    Kim was such a sweetheart & did a really nice job with my haircut this morning. Previously at other hair salons, I have had many other issues, so I had a lot of anxiety with getting another haircut, but she was so patient with me & made me feel comfortable.     Ive been here three times in the last year, and each time Ive came away with a great experience, even with having a different stylist each time. All the workers are super friendly and personable, and do a great job however they can. Would definitely recommend if youre in the area.

    Barber shops prices have gone up, but the quality seems to have gone down. I often would make appointments at barber shops just to arrive and see someone else seated during my time. I would wait another 30 to 45 minutes just to get the haircut. Prices have soared, but nothing got better. So I appreciate great clips a lil bit more now low prices with the same quality and nobody else sitting in my seat when I made an appointment.

    I see a lot of mixed reviews here so let me share my experience. I’ve been coming here for the past 2 years. Understand… this is great clips not a celebrity hair academy. It is recommended to bring a picture of what you want and show it to the stylist. They make $17/hr and often work without breaks. They come to work because they LOVE what they do. That said, I always bring a picture of what I want and they are NOT easy cuts. I’m talking getting half my head shaved, with asymmetrical bangs and multiple layers. My stylist Kathleen is always spot on. I recently went to ULTA and paid $300 for the same cut and they botched it. She did it perfectly for $17. Guys…. It’s not that hard. For the value and the price, it’s kind of unbeatable. I always give Kathleen a generous tip to compensate for the great service. She goes above and beyond EVERY TIME. Even when I showed up one time at 7pm and they closed at 8pm, she gave me undivided attention and took her time with the haircut. If this blows up, I’ll show pics of the cut. ;)

    I just got off work and decided to get my hair cut since it was getting too long. I didnt make an appointment as recommended by Great Clips; however the wait wasnt too long only 15 minutes at most. The woman cutting my hair was very friendly made sure to ask if I wanted to do the same haircut as last time and got it done in a timely manner.

    Morgan always asks how my last haircut worked for me and in case she isnt there, she has put the cut into the computer. I forgot to register online and even though I didnt, we only waited 20 minutes. It was a great cut, just as it always is. She is a very happy and kind person. I recommend her without reservation (pun intended).Thank you Great Clips for my free Veterans Day haircut and for my husbands as well, these 2 Air Force veterans thank you for such a lovely gift.

    I’ve been going to this location for about 4 years for my haircuts and I’ve never had a bad experience. However I’m writing this review for the first time to express the professionalism and friendliness I was given by Jamaal at this location. Even though my haircut was simple he took time to thoroughly assist me and was very attentive and polite. I hope I get him again in the future as this was first experience with him!

    Took my mother in law to get her hair trimmed as she prefers wearing it in a short style that needs to be maintained monthly. They dont have the Monday $9.99 senior special like the salon in Avalon. But they were extremely kind and patient as my mother in law is in a wheelchair. We were able to check in online and did not have any wait at all. Great experience.

    I am kinda happy with Great Clips just getiing a coupon like 8.99 or so for a haircut is next to IMPOSSIBLE. I use to get it in a weekly coupon paper but i do not get that anymore. I do not want 2.00 off coupons.

    Staff is friendly, professional and if you take a picture or print out of the style you need, they make it happen. My daughter was discourage when she was told by another hair cut company across the street that going from a long hair to a short one will not be easy to take care and will need additional maintenance ( in my opinion the hairstylist was afraid to mess up my daughters hair) my daughter was sad and give up, but I ask her to go to great clips and Michelle was happy to help.She make my daughter feel great and told her not to worry, it is easy to get it done, after we show her the style picture, she got down to business and started cutting lots of beautiful hair, I was afraid myself because this was my daughters 1st time getting a short hair cut, but not to exaggerate my thoughts, but I thought Michelle did an outstanding job and my daughter was so happy and when she return to school, she got lots of compliments from her friends, even the teachers mentioned her hair looks gorgeous! Michelle deserves a raise and lots of tips :)

    Very pleased, and easy to recommend to others. I stopped here totally on a whim while in this part of town (which is not frequent). They could take a walk-in so that settled it.Stylist Arletta asked all the needed discovery questions to ensure Id receive the desired cut. I was thanked for visiting and invited back.     Morgan did an awsome job. Super friendly and knew exactly what I wanted. She also cut my wifes and our 3 year old sons hair... and he usually hates getting his hair cut. This will definitely be our go-to spot from now on.

    William did a FANTASTIC job with my hair. I had a job interview the following day, and he made my first experience a great one. When I went on my job interview one of the ladies even commented on how pretty my hair looked (hopefully this means I got the job lol). I will definitely be going back!!

    I have come here since they built this plaza over a decade ago. William is the best, he knows my hair and I cant even dare to try anyone else. Some people complain about the service. Everyone of these consumers Ive actually witness are people with self entitlement issues. They expect to jump the line or even kick people out of a chair cause they assume the world revolves around them. If you value quality workers who know how to do their job, this is the place!

    I have been going to the Waterford location since 2005. Only 2 regular stylist left since then and I highly recommend both; Arleta and Kathy. You wont be disappointed!
