    I’ve been coming to Elegance Hair Salon for 8 plus years, and it always feels like visiting family. I recently had a blow-dry, with Lilly, and, as always, the experience was great! The staff is so friendly and professional, and they make me feel welcome every time. The salon is clean, beautiful, and has a nice, relaxing atmosphere. I’m always happy with the results and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service in a comfortable and clean setting!

    I’ve been going for nearly two decades! Even after moving and living away for 8 years I still return. Not only is the staff great, you can make appointments online. I am the basic blowout girly and Lily hooks me up. The heat is intense but the beauty after is worth it. They really care about the health of your hair and that’s most important.

    I travel all the way from Kissimmee to come and see Nuri at Elegant salon my experience it is wonderful. I was a hairdresser for 25 years but I can’t do my hair any more , and I had to say that I love coming here thank you for taking care of me , I am very special with my hair but I have found Nuri , she has definitely fulfilled all the expectations Thank you for all you do to my life.You are blessing.

    I have been in Orlando for 8 years now after moving to the area to attend UCF and this is still the only salon I go to. Ms Lily always does an amazing job and my hair is as soft and healthy as every. I recently got color done and I couldn’t be happier with how it came out! Subtle enough to be professional at work but very vibrant in the sunlight! If you are looking for an affordable salon to get silk presses, color, or practicality anything else I can not recommend Elegance enough!

    Joli was great ! My daughter and I got a hair cut and blow dry. We both like it. She worked in a fast speed. It was great for us to be in and out both of us done less than 1 hour an half. I will certainly reschedule with her for more services in the future.

    This is my 5th AND LAST attempt at trying to leave a review. It keeps erasing my review whenever I try to post it. I would have given up if it werent for the great service Yoli gave me...so I owe it to her to try yet again. Here I go...last attempt...sigh!Anyway, I am a black woman with 4b hair type, plus I have extremely dry scalp from all the heavy medications I take due to having Sickle Cell Anemia. I just got out the hospital and needed a miracle done on my hair, but couldnt get to my usual salon. My daughter referred me to Elegance since she had good service there & it was real close to my house. I called & explained to Yoli what my concerns were(my scalp) and what I wanted done...a deep conditioning, blow out, and trim. I went in needing a miracle and came out with flowing, bouncing, silky, light, & very healthy looking tresses! My before and after pics are in the photo section!Yoli gives the best scalp scrubs/massages during the shampoo process. Shes real thorough and she took her time on my scalp, which was greatly needed! Although it burned like hell, lol, she got my hair straightened from root to tip with that blow dryer & curling iron in no time! If you are black, on the east side of Orlando in the Waterford/Avalon area, and need a stylist who can manage your hair, visit Elegance and ask for Yoli! Thank you Yoli! 😘

    This is my new spot for nails!!! Eda is awesome! She has such a sweet spirit. Its a professional salon with a relaxing atmosphere. Shes also a Christian so this was a bonus for me😊. If youre looking for a nail tech, I would recommend her 100%.

    I have driven by this hair salon for years abs it wasn’t until 6 months ago that I decided to check it out. I logged on to the website and read Lily’s bio and decided to schedule an appointment, the best decision I have ever made. She has years of experience, patient, and knowledgeable. I can sit down and give her an idea of what I want and she is able to do just that. She has great suggestions and my hair always comes out looking fabulous. I’ve done color, keratin, haircuts, and even brought my mom to get her hair done with Lily. If you want great service, and come out looking like a million bucks, you need to call and schedule your appointment with Lily, Now don’t wait too long cuz sometimes she is super booked, You won’t regret it!,

    Yoli was my stylist and it was my first visit. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed about the process my hair is natural and I wanted something that I could keep natural but also straighten with a blow dryer and flat iron.She did a fantastic job I love it! See you again soon 🥰

    Ive been coming to Elegance Hair for about a year. I love it. Its owned by five sisters so its always clean, spacious, modern and friendly. Lily has been my hairdresser since the beginning and shes awesome. Great super straight blowouts, Keratin treatments and hair cuts. The prices are good too. I definitely recommend this place!

