    The staff and Dr were all professional, capable and caring. The service was very quick. I arrived on time at 3:55pm and was called back within a few minutes. Was surprised when checking out that they would charge me a surcharge if I used a credit card. They would not accept cash. I did not bring a debit card or checks so they said they would bill me. It does say what their policies are if you search for that on their website. Unfortunately they did not push a notification of those policies when I set up the appointment. Since my charge was only $10 seems ridiculous to send me a bill that will probably cost them a dollar to process and mail instead of the $0.40 surcharge for the credit card. So much for accounting efficiency.

    I’ve been using Advanced Derm for years and every visit is 5 stars. I appreciate the reminder to my appointment. The staff is always courteous and friendly, happy to see you. My Dr is always prompt with her apt time. She is always willing to take the time to educate me on my skin. Not to mention she seems to enjoy talking personal experiences with her patients. This comes from a patient that takes pride in Google reviews and trains sales associates and Mgr’s on it. Keep up the good work !! Phil G

    You were wonderful. I have a long family history of internal and external cancers. This time it was advanced cancer and needed reconstructive surgery and a skin graft. You got it all and rebuilt my nose, did the skin graft. Its healing great Im very happy with it all and would recommend you to anybody I know. It is genetic in my family. My father had the same thing on his nose and this was a lot easier and faster healing much quicker.Thank you so much. In my opinion you deserve 20 stars.😊

    I found Doctor Reinu very kind and professional, but the Receptionist, I dont know if because she is Haitian and I am Dominican, she treated me badly as if I were her worst enemy, she spoke very badly. For me, very rude.

    Very nice office and friendly staff! Reeli the PA was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I had a biopsy done that was quick and easy and they called me with results promptly. Overall a great office and I will definitely be seeing them annually!

    I gave 5 stars because of the service extended and doctors skill with removal of a skin tag in a sensitive area. However, the waiting periods between arrival and actually getting seen are super long, 58 minutes the first visit (Im sure someone needed more attention than planned) and second visit for actual remove (34) minutes. Dont bother getting their early either because I did, but patient with earlier appointment who got in late still got seen before me. All this said, I will return when needing check up and/or other treatment because of the doctor seen. Who bed manners are great and skill level up there with best treatments Ive received for other medical professionals.

    Dr Yeidings practice is an amazing place to go for all your self-improvement needs. The office is extremely clean and the staff are amazing. From the minute you arrive they acknowledge you with smiles and professionalism that is unmatched. At this office you are not hustled in and out and treated like a number, but more like an extended family member. I highly recommend Dr. Yeilding and her practice, she is the best!

    Extremely personalized and professional. I live near an office, but choose to drive 45 minutes to the Meteowest office. I wouldnt chance anything about this office. All staff are great every time. Its like they never have a bad day. I will never go to another office as long as the current staff stay there.

    I saw Dr. Spohr and his Tech Heather to have a cyst removed. They were very involved in making sure I knew all my options and showed concern for my health, not just for that visit, but going forward with the healing process. They were pleasant and funny and were interested in all my questions. Also, very proficient and efficient. Even the desk staff there remember your name. I can easily recommend them.

    I don’t know what third party company they use to set appointments Bbuuttt THEY ARE HORRIBLE however the office was Very clean nice and professional. I honestly had been having issues with my hairline breaking out and no one cloud tell me what was going on. She came in and took one look at my hairline and told me exactly what it was. She gave me some cream and with in two days it cleared up. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Her treatments began in Oct.2017 and this May of 2018 my granddaughters hair has been restored thicker and fuller than before, and we thank God for directing my daughter and I to her.     I sought a second opinion on a moderate dyplastic nevi that another dr wanted to put me to sleep to remove along with my whole toenail. Advanced Dermatology calmed my fears from the first call and remove it with only local anesthesia plus I got to keep my toenail attached not reattached to my foot. They educated me and walked me thru the process. I’ve been encouraging anyone I meet with moles even if they don’t look suspicious to have them checked for piece of mind.

    The doctor was able to diagnosed my goddaughter, Shaina correctly after two failed attempts by her primary care provider. My goddaughter did not require a biopsy after all. After using the cream, believe it or not, the sun continued the treatment. Yes 15 minutes of sun per day. She is 99% spot free!
