    I have dealt with IBS since I was 8 years old. 30 years later, after a few months of acupuncture and herbs, my IBS is 99 percent gone. Itā€™s the first time in my life receiving proper treatment that has renewed me as a human. I have been to an unthinkable amount of doctors over the years for relief, so, to finally find some, through acupuncture, has been life changing. Saima is world class with care and appreciation. If you know anyone with IBS, please see her immediately. I was definitely a disbeliever in the beginning, but can confidently recommend this to anyone dealing with the same type of ailment.

    Itā€™s not an exaggeration to say Dr Saima and acupuncture at Be Well changed my life. I canā€™t express enough gratitude for Dr Saima for being there for me during some severe health issues where nothing else was working to provide relief. If youā€™ve ever had a bad experience with a doctor not listening to you, this is the complete opposite. Iā€™ve never felt more heard or understood seeking care. And actually getting results. I moved to Tampa but still travel back just to come here for acupuncture. Because itā€™s worth it!

    I highly recommend this place. When I was in severe pain in my lumbar I could barely walk. I was recommended by a friend to be seen by Jim for the ART massage and by Adriana for an acupuncture session.In my first day I felt an incredible relief and could walk a little bit better. In my second session I could not just walk but feel almost 80% better.The knowledge added to their experience made all the difference in my life.Now Ive been treated by Saima for acupuncture and she is beyond all of my expectations.All the receptionists are very friendly and awesome too!!!Thank you all!!!

    I have been seeing Saima for Acupuncture at Be Well for around a year and a half now and I can honestly say she changed my life.For 6 years I had pretty awful acid reflux and saw many different doctors for this. I was scoped and biopsied and given loads of medication and nothing worked. When I would talk to my doctors about this they would change my medication or double it. They told me to lose weight, I lost lots of weight, they told me to eat bland foods, and I would eat the blandest foods possible for weeks straight... nothing worked.I finally got fed up with feeling like it would never change and being told that I would be on this medication the rest of my life.I researched some alternative methods to cure acid reflux and one method that kept popping up was how well acupuncture worked to help minimize or even get rid of acid reflux. I was a little skeptical honestly, but was at the point where I needed to be open minded.I started working with Saima and after 6 weeks of visits my acid stopped. She was then able to help me slowly wean off my medication over the next few weeks. (you cant stop acid medication immediately, if you do you will get rebound)Its been over a year now and I still dont have acid reflux and its been amazing.Saima listened to my problem, approached it with an open mind and kept me informed with everything that was happening as we worked to get rid of my acid. I now go to see Saima first for everything!!I have had a few other services at Be Well besides acupuncture since I started going and everyone there is truly incredible. The front desk is super kind, friendly and its just a wonderfully welcoming place.I recommend them to everyone.

    I had my first facial with Erica and she did AMAZING! She was so professional and made me feel so comfortable. Iā€™m not one that typically prioritizes my skin care but she definitely made me want to! I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to actually start taking care of my skin.     So happy with Saima, and the front desk girls were so sweet, warm, welcoming, and accommodating the entire time. Leahā€™s massage and CST, and Ericaā€™s facials are the best! Saima really assesses and addresses you completely from emotional to physical, not just physical symptoms and ailments. Shes so knowledgable and good at what she does! This is my favorite acupuncture clinic!Update May 2023 after coming here for 5 months. Leah is so wonderful! I love her essential oils, her massage, and her CST.Saima is so intuitive, gentle, knows exactly what you need, and sheā€™s like a counselor at the same time.     Even before the pandemic, the entire staff has always made me feel welcome & safe. With their continued dedication to cleanliness and safety measures, I was able to continue my services with them through out. I have always been administered the very best quality of care while in their space. Their customized facials always leave my incredibly sensitive skin calm & glowing and each massage leaves me relaxed & my temperamental lower back and pelvis better aligned.     I loved this place! The office is so beautiful and you immediately feel relaxed and at ease when entering. I had an acupuncture treatment done by Dr. Emily and it was excellent! She listened to all of my concerns and made me feel cared for throughout the whole treatment. The table was even heated to keep me warm and comfortable during the treatment :) definitely will return!

    The fact that Iā€™m getting married in 2 days and set aside a few minutes to write this review is a testament to how much I love Be Well. Sandy is such a kind and caring massage therapist who helped me release all the tension and stress that comes with preparing for a wedding. It was so therapeutic to relax and breathe deeply on her table while she helped me rid myself of all discomfort (mental and physical) so that I can focus on feeling my best for the wedding. If you are a bride-to-be, I cannot recommend enough that you do yourself a huge favor and schedule a massage with Sandy for the week of your wedding! You will be thanking yourself afterward.Today was my first time visiting Be Well in their new space on Jackson Street and I absolutely love it! So bright, airy, and spacious with large private rooms and beautiful details like crown molding and leaded glass doors. Being in such an inviting space only adds to the relaxation and makes it easier to leave all stress at the front door and enjoy a calming, restorative massage session.

