    Very happy with their customer service and their team. First encounter I had booked incorrectly and they kindly informed me and rebooked me as soon as possible for the procedure. Second encounter was an easy in and out. The doctor was very friendly and informative on what was going on and how to take care of it. (Joking around and balancing when to focus and be serious at the same time is a talent!) Came back to remove my stitches and was unfortunately running behind. I expected to have to reschedule due to theme policy, but they were still willing to take me in and complete my appointment while being kind and understanding, I left again grateful and happy for the consistent customer service here. I highly recommend!

    While I have been a patient within ADCS for years, I recently transferred to the Lake Nona location and am so happy I did! Dr. Aneja and her assistant, Carolina, were so kind, informative, understanding and thorough. Also, I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time, and the doctor was in my room within no longer than 10. Lastly, since I did have to end up getting a biopsy, they were very upfront with the cost (which was greatly appreciated). Couldn’t be happier with this location and it’s providers!

    I just had an appointment yesterday, and Daniel Hardack was the physician who seen me. I’ve been dealing with an issue for 2 and a half weeks for what I assumed to be bug bites, but it was actually an allergic reaction I was having. I previously went to an urgent care to get diagnosed and treated, and I left out only getting prescribed with a hydrocortisone cream (which was very disappointing), and my problem was still worsening. However, I got a second opinion from Daniel yesterday who told me right off the back what he thought it was and prescribed me different medications. It’s only been 24 hours and I already see SIGNIFICANT improvement with the medication he prescribed me. Therefore I had a great experience at this location and even with Daniel. He’s warm, welcoming, he LISTENS, and he is very very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone, and this facility will be my go to Dermatology spot.

    I recently came to the Lake Nona Advanced Dermatology office to see Danny for a problem area. I was, and am, really happy with the outcome of the visit & overall experience.     Ok I previously gave this dermatology office a bad review because I called for two weeks and got no answers or call back well it turns out the 321 area code number on the google website for this office is not the actual location number so if you want the actual number you have to call your health insurance company or stop by the dermatology office for their business card. Which I highly recommend because I was there this morning for a procedure and everyone at this location was very professional and welcoming. They had me in and out with no wait and I was informed about every step in my procedure. I want to thank the whole team for making my experience a great one.

    The crew is phenomenal, caring, attentive!!! I have female pattern thinning, apparently hereditary ( 😩😩) but, with the help of everyone at this office, I am loving the fact that my hair is growing back, seeing baby sprouts of hair is so wonderful, knowing that the results from my injections (done by Dr. Savina Aneja) have been way better than I hoped!! I sent pictures to ask her what was going on. She NEVER REPLIED!! I am no longer going there and will not return. I spent a lot of money and now my face is just bad! I ended up calling and getting in contact with someone at the Oviedo office. The lady at that establishment is trying to help me. I never heard back from Bri Joy at the Lake Nona office EVER!!SO I have had my face look horrible and no one ever bothered to contact me!I just had a wonderful first visit with Bri Joy. She is very professional, pleasant and has a great personality. She explains things and is very knowledgeable about the products and things that you need to use to help your skin. I will definitely be going back.

    I’ve only been once but so far it’s much better than the experience I had at my previous dermatologist. After being ignored, forgotten, overcharged, rushed through visits by a doctor who wouldn’t listen and arrived an hour late for my appointments, I went searching elsewhere.Thankfully I came upon Advanced Dermatology. The intake process was a breeze, I was taken back after a brief wait and was able to explain my horrible skin saga to the assistant who then gave Doctor Aneja the rundown. Incredibly, the doctor even looked at my photos, which my previous doctor refused to do. She explained different skin conditions and how they compared to my current situation.She spent a great deal of time with me and it was really, really amazing after suffering for so long with a seemingly undiagnosable condition. Based on all the factors of my condition and the course it’s taken, she made a diagnosis and prescribed a cream. I don’t want to speak too soon but after two and a half years of suffering, it appears that this is really working. The best part is that Doctor Aneja really wanted to figure it out and said if the cream wasn’t the answer, she would take a biopsy so we are 100% certain. That’s exactly the “get-to-the-bottom-of-this” attitude one would hope for from a doctor! Thanks Doctor Aneja! (I hope I spelled her name correctly!) Overcoming this condition will literally change my life. :,) I will definitely be going back to Advanced Dermatology for all my skin health needs.
