I started going to Great Clips when I moved to the area 2019. I always went to a barber and had a stigma that places like this would mess you up with a bad cut. To be honest for what I need, they are great. Its in the name. Everyone here can cut really well, including clipper with fades. Their staff can cut all types of hair. Dont go looking for the crispy edges that a barber with a straight edge would give you. But you also wont have to wait for hours, listen to the barber talk on the phone while cutting your hair. Also, you wont have to pay the outrageous barber fees $75-$100 for a cut?!?! Really? Ill stick with my online check-in and my $10.99 discount card. If not, Ill do it myself like during Covid. At the end of the day, a great cut for a great price.

Judi Henry has been my hair dresser for at least the last 20 years and I have followed her everywhere she is assigned! My friends who I recommend her to, also say she does a great job! Overall, GC locations are clean and customer service is awesome!

Stopped in to get a fresh cut while working from home, not much of a wait. My stylist was Lori and she was fantastic, polite, friendly and efficient got me in and out in 20 mins without feeling rushed. Excellent attention to detail from her. Im new to the area and this will quickly become my go to salon.

Usually go to this great clips location and have a good experience. Got a haircut from Sonia today and she didn’t seem happy and did a bad on a simple buzzcut. Only did one pass over with the clippers and didn’t line up the back even. Had to have my wife fix it.

Honestly I was shocked by how good my cut was. I usually avoid salons in this price range because Ive had bad experiences in the past, but I needed to get in some where quick and they did an *excellent* job. Highly recommend and Ill be going back for sure.

Great Clips in Lake Nona has always been fast and efficient and have done a great job with both of my teens. - They are a good choice if you have a busy schedule and need a quick haircut without an appointment. We recently discovered the excellent job Jasmine does with cuts and styling. Glad to have this choice close to home. Recommend checking in online to shorten any wait you may have.

New to Orlando from CT where I had a stylist who I have been going to for years. Had a bit of anxiety about getting a haircut with someone new, as my hair is fairly long and in the past it has been butchered by subpar barbers. Happy to say that such was not the case at Great Clips! I was greeted immediately by the stylist and she asked thorough questions to make sure she knew what I wanted. Love what she did and Im sure Ill back again! $14 for the cut plus $3 for a shampoo treatment; a great deal! :)

I have been going to this great clips for over 10 years I love your coupons And the haircut that you gave me was very goodI do know that this time around I waited a little longer than normal to get my hair done but this was because of the holidays and medical situation and when I asked her to please trim my mustacheI have no beardAnd the mustache was not that long it would not have taken her any longer than it did to do my eyebrows She said she has to treat this like a beard and wanted to charge me $10 more I have never been asked that question before or have I ever been asked to pay $10 more.I guess you missed the question why is it after so long that I now have to pay for a simple trim on a mustache that only takes two or three cuts across with a scissor Or a razor, Almost every barber shop that I have ever gone to they always did this as a courtesy including yours