    The massage therapists and estheticians at Radiant are superior in what they do. Iā€™ve had several massages by Sandy and Melissa and they both relieve all of my muscle and body aches every time. I get deep tissue massages so I can function the next day, and I always leave light years more nimble than how I had entered. The facial I had was my first one ever and it was really great! My skin felt so clean and like I was glowing afterwards. The entire staff at Radiant & Awaken love taking care of me and it feels like home there with the essential oil diffusers they have and hot tea bar. Itā€™s definitely a relaxing environment primed for wellness. Treat yourself to health maintenance or get someone a gift certificate.     I LOVE this place! Melissa and Leah are two of the most welcoming, professional, and experienced massage therapists Ive had the pleasure of meeting. Sure, everyone enjoys a good massage, but these two go above and beyond every time. The establishment itself is warm and inviting as soon as you walk in. And they always let me choose my favorite essential oils to work with. Theyre really great about working through my problem areas (I get crazy neck and shoulder knots! ), and I always leave feeling extremely relaxed and refreshed! I used to treat myself to a massage about once a year until a friend referred me to BodyMx. Now Im addicted to this place! Oh, and I always opt for the salt scrub after my massage. (Pumpkin is my favorite, but they have several different kinds!)

    I canā€™t rave enough about this new beautiful location, staff and the services!!! COVID-19 hit me hard and re-activated my thyroid issues and premenopausal symptoms. Thank God for the superb attention, care, knowledge and skills of each of these professionals from the greeting at the check in desk to the mastery of my Accupuncture physician... I am 100% symptom free!!! Also, I experienced an unexpected and unpredictable outcome as well.... I fell asleep on the table with the needles in during my treatment!! Why this is phenomenal is I donā€™t fall asleep anywhere (not a car, a plane, by the pool, on the beach.... no where!). Thatā€™s just one treatment! When I come regularly, my body feels and operates at a renewed level, my sleep improves significantly and I donā€™t experience the normal pain in my neck and shoulders. If you havenā€™t tried it, I highly recommend you do not delay any longer and book an appointment immediately!

    I have been very well taken care of from the service providers at Be Well Orlando every time I go, for any issue I have. I started going to them back when they were operating as Awaken & Radiant. I am not surprised to see them expand to a bigger location given their commitment to taking great care of people. They treat me like family every time I go. I have gotten acupuncture for various health issues including body pain from physical work, stress, emotional maintenance, and flu (and COVID) symptoms. I had COVID in July 2021ā€“their care kept me alive and out of the hospital. I have gotten acupuncture from Dr. Adriana, Dr. Covyn, Dr. Saima and Dr. Emily. All of these physicians have contributed to my healing so much that it allows me to be flexible if someone isnā€™t available when I am. I can book with any of them and receive equally great care. This kind of flexibility and results have been hard for me to find in any profession. I also really enjoy the massage therapists and skincare team they have. Sandy and Melissa are who I have gone to for massages and facials. I donā€™t ā€œtreatā€ myself enough with these services, but look forward to them when I do. My body is free of knots and aches, and my skin is soft and glowing when I leave.I can go on and on about how everyone I know should get treatments from the people at Be Well, and I do. I get gift certificates and their gift baskets for people in my life because everyone should know what is available there. Itā€™s already nice to be taken care of when I donā€™t feel well, itā€™s even better to know Iā€™m supporting a local, women-owned and operated wellness center.     I was in town on vacation when I developed muscle spasms in my low back. I needed someone who knew how to do therapeutic deep tissue work.     Ive been receiving treatment from the Radiant team for the past few years. Ive always left feeling 100 times better than when I walked in. They exemplify customer care. From the front desk, to the service providers-- its obvious they are all invested in my well being. With Covid, I was curious how my acupuncture appointment and the office structure might look different. Again, with clear intention, they went above and beyond to ensure I felt safe coming into their establishment. They had hand sanitizers out at the door, my temperature was taken, everyone was wearing masks. They are doing what they can to continue their top tier services while ensuring our safety. DId I mention Im driving from Tampa because I trust them and feel that much better!? Yeah. Its that worth it. I have no doubt, youll see for yourself. Enjoy!     Salt. Acupuncture. Cupping (like Michael Phelps). Massage. I can do it all here. And Iā€™ve even tried their facials (it was my first time and they promised I wouldnā€™t be shiny afterā€¦ I wasnā€™t). Every practitioner is an absolute expert in their craft. Many of them have multi-discipline backgrounds adding to their wealth of knowledge of health and wellness. So relaxing. So effective. My chronic back pain is gone. My snoring is gone. My severe nasal congestion is gone. My energy levels are up. My anxiety is waaaay down. Canā€™t say enough good things about Be Well. If you want someone who truly cares about your health and wellness and youā€™re tired of the standard medical experience, this is your spot.

    I became a patient of Dr. Saima Bhattis approximately five years ago. I have been an insulin dependent diabetic for 19 years with a myriad of other health issues, including anxiety, trouble sleeping, compulsive eating disorder, depression and low back pain from both a bulging and torn discs (L4-L5, L5-S1). Saima has helped me with all of it! She is one of the most caring, intelligent and qualified physicians I have ever had the pleasure of being treated by. Her new office location right in the heart of the Florida Hospital District (Orange & Princeton), where so many excellent doctors reside, is wonderfully convenient.In the beginning I was both nervous & skeptical.     I needed to get a massage on short notice before flying out of town on a trip, and not only did they fit me in, but this was one of the best massages Ive ever had; Definitely the best massage in altamonte.