    Go see Lily!!! Most people hate going to the dentist but I hate getting my hair cut. I walked in very anxious and nervous as most of the time I hate how my hair looks after it’s cut but I couldn’t be more happy. I showed Lily pictures of what I wanted and she couldn’t have done any better. she was super sweet and calmed my nerves. I got exactly what I wanted! She was truly amazing and for the first time I love my hair after getting it cut! Go see Lily if you want your hair done right!

    Love love this place 🥰🥰.The ladies of the staff are so pleasant and wonderful. They make me feel welcomed every time I come and beautiful every time I leave. This has been the only hair salon I have visited in the past 3 years and I have no plans on going anywhere else.They have given me highlights, a keratin treatment, and multiple blowouts. They are so gentle. I even take my 9 year son who has a lot of hair and is tender headed here with no complaints of service. My go to girl is Aldonza but I am absolutely sure you are in good hands with anyone.The work area is laid out and always clean. Parking is always available and it’s located just before you reach Waterford so stop by. I recommend them.

    I am a NJ transplant living in Central Florida, one of the hardest things for me was finding a salon that could handle my relaxed hair as well as providing a great blowout... I am so glad that I found Lily at Elegance Hair Salon, she has been my stylist for years and I absolutely love her. A great stylist w range and always with a smile.     Ive been going there for the past 6 months now and Im very happy. Lilly is a great stylist. She has helped bring the life back to my hair and does a beautiful job with my hair cut. I came in with some damage because I was between stylists and hadnt been able to really maintain my hair, but she has done wonders in caring for my hair and giving it back its thickness and healthy glow. I truly appreciate it!!(Update 10/21/2017) Its been like 2 years now and I swear by this salon. Lilly has continued to work wonders with my hair and adapt with the different styles I want to try. She is truly an artist with a great eye for her craft.

    Mary-Luna recently gave me a wash and layered haircut this morning. My hair instantly felt better upon touch and much healthier! At my arrival, I was greeted by the owner and led to my stylist (Mary). She was very sweet and understood the type of cut I wanted based off a description and Pinterest screenshot I had (I asked for a V-cut with textured layers to show off my natural waves). I was nervous because stylists usually dont know how to cut thick/wavy/voluminous hair and I end up going home and fixing their mistakes for myself.Mary did a beautiful job of taking off two years worth of split ends, giving me the angled cut that I wanted and seemed fit for my hair type and gave me wonderful choppy layers. I left the salon with no blow dry because I wanted to see how it would fly with my natural damp hair and its been air-drying all day and Ive gotten compliments from my coworkers about how much shape my hair now has! Will definitely be back to put my strands in Marys hands!The price was fantastic too! Very affordable. The salon was simplified and clean and bright and the staff was welcoming. I hope to be a returning customer there.

    I went in for just a basic hair cut and was received very quickly. The place is very clean and organized. Lilly did an amazing job on my hair, she was very outgoing, friendly, and offered suggestions which I found very helpful especially since I have thick heavy hair. Definitely recommend!

    When I came in, I had hair all the way down my back and was looking to get it cut shoulder length, but was nervous for the change and nervous for how it was going to turn out. My appointment was with Janet, and I couldnt have been happier. I was donating my hair so she made sure to help me get that situated with ease and packaged so that the hair keeps well. As for the haircut, she did an amazing job and I hadnt felt that pretty in a while. She told me that she has over 20 years of experience and it showed. She knew how to best cut and style my hair for how curly it is and Ive really loved it. I will be returning, probably to her specifically.

    Ive been looking for a good hair salon for my short hair for about 6 months, with no luck. I just so happened to google map this place after finding out my normal stylist wasnt going to be able to cut my hair that day. I walked into Elegance and Im very happy I did. Michael did a great job on my trim and I definitely see me going back. Everyone was very professional and happy. Id recommend it to anyone.

    Desperate for a last minute haircut and style, I used found them online and used their app to make an appointment. Zee was my stylist and she was amazing. She was so sweet and gave me a lot of advice for my hair. (Note: Advice, not sales pitches.) From what I could see around me, all the other customers of other stylists looked great too. Super thankful I ended up there. The salon was clean, reasonably priced and super easy to find.

