    The App Appointment system actually works quite well... The Ladies are all Very Nice and give a very Good Gentlemans Haircut ! I even had my Face trimmed one day when I was just getting behind... Im a D.A.V., and some days are difficult for me, so a nice face trim can sure go a long way...

    Always friendly staff, waiting space is nice but it does get a but warm in some afternoons when the sun is setting (but the wall is made of windows so it isnt exactly a mystery as to why).Everyone Ive had cut my hair has bee knowledgeable and made some good recommendations based on any questions Ive had at the time. Love going there. And good lord be sure to check in on the app before you leave to go there or you may be waiting a while (depending on when)

    Always a great experience with quick amazing cuts from the one and only Becky! Ask for her and you will never been disappointed. Becky definitely cuts my hair the way I like it and will always return to see her.

    Josie was incredible. I brought my daughter in for a trim, but Josie recognized her was split & diagnosed our main issues spot on.. tangling. I was so impressed with her patience. She made me & the kiddo very comfortable, telling us her opinions while ensuring we were on the same page. Very knowledgeable, quick, & sweet. The only issue was the manager was hovering after & during her own hair cut & giving off frustrated vibes. She seemed to want to move people through quickly without customer support. Highly recommend you ask for Josie!

    I was feeling cheap so I decided to give this place a try, and Im glad I did. The customer service was the best part. Everyone was friendly and inviting. There was barely any wait, and my hair stylist did exactly what I asked. She asked me if I was liking the haircut multiple times as she was working, which I really appreciate. They aim to please here, and for the value you get a haircut that can compete with more expensive barbershops.

    Melissa did a very good job with my hair! I just wanted some layers and a little bit of a trim and she did just that! It’s nice that you can check in online also because I didn’t have to wait very long at all.(I recommend doing that because it got fairly busy even though it was right after they opened). The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the scissors weren’t clean between my cut and the gentleman before me (the white hair was still in them and all over the table). Overall the place was clean and the staff was friendly. I paid $26 for a women’s wash and cut. It is a very nice budget friendly place to get your hair cut.

    Krystiana did a nice job on my mothers hair. We had used Melissa several times prior to that, and she had always been rather rude and had only managed to give one good haircut. My mom kept going back to her, hoping she would recreate that first haircut, but now regrets not having switched sooner. Krystiana is a much better stylist and has a much better attitude.

    I had not been to Great Clips for several years. I had a great coupon, so decided to go. I was greeted immediately. There were a few people sitting in the waiting area,so I imagined I would have a wait. Much to my surprise,I was seated immediately and met a nice stylist named Maria. She cut my hair as I requested and did a great job! I was pleasantly surprised. I left very happy and will return.

    Been going to this location for years. They are very professional, polite and follow CDC guidelines in regards to infection control. Being a nurse cleanliness and disease prevention is highly important. I want to protect myself and others when able. Maria is my stylist and has been for yrs. She is excellent, kind, warm, positive and always welcoming. She does a great job on my hair and always has me looking my best. She is very popular, no surprise there! Often times I wait for her which I dont mind as others are ahead of me. I would like to request that the clients/guests have access to wifi while we wait. Currently, this is not an option for the clients. Please fix this and take care of your loyal clients. Thank you in advance. :)

    O.M.G. Michelle gave me a $200 service MINIMUM for the price of a cheap haircut I was like WHAT? So this was a really important haircut for me. My hair was really distracting and I was losing acting opportunities. My hair also didnt look like my. headshots anymore but I was terrified to get my hair done because no one knows how to do curly hair. The last guy I had was amazing but he was out of state. And the woman before him told me straight up mid-cut that she really didnt know about curly hair. It didnt turn out great, sadly. My hair was so grown out and gross. In like fifteen minutes I was out with this hair.She showed me all of the steps and was very up front, but I was not worried. She also wasnt pushy about the products that literally transformed my hair (You guys are out here traumatizing these poor stylists!) She did exactly what I needed and helped out my hair so much. I left with my hair wet fully confident it would be perfect and it is exactly what I wanted.See you soon! Thank you so much. Before and after shots to show.

    Went in for a hair cut. They cut off all my purple hair. The haircut was alot shorter then expected, but in the end I ended up loving it! Got tons of compliments at work! Will be going there for my hair cut before my wedding :). Sorry I don’t remember the young lady who did my hair! She was amazing!

    Didnt make an appointment but I was traveling on the city bus so I could not. But they were very accommodating. But if you can be sure to make yourself an appointment.. will be quicker. I have been going here for years and always been able to get treated extremely well.

    Not a bad choice if you’re looking for a quick and easy trim up. Most of the other salons/barbers around the area charge around $30+ even if it’s just a simple cut, but Great Clips is $17 for their basic cut. I walked in with no line and was in and out in about 10 minutes, more than happy with my cut from Marisol.

    Amazing! Kayla gave me an awesome short hair cut with just a few minutes of looking at the pics I saved. I got right in with no wait, it was Mothers Day so they werent too busy. The price is great too! Shampoo & cut for 17! I was able to buy the product she recommended as well. I will go back to see her! I wish they did color but thats ok. I highly recommend it!

    I have always gone to this location and have never been dissatisfied! I went in today and Lina was not available. Claudette was! She did great with my hair and was thoughtful about what I needed and wanted in my hairstyle. You do not have to pay big bucks to get a great cut.

    I just want to express how the service is at the Michigan location. I had cancer and all my hair came out. Before having cancer I went to a well known stylist in Orlando after not having hair I had no need to go.. ha ha. Great Clips started fresh with trimming the little hairs which I had no idea was needed. But when the hairs are just starting to sprig out they need clipped off to grow in healthy. They groomed my growth with care and love. To this day 2 years later, Im now cancer free and still go to my girl Leslie at the Michigan location and have my husband going now to Lina. And have referred several friends and strangers who stop me and ask where do you get your hair done?! And I tell them...youll never believe it when I tell you...Great Clips. And Im proud to say I will never go anywhere else because all of the girls there are qualified to cut hair and style to perfection.

    The ladies working there are very kind and helpful. I was watching them cut hair and they did a great job with a little boys hair, a mans hair, a short haired lady, and my long hair. You can check in online and get in the line, or you can walk in. The cost is great too.
