    My visit to Advance Dermatology was successful. I spent numerous visits to other doctors and had many blood tests ran over a few years about the itching on my hands. One visit with Sarah ended my worries.Once I told her about the symptoms she was able to hone in and get to the bottom of why this was occurring. Thank you Sarah I can rest easy now and get the proper treatment.

    The care and customer experience at Advanced Dermatology is worth mentioning. Annual skin cancer exams are not what youd consider fun, but the energy and friendliness of the staff almost make it so. I highly recommend Shaunte Wilkes and the staff. And if you need to get a biopsy, they made it virtually painless, and I left with snacks and a smile!

    Fabulous office with wonderful people! From the kind front desk staff on the phone and in person to Shaunte whose kindness and caring attitude are refreshing and appreciated. She new exactly what my issue was and prescribed the perfect and most in invasive treatment plan. I was better in only a couple days. Cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for a dermatologist.

    Dr. Sara was amazing and very knowledgeable. Her assistant Nat and her made me feel so comfortable, they were professional and polite. You don’t just feel like another patient here, they actually care about your health and skin issues. After checking me out thoroughly she diagnosed me quickly and I went home with a complete treatment plan. It’s obvious from the beginning she knows what she’s doing and has tons of valuable experience. Highly highly recommend!

    I’m very pleased. Everything has been better than anywhere else I’ve gone over the years because they will take care of little things that others won’t do, sometimes I must pay for it myself, but I don’t care; others have told me they are not ALLOWED to do anything not covered by Medicare or insurance. Sometimes there are little “cosmetic” things that need correcting, I love that!!! Also they are grand people; I can speak only about my own doctor but I suspect they are all competent and nice! Go, by all means!

    I took off a star because this location is not for people with disabilities. Parking is a nightmare! Both my Dad & I have spinal cord injury & for a first time visit trying to park & find the elevator alone was something well never forget! There were no signs just doors. One door wouldnt open & the second we opened had stairs, so we went down a few flight of stairs, then walked & walked until finally we found the dermatology office. Of course we had to call the office three times, but once we made it, everything else was exceptional. Very nice staff, doctors & nurses very knowledgeable & experienced. We didnt find the elevator until after we left Advanced Dermatology, and even then we were wary because the office said sometimes those elevators are not working & my 86 year old father was afraid of getting stuck in there. The sign said retail elevator & the only reason I saw that sign was because the outside door was cracked open. I thought the elevator was going to open to a store, but we came out the door and voila! The parking garage level we parked at! LOL!! True Story!!! So the morale to this story is.....Disabled people really think about coming to this location...

    My daughter had received 1st burns on her face from waxing 2 days before Homecoming. Advance Dermatology was able to get us in right away. Everyone was extremely friendly and kind. They took amazing care of her. Advance Dermatology was not are dermatologist at the time but she was pleased with her visit, we have switch to the permanently. Thank you to every one from the call center, the staff, the nurses and Doctor for taking such good care of my daughter.

    It was my first time. I am so happy with the visit. Nicole Swenson, DO, Jamie and I think Wendy (name?) were perfect. Front desk was great and booking online was easy. Good location and clean office. Second visit was my basal cell surgery. Dr. Spohr and Kervin, the surgery assistant were A++++.

    Dr. Swenson was great! Her bedside manner helps you feel very comfortable, she’s very kind and willing to answer any questions you may have. At no point did I fell like she was in hurry to get in and get out. She made sure I understood each of her diagnoses, and was comfortable with her suggestions. Their office was very clean, proper Covid precautions taken, and easy check-in and processing all done on a sterilized iPad. I would highly recommend Dr Swenson for your next visit!

    I absolutely adore Sarah Siak, PA-C. I have been using her since 2008. She is professional, lovely, always on time and just a wonderful person. She helped me through my skin cancer diagnosis when I was 6 months pregnant and I have been going to her ever since. I highly recommend her for any of your skin care needs. She is fabulous!

    I went to Advanced Derm about 3 years for an Abscess I had on my eyelid Dr. Wilks referred me to Eye Boutique and they did an awesome job, I dont even have a scar, so I went back to Advanced Derm for a mole hanging off my back and a pimple on my chest, Dr. Wilks and her assistant bedside manner was great, they warned me ahead of time to prepare for the needle to numb my mole on my back, so I could brace myself, then she burned it off and just told me to put vaseline on it and its been about 2 weeks and its like it was never there, she also used a needle, warned me again to reduce the size of the pimple and its much smaller I have one more treatment for it to be gone. I also had concerns about my hair thinning in the back of my head and I was asking about a much pricier product, but instead she recommended I try a much cheaper treatment first. I havent tried it yet, but I felt like she was very conscious of me not to have to pay too much and I truly appreciated that. The staff was friendly and I love the new office and its location. I highly recommend this office for dermatologist treatment and they offer more services than that.Carletta B.

    I’m a patient of Dr Wilks 2 yrs and I so love how she explains everything and makes me feel very comfortable with her she is such a good doctor but I been so busy with taking care of my kids my parents appointments here and there that I stop seen her, But this time I went in for my dad he was seen for a skin screening and so we meet Dr Swenson she is also so wonderful I loved how she treated my Dad. And then on his second visit my dad went in because he was diagnosed with skin cancer on his face and I can’t quite remember the Male Doctor name but he did my father face surgery and he was also so good explaining and how he treated my dad. My dad was so pleased with every one in this office everyone is very nice and polite Ladys at the front office the RN’s all staff beautiful we have no complaints at all best place.

    I have been a patient of Sarah Siak for 10 years. Siak and her staff are always extremely professional. I am always treated correctly and have perfect results. Easy to schedule appointments. Wait times are less than 10 minutes. I will only see Sarah Siak for all dermatology needs. She also treats my husband, who is in the sun a lot, and keeps him on track with his skincare needs. We feel blessed to have Siak care for us.

    Sarah Siak is a a beautiful spirit to have work on my face! She keeps the energy light with her humor and bubbly personality. It was very distracting from the procedure! Although it was painless! We did a bit of microneedling, and after only one session my skin feels contrastingly different. I was recommended trying this procedure for the texture of my skin due to past cystic acne.I’m excited to continue the process with Sarah and to see the heavenly results after a few more sessions.

On a routine screening, she caught a spot in my ear that was so small, no one saw it at all. As it was caught early, it was able to be treated very simply. Shaunte is upbeat, sincere and makes a dermo visit much more pleasant. Jeannie, David and the entire staff are also great to deal with. I highly recommend them!

    All staff members were very welcoming and professional. The PA, Sarah Siak, was very attentive and prescribed a steroid cream for eczema flare. I was incorrectly diagnosed with cellulitis at Guide Well ER two weeks prior. The steroid cream Sarah prescribed started to clear up the eczema and relieve the itching within a day or two. I’m still using it every day because I still have some itching every day. I will see Sarah on July 28th for a follow up visit.
