Ive been a customer of Alpha Medspa for more than 5 years mainly for different areas of laser Hair removal and not only are they affordable but they are fast and extremely effective. I have gone to 2 other places before and none have delivered the same long lasting results, which is why I ended up here. The entire staff is so nice and friendly but Yahaira is the very best!! She is kind, professional and knows exactly what shes doing. She will always make you feel comfortable with every procedure and takes her time to deliver exactly the results you want. They also have good package deals for different procedures or hair areas you want treated. You honestly cant go wrong with this place, they are great!!

Staff is beyond nice and caring! I struggled with hair loss at first but Kristen really cared and talked with me about the hair loss process. Now I have completed all of my treatments, I am very happy with my experience! I highly recommend this place and especially Kristen! She was very professional and helped me feel more comfortable during my laser hair removal process. Highly recommend!!

Few years ago, I had a treatment done here with Sara. She made me feel comfortable & provided excellent service. I just recently returned back & I am going through two different treatments. Sara is still there and once again has made it a pleasant experience. I have also been satisfied with the results & the sales they run are worth the purchase. The staff as a whole are very friendly.

Dr. Ello is one of the best doctors in Orlando. He spent so much time with me when I came in for a check up . I noticed a vertical line inside my nail bed and he thoroughly examined my nail to make sure it is not a melanoma. He took all his time and answered all the questions I had. Even went through my blood work and discussed each one with me. The office staff is very professional and I felt like they really cared, there was no rush at all. He was so knowledgeable. I highly recommend Alpha medical services to everyone! Whether you are looking for a general practice doctor or weight loss or cosmetic treatments. Thank you so much! Ive been going to Alpha Medical for years and love Sara. She is welcoming and professional and does a great job. Their laser prices are very fair and Ive gotten multiple areas lasered over time with much success. Ive also gotten the VI peel twice, and these treatments really helped with my active acne. These treatments also helped with my acne scars a little, and I imagine with more treatments the scars would diminish even more. They say you need 3-6 peel treatments to see dramatic results, and I plan on scheduling my next peel soon :)

I have come to this location for laser hair removal, and may I say, Mariela is amazing! The laser machine is also one of the best I have experienced so far. I did a round of laser hair removal at another location with a different machine and the results are much better here at Alpha Med Spa.Ive also gotten the VI Peel done here with great results. Once again, Mariela is extremely professional, kind, and helpful. Overall courteous staff as well.Great pricing and great specials on med spa treatments.

Well first of all, like to say that this review is for laser hair removal only. It may be a bit long but I truthfully hope this helps you decide where youd like to be hairless. Plus, I would not feel comfortable or totally honest, if I only went to Alpha Medical Clinic and nowhere else. That being said, Ive been to two other places, Ideal Image and Progressive Wellness med center.Ideal image is, by no means, any better than Alpha. First off, they want to see you first and then offer you a pricey package. And Its pretty steep. So they offer financing. And If you have to finance hair removal then you shouldnt get it. Theyll also tell you that anywhere else is not as good and are not medically qualified. Major BS. They just want thousands more than the other well qualified establishments.Now about Progressive Wellness. There really isnt anything bad or negative about this place. Its ok. The people there are very professional and polite. I will most likely go back and finish up some touch up areas. I like the tech but I dont like the laser process. They use the cooling gel for the removal. And well....I just dont like the mess. Plus I feel it doesnt do as good of a job as Alpha. I also feel like I need a shower after to clean up the gel mess.And now Alpha Medical center. First off, l believe you get more than what you pay for. The people are very polite, professional and I must say, a very good looking staff too. The price for the hair removal are super good. And Just because they are lower and more competitive than the other hair removal places, definitely does not mean they they lack in service. Their service and services are totally above the norm. Higher than Ideal Image and progressive.I totally recommend this establishment for your hair removal needs. I truly believe you will be more than satisfied. Now of course you can go try another place and find out for yourself like I did and spend twice the money. Or you can take my word on it. Plus the hair removal tech, Mariela, is an amazing professional and really really good looking.

