I had a bit more growth than usual & she was able to recommend which areas to wax vs sugar so that the entire experience would be as painless as possible. Highly recommend.

A positive first experience. As a lot of people have mentioned, this is a receptionist free establishment, but if you take the time to read the emails, youll find that everything you need to know is there. My esthetician was destiny, who was absolutely excellent from start to finish. She was friendly, informative and made sure I was comfortable for the duration of my services and took the time to explain the membership they offered. Although the membership offer wasnt fit for me It was nice of her to have offered it. I look forward to future visits. I highly recommend

Highly recommend her...To start, the location is hard to find bc its actually inside the Pheonix salon space but once we figured it out we had great service. Suki was warm and welcoming from the very start. She was incredibly attentive to detail and made my mom, special needs sister, and I feel so comfortable! I was a little nervous about getting a Brazilian but she didnt make it awkward or uncomfortable at all! Thank you thank you, Suki! I booked a Brazilian with Dani and all I can say is BOOK HER 👏 she was so calm and sweet even though I got lost outside and was a whole 25 minutes late for my appointment. She let me be her last client of the day which I really appreciated. Now as a pregnant woman that hasn’t been waxed in a hot minute I was pretty nervous but Dani was great at communicating with me and letting me go at my own pace. When I told her I needed to quit (not because it hurt just because I was too scared 😂) she cleaned me up, finished my wax as a bikini instead of a Brazilian, and totally understood and hyped me up. I’m definitely gonna be a regular client of hers, she’s amazing 🫶🏼

Sukoya was excellent. She was very friendly & welcoming. She was also extremely thorough with my Brazilian wax. Highly recommend. Only con was communication regarding the location of this particular branch in Orlando which wasn’t the aesthetician’s fault. I went to the Orlando location on W Grant Street. Prior to my appointment there was no automated text with the actual address or suite number. The messsge only had the address. Once I got to the location it’s a shopping center so there are many storefronts. I texted the phone number & an AI answered my text explaining the address was 30 W Grand St. 129 suite 112-116 with a door code. I was still slightly confused by all the numbers so I texted back asking to give me landmark. The AI response told me it was located in the Mattison Ave Salon Suites & Spa. There is no such place in this shopping center. There’s a Phoenix Suites with 129 on the doorway and Hello Sugar is located in this establishment. Good thing I arrived 20 min in advance bc it took me that long to figure this out. So this needs to be clarified in advance so that customers aren’t going on a wild goose chase prior to their appointment.

The location is convenient and there’s lots of parking around the plaza plus, places to go after your appointment 😉. Love this location and can’t really beat their prices currently in my book!

First time coming here. I usually get waxed from somewhere else but I decided to try this place since they were having a $20 Brazilian promotion. I was skeptical because of the reviews, but it was way easier to find than I thought. Just follow the directions. Destiny was amazing! I always talk a lot during my wax appointments because 1. I’m nervous and 2. I’m already exposed, folded up like a pretzel so I might as well get comfortable lol. She talked just as much as I did, which made the appointment 10x better! Daisha was super sweet and did an amazing job! It had been awhile since I had shaved/waxed and she was super understanding, and professional. She even gave me some great tips on how to make a scrub at home. The service was fast and easy, and I was out within 15 minutes.The only downside I will add is as a first-time client, the checkin process was a little confusing. I had to knock on both suites since the email did not specify which to go to. The first door I knocked on, someone said something, but the sound was muffled through the door. I knocked on the second door and luckily the lady was not with a client. She let me know that the other lady (first door) was finishing up with another client and instructed me to sit outside and wait. I would not have known that based on the emails. Additionally, the keypad to enter the building is very small and located on on the right side wall.

I had Destiny and she made me feel so comfortable and talked me through what she’ll do to me when it came to waxing. I told her I feel comfortable if she counts up to 3 and then pulls, she had no problem making sure she count for everything she did and that eased my nerves so much. I’ve been to a different location where they refused to count or count once or twice and keep ripping which would scare me- not with Destiny. I received a promo to try out this place. I paid a little extra and scheduled a full Brazilian instead of the free bikini wax. I originally selected sugar but after taking a look, my waxer Destiny (great!) recommended the hard wax instead. She did a great job and was very thorough. There was good music playing and we had a great conversation throughout. I had no problem with the quality of the wax or customer service. My only comment is to allow clients to dress and undress in private. I’d definitely return.

Brazilians are definitely never pleasurable but my wax with Elizabeth was the LEAST painful wax Ive ever received. She has specific techniques that make it not hurt as much! I could tell that she has been waxing for a long time because of her expertise. Destiny was amazing. She has gentle hands! I came in with a minor dilemma and she managed to fix it! I’m so excited to start my membership with her, it’s a good deal and you get 10% off all services. There is a $5 start up fee for memberships which she probably told me about but I didn’t catch it until I saw my receipt but other than, that no surprises! My waxed body part came out smooth and without irritation. She is amazing and the whole experience was wonderful! Unlike commercial wax centers, she took her time and even kept in communication with me until I found her studio. I was very nervous and the young lady was patient and professional the entire time. She kept me talking and laughing even though I was in tears from the pain. This was my first Brazilian- never had any waxing before- and it wasnt as bad as thought.I did sugaring for both the Brazilian and under arms and regular wax for the bottom half of the legs. I’ve had some bad experiences with brazilians at larger waxing centers where a good price often meant poor quality and results so much so that I stopped going entirely.