    I have been going to Elegance Hair Salon for several years and I LOVE it!!! The customer service is top notch and everyone is very professional. Melissa is the stylist that does my hair majority of the time, but everyone does a good job. I have had services such as wash and set, color, cut and keratin treatment and I was very pleased with all these services. Overall, I highly recommend this salon!     I came in with kinky over-processed hair and walked out with silky, bouncy gorgeous hair. Lilly uses a lot of heat with the blower and flat iron but my hair was transformed. She gave me a new hair color and styled for it $125. Pricy but worth it.

    Ive been living in central Florida for almost 30 years and even though I have had more than a few hair stylists during that time, I really never had much luck getting my naturally dry and curly hair to look its best.So, Im driving around Waterford Lakes area for work one hot and humid afternoon and I was in desperate need of a good hair conditioning and blow out. That was the best hair day of my life, literally! I googled salons in the area and saw Elegance Hair Salon great reviews. I got an appointment for that afternoon and Yoli did my hair.I was so impressed by the quality of work Yoli did, the quality of the salons hair products, the atmosphere and how welcome everyone made me feel, that I ended up firing my former hairstylist and I have been coming to Yoli since last August ever since!From the keratin treatment to hair color, hair cut and blow out, my hair is now beautiful, shiny, freeze free, manageable and I feel great and pretty again thanks to my new hair stylist, Yoli at Elegance Hair Salon!Hope you visit them soon!

    I took my 8 year old daughter to get her hair washed and cut by Nataly, who was absolutely wonderful. She listened to what I wanted for my daughter and delivered. I knocked down one star for only one reason and that was because on their website they advertise that kids haircut/wash is $20. Keep in mind I brought my own shampoo and conditioner and her own comb. when I went to pay I was told it was $30. When I asked why, another lady told me its because they havent updated their prices on the website, so she told Nataly to give it to me for $25 (wasnt to happy about that because thats not how I like to do business) but the atmosphere is really nice. I would still highly recomend this salon. I would just call and ask for prices before going in so your not surprised with the amount since the prices on their websire is not accurate. I believe $30 is somewhat on the higher end for a kids cut especially when you are supplying your own things. Salon is big and beautiful, also Nataly disinfected the chair my daughter used when she was done washing her hair BIG PLUS!! And even though I wasnt to happy with how they changed the price on me, the experience and how my daughters hair came out is why I will go back again.

    New to Orlando, decided to try this location to die my hair from a huge mistake I made, attempting to go blonde. Lily took her time with me in helping choose the right color to help my hair look better and feel heathier. I have have gone back to do my hair with her ever since. Totally reccommend Lily for all of your hair necessities whether you have short,long, curly or straight hair she can make you leave feeling more beautiful than ever. Amazing!!!

    Wow!!! This place was incredible! Ive gone to hair salons that have better reviews and they left me and my moms hair so amazing 😍I am never going back to my old salon! Seriously if you are considering changing your salon, this is the place to go! Especially if you want girls that speak Spanish and really wash your hair well.

    I love the atmosphere. The pricing is great. U go to those great clip franchises n they charge a fee for each thing. A simple wash n blow dry was 50 bucks outrageous. I had short hair ruined by Walmart that charged 55. Elegance charges 30 for wash blow n straighten. Ceceila does a great job even came in on her day off for me. I finally found someone who knows what they r doing. JC Penny I liked at first but every time I went for the same thing it was a different price n not cheap!

    I Google search DominicaN hair salons and found a few in Orlando. I was set on going to one place but something told me to give Elegance a call and try them out. I had to be out of the city by a certain time and I called at 8:30am and there was someone there to take my call. He set me up with one of the best stylist, Yoli, who has the most experienced ce with my grade of hair. Im African American, so you know our hair is a bit thicker than most. She took care of me immediately when I walked in at 9:00 a.m. Their shampoos and conditioner left my hair feeling AMAZINGLY SOFT. She blew my hair and and pressed it and the total process took and 1.5 hours. They are fast and professional. I will only recommend this place. Btw, my sister is a student at Paul Mitchell, so I have a lot of experience with Profesional and they are great. Dont look any further. They are GREAT. Prices are affordable too.

    Went through two different hair dressers for my Balyage and none could get it right. Spent alot of $ at highend salons for nothing.