I’ve already had 6 laser sessions with Sara and she’s been amazing. My back is already looking 10000xtimes better. The treatments always start on time which is a huge plus since I detest waiting for any type of appointment. I was hesitant at first because of a couple of bad reviews I saw here but I noticed they’re all complaints for “no-show” charges. They’re very clear with this policy from day one and it’s included in all the paperwork you sign at check in. 10/10 would recommend, just make sure that you enter your appointments in your calendar and reschedule/cancel on time (I think it’s up to 48hrs)

I love this spa and medical facility, sarah does an amazing job at what she does but the only negative i have about the facility is that they are no longer open on the weekends which is a bummer due to that are many patients and people who only have times on the weekends and due to working on the week can not make it in, they also close early so that makes it hard for many of us who work during the week until 5pm. If they would at least open on saturday that would make it easier to keep up with my laser appointments .

This group of professionals are very knowledgeable and conscientious about the products they use to improve your appearance. The Botox, Juvederm, facials, peels and Rejuvapen are the best treatments in Orlando and I look and feel years younger. Along with the treatments I have received, I began to use the Revision Skincare products available at their office. The results I have experience in using this skincare line is amazing and I would never go back to using other products because my skin looks AWESOME! I cannot rave enough about the weight loss program with Dr. Ello and his team. My journey has been quite a long one, and they provided nothing but the best service and support. My job requires me to travel quite frequently and often times without much notice. Mark, the wonderful ladies at the front desk and phone, as well as Dr. Ello, worked with my schedule and would often see me the same day via teleconsulting. I started my weight loss journey at my highest weight (even higher than my highest pregnancy weight) somewhere near 170, I believe. Today, and after much hard work and phenomenal support, I am down to my lowest weight of 134. I believe that the system Dr. Ello has put in place works!! You just have to follow it 100% and drink a boat load of water. Not only have I lost the weight, but more importantly, lost body % and my BMI is in the healthy range. I cannot rave enough! The plan works, it takes time and dedication. It requires you to be true to yourself and hold yourself accountable! I would recommend this program and Dr. Ello, as well as his awesome staff, to anyone that is serious about shredding weight. If you put in the work, stay true to the plan, you will see the results youre looking for! Also, just a sidenote - Mark is one of the main individuals I worked with while losing weight and he is super down to earth, encouraging, and a true professional. Thank you so much to Mark, Dr. Ello and the team! I never believed my baby fat would go away and sure enough it did and then some! Thank you all!

After visiting several places offering weight loss programs I opted to try out Alpha Weight & Wellness. Their presentation was thorough and very transparent; no hidden fees or ridiculous extra charges. I met with. Dr. Ello, they ran some tests and he went over the results with me. I appreciate that this wasnt all about reading some templates or watching a general video; no, Dr. Ello really took his time to listen to my daily routine, what I eat and how I manage my time... By the end of my first meeting with Dr. Ello and after chatting with some of the staff (which are ALL super pleasant and always willing to help), I was SURE that I had made the right choice.I started my 3 month treatment and returned every week for my weight-in. Fast forward 3 months, I was able to lose 35 pounds and went from a size 40 waist down to a 34. Of course I should add that I followed Dr. Ellos advice when he recommended combining good/healthy eating with exercise. I personally committed to doing 30-40 minutes of strong cardio 5 or 6 times per week.I can’t speak for anyone else and one thing I know is that it’s impossible to please everyone. But Im extremely happy about my results and would recommend Alpha to anyone thats looking for The Real Thing. Their team is extremely knowledgeably, almost everyone that works there has first-hand experience with their treatments & services - that should speak for itself!!

I absolutely LOVE this place. Sara, the blonde girl, is amazing! Shes super attentive, gentle, makes sure the client is comfortable throughout the session. I have done 6 different areas with her and I keep coming back for new areas because I love how I get treated here. And actually, I dont know why the person who commented here in Spanish said that the girl with the laser is racist. She is very nice and does not discriminate at all. She even talks to me a lot about how much she likes Latin culture. I 100% recommend!!
