    Ok I am not kidding when I say that this is the best anyone has ever done my hair. Cicely is so nice and fun. She asks many questions about how you want your hair and executed it PERFECTLY.     Cicely is an absolute pleasure to work with, she understands your hair needs and is truly a professional at what she does. She was recommended by a long time friend and my entire family went and got hair cuts and their hair styled and everyone loved it (my wife, daughter and son got haircuts and their hair styled, I got a haircut and a beard trim). She even recommended how to manage your hair and what products to use. She is also very easy to chat with, after going there once we feel like weve known her for years, shes very sweet, kind, welcoming and listens attentively with interest. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

    Cicely is not only a goddess in real life, gracing you with her presence, but an actual magician. I came to her with a huge hair disaster, a situation I felt hopeless with. I had been dying my hair by myself for years and it basically had gotten to the point of no return. I don’t even know how she did it, but she not only made my hair look healthier than it has been in years, but she made me look red carpet ready. The texture of my hair is even different! Not only did she completely transform my hair, but she has a heart of gold, a jovial personality and a sense of humor that will have you in stitches the entire time you are with her. My mom and I absolutely love her style technique and warm bubblely personality!Over the year her skills have aged like a beautiful fine wine, only getting better with time.     Look no further because Cicely is going to be your hair Stylist from now on once you go to her for the first time. Not only is she talented and has a nice personality she is a great listener too. I got my brows done, a wash/ cut and a nice hair mask. On top of that I got a scalp massage, plus a back massage on her massage chair as she was washing my hair. Its like a hair salon/ mini spa/ therapy session all in one because she actually cares about you. My hair feels AMAZING and she did the exact cut I was looking for. I am super pleased.     After searching for months for the perfectperson to color my hair, I finally found Mrs.Cicely on TikTok. I looked at her previous work and instantly booked an appointment. I flew to Orlando, Florida from Seattle, Washington for my appointment. I showed her three different pictures of different pinks. Two of the pictures were for alternatives if she couldnt get my hair as light. Due to her rule that you cant see your hair til its done, I didnt know she incorporated all the pictures into one. I loved it and will be back soon for my next colors🎨❤️ 10/10 I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.. Nothing but straight vibes☺️

    Cicely is a sweet angel 🩵 and miracle worker. I know her for a bit more than I year now and it was my first time going to her because I was letting my hair grow from a bad haircut. I told her I will go to her when I was ready and I did. I am in awe of her amazing work. Not everyone knows to cut my curl texture. She just gave me the best cut I have had in years 🥹 my movement is back and even the color looks so much better with that cut and style. My curls are perfect now!!! She is the best!!!     Ive been seeing Cicely for years! I went from a I only need a quick shampoo and cut, nothing else, to now sitting in her salon chair for hours on end to get my dark long hair cut, lightened, colored (not your standard colors), and blow dried. She manages to always keep my hair shiny and healthy after each appointment. I trust her enough to say I want a certain color and give her free reign. Talk about trust!     FREAKING FANTASTIC! I’m writing this on behalf of my mom who went and get her hair done by Cicely. She absolutely loved the service, the outcome, and the environment, especially with Covid going on. We knew Cicely back when she worked at Hair Cuttery in Hunters Creek. I started following her on Facebook and Instagram a while ago and was so happy to see that she had her own spot now.Now, my mom has not taken care of her hair properly in the last three years, and it has been up in a ponytail that she barely combed because she hates doing her hair. LOL, but she finally scheduled an appointment because I told her that Cicely had her own spot, and she had to go to her to fix her hair. I showed her some pictures, and my mom was absolutely in love.     New to the area and was searching for someone to straighten my 5 yr old daughters hair for her graduation. Cicely was THE best with my daughter. Not only did her hair come out exactly how I had imagined to be, she was extremely patient with her and made sure she was comfortable. This was her first time at the salon getting this type of service and with Cicely.... It wont be the last. I myself was also treated to a nice massage chair while waiting :).     Ms. Cicely was very professional but friendly, we chatted the entire time; yet she was very thorough in explaining every step of my color and cut as she was performing her duties. I wanted a light blonde color on my natural curly hair with a cute sexy cut and she gave me exactly as I asked. Her attention to my needs was much appreciated. Also, she was very pro with covid awareness and cleanliness and mask-wearing (even though we both are vaccinated), which made me feel comfortable being in her hair salon.

    I would highly recommend going to Cicely for any of your hair needs. Every time I go in for my monthly haircut she always makes sure everything is just the way I want it. The facility is very clean and sanitary even with the whole pandemic going on. Cicely always makes sure that the haircut is never boring by having great conversations and playing music. For anyone looking for any hair needs I highly recommend because every time I get a haircut I am never disappointed.

    I absolutely love cicely! Not only is she an amazing at doing hair but shes an amazing person. She is a professional and can do just about anything you need her to do to your hair. There are times I go and tell her just work your magic cicely and I am never disappointed! She has been in the business a long time and I have been going to her for almost 10 years and dont trust anyone else with my hair. You wont regret going to her weather its for just a trim or full color she will make you look fabulous! She also does mens cuts. She is a perfectionist which is great cause youll never leave looking less than perfect! Make your appoinent and make a new friend and get your hair looking better than ever!

    Cicely is an AMAZING! First, Let me start off by saying that...I am super picky and always worried about choosing the right Artist to color my BLONDE hair! If youre a Blonde you know what I mean! I wanted my blonde hair to look cream instead of gold. My roots were awful because of quarantine and not being able to get my hair done. I wasnt sure how she was going to be able to fix my color! Let me tell you..Cicely performed Magic on my Hair! It looks beautiful! My hair came out exactly-how I wanted it..Beautiful, creamy, & blonde! (No Gold!) YES!! I have had so many complements on my hair color and its all because of Cicely! I cant thank her enough! Thank you so much Cicely! I will be back! She is Great Hair Artist! Go see her!     Cicely did magical things to my hair!! She listened to what I was telling her I wanted and what I didn’t like about the previous ways my highlights had been done.     Absolutely Phenomenal work. Empire didnt just REVIVE my hair. Empire performed a miracle. My hair if you would have seen it was definitely Beat from At home processing platinum blonde and horribly tinged from purple Shampoo. But Cicely, Cicely... performed a miracle. And the studio was very private. I was catered to snacks, drinks and a massage at the same time of getting my hair done. I felt very comfortable for my first time and I walked out feeling like a million bucks. I will surely be back for my touch ups and blows in between! Thank you Empire, and thank you Cicely!!
