided to go with New U Med Spa because of the reviews and the photos I saw online. I’m glad I did! My experience getting lip fillers for the first time was so pleasant, thanks to the wonderful staff and especially Paris and Dr. J. Both were very friendly and Paris was even comforting me when she could tell I was nervous about the needles lol. I had all my questions answered and I was given great after care advice, plus some ice packs to take home. The place is also very clean and sanitary. As mentioned earlier, everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming, which is honestly so important when it comes to getting any cosmetic procedure done. Thank you Dr. J and his wonderful staff for EVERYTHING & restoring my confidence. I went in for a PDO thread on my nose and the results were instant. One week later I went in for minor touch ups. If you are looking to contouring your nose or straightening it out, or insecure about a nose bump, the non invasive PDO threading is the best and Dr. J and his team are seriously the nicest and best medical staff I’ve seen! They answered all my questions and provided me with excellent after treatment care!!

I have never had anything done before, and was hesitant about what steps I could take to look better. I filled out my information online, and the spa contacted me within a day. During my consultation, she was professional and knowledgeable. She gave me her opinion when I asked for it, but did not overstep. I ended up getting injections for my forehead and my crows feet, and I cannot say enough good things. My depression and anxiety lessened, plus the look is so much better. I have friends compliment me, not knowing exactly whats different, but noticing that I look good. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is questioning whether to spend a little time and money to improve your self-esteem.

I am a transplant from Idaho where Ive had botox and juvaderm before. It was time to renew my services. I found that Dr.J has some pretty good Google ratings, and they were able to fit me in quickly. I got in, got my consultation, my services, they accept care credit, and I was on my way. They called me the next day to make sure I was doing well. Im a week out and my botox is doing its job and my lips are pretty fabulous. I felt they did a great job being honest with their recommendations and their service was quick and the results are as expected.

Dr Junaid Syed is the best. i feel like he actually cares and listens. He will not just run in, prescribe drugs and throws you out. All the staff here are super helpful, caring all around nice people. The only down fall is you have a long wait but its worth it i swear!!That said, every other person has different expectations of their doctor. If you dont like the ones you see here you just need to shop around. I personally think its the best clinic Ive ever been to.This may be the first and last time I rave about a doctors office, so take my word for it!

You can’t get better than him in Orlando, a real perfectionist with many years of experience. Also, his assistants make you feel welcome. The entire process was very easy start to finish, I was very nervous cuz I’ve never had any cosmetic operation what do ever. I’ve texted the clinic, Nurse named Tiny responded immediately, and got me scheduled. To be honest I was actually nervous to get my lip injections done at this office because I had gone to a previous doc of mine who had done my lips before but they only lasted 2.5 months so I figured I would try a new place and after my research I decided to go to NewU Med Spa. Dr J made my lips exactly how I wanted them, he knew what he was doing, and they look very natural and make my smile look wider (which I wanted) with very full lips. I wanted to wait til everything was done and settled in before writing a review. I recently went to see Dr Junaid Syed for a non surgical nose augmentation and lip filler and let me just say.... They are AMAZINGGGG!!! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! Dr. Junaid Syed and his entire staff; all the girls, every single one. From start to finish I was very well taken care of and each person really listened to what I wanted. I’m quite particular and wanted something natural and as symmetrical as possible that would really fit well on my Asian face. Dr. J did a phenomenal job on both my nose and lips, especially my nose because I I had this specific picture of how I wanted it to look. His precision and care was perfect. He expertly placed the filler in the precise places to help me achieve what I wanted and kept it soooooo natural looking! Like I was always meant to have this nose. And for my lips I also wanted naturally looking fuller lips that was more symmetrical (my lips were slightly as symmetrical) and that’s exactly what I got. The girls in the office are so attentive and sweet from start to finish. They checked on me the morning after and a few days in a row after they to make sure I was healing well and happy with the results. I did come in a week after my first appt for a minor correction after the swelling had subsided and Dr. J was so gracious to do it for me! I was so thankful! I cannot say enough good things about New U Med Spa. I really did my research before calling them and wanted to choose a doctor that not only does wonderful work, but does work on all ethnicities because each ethnicity is so different with distinct features. I got the non-surgical nose job, great alternative for me instead of a traditional nose job. I’ve always felt insecure about my nose. Yes the Botox works and the discount is appreciated but I was misinformed or simply lied to on all other treatments. The testosterone check took over two months and they did not even respond for that length of time they were holding the results and failed to inform me. As proof from my regular doctor. Terrible customer services outlandish priced and treatments that failed miserably. Out over $10000 with no results to show for it. I won’t be back but will be on google review Yelp Twitter and Facebook to make my point! So dissatisfied! A true rip off

First of all, they were able to accommodate the both of us at the same time, so we were able to be together the whole time. I went in for lip fillers and everyone was so incredibly nice. I got 1 syringe of Juvederm. I had very minimal swelling and no bruising. I was so worried about that.A few days after I noticed that my top lip was just slightly bigger than my bottom. My top lip just responded very well to the filler. I prefer a bigger bottom lip, so I called them and they had me come in a few days later. They put a little more filler in my bottom lip at no charge. They didnt have to do that, but they did just to make me happier. I have a few more services I would like to have done and I will revisit New U for sure. Thanks so much!

I had a photo facial done last week at the New U med Spa and I was very pleased with the results. I get broken capillaries around my nose & chin area and with this treatment they have all gone. I had some redness after the treatment but it goes away after in about a day or two. It takes bout 20 mins & I would recommend it for anyone with roseaca or skin damage from so much sun. It great to reduce hyperpigmentation (brown spots) too. The doctor & staff are very informative and professional and took time in answering all my questions. Thank you for a great experience.

Dr.J and his staff are miracle workers. I went in for fillers under my eyes, cheeks and botox. I asked him what I could do for saggy skin under my chin. He introduced me to PDO threading. Their product is good and works the way it should. I have found that a lot of spas will use expired or watered down botox which you will need more of to do the job or doesn’t last as long. 5 weeks ago I went to see Dr. Junaid Syed because I was concerned about some sun exposure damage and uneven tone skin. I had PRP injections and microneedling done over my entire face. The procedures were virtually pain-free. Immediately after the procedure my face was red jst like Dr Syed explained. However just after 1 day the redness was almost gone and I feel and look better. Since after that every day its getting better and better and Im start getting complements from people. Dr Syed explained me that my skin will take 3 sessions to see great results, so Im eagerly waiting for my 2nd appointment. I know it will be great and I cant wait to see much better skin then ever.
