    Called to make an appt over phone and was greeted in Portuguese. I don’t know Portuguese so they accommodated me with Spanish. Service was very nice here. My stylist met me at the red couch and tried to connect with me . She asked me about my hair needs and off we went ! Hair was shampooed and cut was finished. My stylist was very nice about answering questions and easing nerves. My only note is that once finishing my cut and blow dry, I realized the stylist never properly protected my hair from any heat damage with any product. A bit concerning but at that point is was too late. Luckily my hair is in good condition and one blow dry without heat protectant spray isn’t going to kill it . Oh! also! She was kind and offered drinks . The facility is fairly large and has ample space and refreshing outdoor lighting. Restroom is well kept and clean. Overall vibe was super up to date with trends. Instagram pictures about their hair dying expertise look promising. Would go back again.

    Leandro is absolutely amazing!! I looked for years for someone who I can trust with my hair and he’s an incredible professional. From the front desk to wonderful coffee service, to beautiful hair, my experience at the salon has been “VIP” every time 🤗

    I always go to Studio VIP for highlights, hair cut, and Keratin services. Edy is an amazing hair stylist and I am so happy that I found him in the Orlando area. I live in Longwood and don’t even mind going to Orlando for my hair bc it is worth it! It is so hard to find a good hairdresser and Edy is one of the best in this area. He makes me feel appreciated and always makes sure my hair looks beautiful before leaving the salon. All the ladies who work in the salon are very friendly, it is always a good experience going to VIP Salon & Spa. Highly recommend him!

    Overall Impressed. Adriana Is truly a doll. Upon Entering I Had horrible, dry, damaged hair. My first intention was “please cut it off.” she seemed to know that I really was just trying to renew my dead hair but didn’t want to lose my length. She was honest, genuine and so sincere. Instead of saying “okay how do you want it cut” she went with no scissors involved and recommended a treatment for hydration. When I tell you my hair was brand new, bouncy, and beautiful Without losing any length ?! I was the happiest person ever. Adriana works from the heart and looks at her job as more then just work! Always concerned about my appetite and thirst while waiting for the process to be complete. Definitely would recommend her and Definately felt like a VIP the entire time. Thank you so much! See you all in the next 2 weeks!

    I started coming to VIP salon because I was tired of other hair salons leaving me with orange brassy hair.After doing a lot of research in the Orlando area, I came across instagram pictures and gave it a try. I finally found Edy, who has experience with turning dark brown hair to frosty blonde. He always leaves my hair like new and the right shade of blonde.

    CURLY LADIES - LISTEN UP!After 16 YEARS of being in America I have finally found what I was looking for! In Brazil I always did my hair with relaxers without issues. I never wanted my hair straight, and my hair was always always kept curly. When I moved here, I had the hardest time finding a stylist that could replicate these results with a relaxer. My hair would always end up with different textures, and the front would always end up straight. One stylist convinced me to change from relaxers to keratin - which eventually just made my hair a lot worse.After cutting it almost all off, I ended up finding Raul at Studio VIP Salon & Spa. I sat with him and explained my journey and decided to return to using a relaxer in my hair. He did my hair a few days after and it is like a MIRACLE! My hair is completely transformed for the better! He gave me BEAUTIFUL CURLS!!! I am beyond happy and satisfied and will return many times more.Depois de 16 anos na America eu finalmente encontrei o que procurava! No Brasil eu sempre relaxei meu cabelo sem problemas. Eu nunca usei meu cabelo liso, sempre o mantive cacheado. Quando mudei para Orlando meus problemas comecaram, e nao conseguia achar alguem que fizesse meu cabelo sem alisar. Uma cabelereira me convenceu a mudar do relaxamento para a keratina - o que deixou meu cabelo ainda pior!Depois de cortar bastante eu FINALMENTE encontrei o Raul no Studio VIP Salon & Spa.     Abduls brush is fantastic. My hair is short, voluminous and many hairdressers dont get the brush right, he got it right on the first try. For those who like a high quality brush, I highly recommend it.Abdul’s blow-drying skills are fantastic.     Since I moved to the US I wanted to find a salon (like in Brazil) that would give you a royal treatment, doing a day of beauty, mother, feet, hair, waxing, whatever. To leave renewed and with your self-esteem up there. But when I found a manicure, I didnt have a hairdresser and vice versa. Until I discovered Casa Conceito and since the WhatsApp service, Juliana has hugged me in every way! He put me in the hands of unique professionals and gave me more than VIP service, but unique affection with snacks (for a hungry pregnant woman) and unparalleled energy! Thank you for everything!     Wonderful salon with outstanding professionals! Clean, well-lit environment and high-spirited staff!Yesterday, on my birthday, I visited the salon and even though it was full I saw all the team members working hard to offer customers the best experience possible!I did my nails with Bia, who was lovely, as always - and did a wonderful job, and Wigna washed and brushed my hair, it looked beautiful! I left feeling like a princess, and received lots of compliments at the party!My mother and my best friend also came with me to the salon, and Carlos Cézar, our hair stylist, was also fantastic!Luana and Claudinha helped my friend on her first visit to Studio VIP, and she fell in love! Her nails and eyebrows looked beautiful, and she said she will definitely be back!!

    I highly recommend the services of this salon. Everyone is very friendly to customers, as well as being great professionals.
