    I came for a quick trim and had Brittany, she was great! Gave me a nice touch up for $7 and was friendly and professional. The store is remodeled also - I see a lot of negative reviews from a year ago but I think they have turned it around since then on all fronts.

    I love the app, doing online check in makes it so easy. I also follow them on social media and appreciate when they run the $9.99 haircut. Sebubia is the best stylist! She connects with and is very caring and patient with my special needs sister. All the stylist are great and almost always get a good cut.

    Been coming here with my son since the plaza was built and few owners a long the way. I’ve been completely satisfied throughout the 15+ years earning my 4 stars. I recently visited for a haircut and was very disappointed in the display of professionalism with the stylist. She rushed me in the chair before cashing out the previous client. Hair around the chair on the floor, on the seat, and what was really the worse is that all her clippers were full of hair and spray. I asked her to please clean up first and she responded, “oh, I disinfect all my clippers before use”. She picked up the clippers and sprayed them but they still had the last persons hair. When she placed them back in the charger I could clearly see my hair and the last person’s. You should never sit a customer down at your station with hair all over it and definitely not all over your gear.

    My name is Martin. I was looking for and found my new hair stylist. Her name is Michelle. She is a total professional and a blessing. Shes so nice, sweet and cut my hair better than even I expected. I was also impressed in the short amount of time it took her to complete my haircut. I recommend her to everyone!!

    I love my new haircut, the prices are super reasonable too. I cant remember the name of the woman who cut my hair but she listened to me and made sure I was ok with the length before cutting. I came back a couple minutes after my cut because I changed my mind and wanted her to frame my face and she was really nice about it. Think you!

    Annetta, our hair dresser, is amazing. She has an incredible loyal following of hundreds of clients. She does a fantastic job by listening and communicating what youre looking for. She is funny, has a smile and a laugh that is happily contagious. Great clips is lucky to have her.

    The great clips metro west location on Hiawassee Rd is the best! Annetta moved over from the Dr Phillips location and still gives a great haircut! Non- rushed safe remodeled and quiet location. It was worth the extra 5 minute drive to get a high end hair styling from Annetta.

    Update:She is now at the Winter Park location.Artrice of Hiawassee location gave me the best haircut from Great Clips out of the many locations here in Orlando. She spent time cutting my hair and making sure every details are perfect. You can sense that she’s proud of her profession and enjoy what she does!

    I never had a bad haircut and Ive been here multiple times. I just go anywhere for a haircut and I never could find a reliable one. I always try new places but I always come back to this one to make sure I get my haircut right.

    I was always reluctant to visit corporate hair cut stores. That was until we met Anetta. Her styling, care, loyalty and servants heart brings joy to every blade of hair trimmed away. And boy, will she make you laugh. It’s the full service experience with Anetta. Her cuts are only subpar to her kindness and smile.

    Haircut was good, almost what I wanted. There were few uneven places around the head, hopefully next time it will be perfect.There were only two ladies available and a waiting period was there. I will try other great clips outlets next time to see which one is best for me.

    They cut my 2 year olds hair and did a great job. We have been going for almost a year now. The stylists know how to treat and work with little kids as well as adults. Place was clean and it was very easy to get seen and done. Good job ladies.

    I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I am new to Florida, as in moved here last year new, and my first visit here was in January. My second visit was yesterday, and the woman who cut my hair yesterday remembered me! That was so awesome! She was also AMAZING and was so fun to talk to during my cut. I love coming here. Checking in online is so great and the lobby is comfortable and the place smells so great inside. I also love the location, how easy it is to get to from my place. Thank you! Will be back later!

    Shelby cut and styled my moms hair. My mom being picky and set in her ways lol was able to explain to her what she wanted and she made it happen. I was very pleased with her work and her welcoming personality. Felt like we knew her forever. Will definitely see her each time she needs her hair done again.

    I love cominghere because of Christina. She is one of the best and most talented hair stylists. She’s been cutting my son’s hair for over a year. I’ve had others cut his hair, but she is exceptional. She makes an instant connection with children and the haircuts look perfect. I cannot imagine anybody else cutting my son’s hair.

    Allison did an awesome job! I hadnt had my hair cut professionally in about 2 years and it was time (I have long hair and I get panicky about how some stylists define an inch) Allison was so nice and calming, very personable, and thankfully it was over before i knew it. Im all smiles, no tears lol thanks Allison!! Also, place was very clean! Definitely recommend!

    Kathy is great! She cuts very fast to where she has her own technique! Kathy has been cutting hair for over 11 years now and is sure to make your hair look amazing. I honestly havent seen my hair look this good EVER! Ask for Kathy!

    My mom and I were walk-in clients. We were seen right away. The stylist are very cordial. The cuts were very basic, do not expect anything fancy or elaborate. Pricing is comparable.
