    This location and Carolynn was amazing! We recently moved to this area and have had terrible experiences with hair stylists. We needed the most important haircut of our lives for our wedding in a few days. I read that the reviews were good and went in, very anxious. We explained that we had bad experiences before and Carolynn was so patient and kind with us. She made sure to ask before cutting my hair and made sure my length was where I wanted it. My hair turned out so beautiful, that we went back to this location a few days later to get my wifes hair cut as well. We will now only go here for our hair, and will happily do so! Our hair looked perfect for our wedding day and I am so happy we chose this location and happy that Carolynn helped us out. Thank you, we will be back! Edit: I continue to come back, years later. Marisol the manager goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable, and we love having Alexa take care of us as well. This is the only place I’ll let them touch my hair.

    I often get my haircut here since moving to Orlando and Marisol is the BEST!!! She is super friendly and professional. She always has a smile on her face, and I enjoy the conversations we have while she cuts my hair. They always get my hair just right, and the prices are fair.

    I am in town for business from MN and had the pleasure of stopping in. Your shop was crazy busy but Marisol went out of her way to engage and welcome me. I then was lucky to have her cut my hair. She is incredible!!!

    I honestly love bringing my son here. He’s autistic and non verbal. The first ever place he’s ever felt welcomed and gets to be himself. He’s very attached to the manager but he has let two other stylists cut his hair! That’s a win! If you’re looking for people who will not only make you feel comfortable but your special needs child as well, I highly recommend this team. They’re loving and have the best energy!

    From the time I entered Great Clips, I was greeted with such kindness. Nicole provided me with one of the best haircut experiences Ive gotten in Great Clips. She was brand new. When coming to this location, I usually get the same kind of service, a quick rush in and out, not a valued customer. Nicole provided me with a different customer service. She took her time, and I feel like I really have a valued haircut. I believe all service should be like what Nicoke gave. In 2 weeks, I will need another haircut and Hope to see Nicole again

    I bring my kids here for haircuts and Ive been pretty happy with the results. Last time I went on Melissa offered to cut my hair, and even though Im balding pretty much, it looked kinda scraggly so I agreed. Well I was very happy with the results, she even did a beard trim and I couldnt have been happier. I just wish I could get ahold of her again to get another cut.

    First time at this location. Everyone was super professional. I love to see businesses like this one adapting so well to this pandemic and keeping everyone safe. Michelle did an awesome job cutting my hair. She gave me a lot of great tips and advice for managing my curly hair and got the length just right (curly haired girls know how scary that can be). She was also very pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend!

    I got my hair shampooed and trimmed down. I didn’t remember the lady’s name I think he had blue highlights in her hair but I will definitely find her and have her cut my hair again. She was very sweet gentle and amazing. I’ve had trouble finding a good haircut place but this place is amazing.

    Our hair stylist is pretty talented. We never actually tell her what style we want. If my family and I want a new style we just basically tell her the length we want and trust her to do her thing :-) I have never been disappointed. My family wont go anywhere else.

    Cant give enough accolades for Judy. Shes been cutting my hair for over 5 years. Just because its cheaper to get a haircut here does not mean you have to compromise on quality. I typically ask for a blowout after the cut which is added cost but worth it. Ask for Judy, shes amazing.

    This is a very basic franchise, they cut your hair really fast and then take the next customer; you can check in online and save time. They have some hair products and stuff if you need to buy any. I really want to give 5 stars to Marisol she is so sweet and professional, I always enjoy to cut my hair with her. Thank you.

    Typical Great Clips store. Friendly people and good haircuts for me and my two kids. You definitely want to reserve your spot with their App to save some time because it can get busy really quickly!

    My first visit was with Connie, butchered my hair. While I was looking a the finished haircut I noticed one side was longer than the other, she fixed it. After I left i noticed more unevenness, so I went back and I thought Erica “fixed” it, but not really. So after work, the next day, I went back and JANE, the assistant manager, did an AMAZING job on my hair. I ❤️ Jane. Thank you Jane for doing a great job. I would only go back to Great Clips to see her.

    Different people charge different prices for an undercut. Ive gotten an undercut done and touched up several times here for the price of a neck trim $8. Others charge the price of a hair cut, around $20. Yet, the service is the same, shaving off a portion of hair the size of my hand.

    Got my hair done two months ago at some fancy shmancy salon and they left me with an uneven mushroom cut! It was awful! I looked like a lampshade. I just kept putting it in a ponytail. My mother’s friend recommended I see Marisol to fix my hair. Marisol was so kind and helpful. She fixed my uneven and bulky hair by texturizing it and giving it layers to take out the bulkiness. Basically she made me look normal again and gave me a BEAUTIFUL style and I am SO grateful!

    I love great Clips, Marisol always cuts my hair and she knows just how to cut my long long hair and and bangs dont even have to tell her how I want, so am very picky who touches my hair, and Cassandra Alway know how to cut my moms hair also they are both wonderful .

    First time going to Great Clips because I had a coupon so I really didnt know what to expect. When I first walked in I was very nervous because I noticed they did not have a male barber and Im African American so I wasnt sure if the females there would know how to do a proper fade. But I was proven wrong by Nesha one of stylist at this Great Clips location. Im not going to say it was one of my best fades but it was great. I originally wanted to do a 0 below and 1 for the sides and 1 1/2 on the top because I like my hair low. But Nesha suggested that I do a 0, 1 and a 2 which was great because I havent gotten a hair cut in about a month. So Nesha did a great job and Im a happy customer. If Nesha is still at Great Clips when I cant get one of my usual barbers then I will be going back.
