Glad that I had a major problem with the chain Lash Lounge in Dr Phillips today because it led me into the hands of Jenny! She is very experienced, meticulous, clean space, relaxing environment, and has great customer service. Her craftsmanship and attention to detail is above any other technicians. She loves what she does and it’s very evident. These lashes are night and day from what I used to get. I used to always look sleepy when I have extensions but this time… it’s light as a feather and I feel limitless, beautiful, and supercharged. Thank you so much so making me comeback and believe that lashes should be natural and effortless!!! I’m your forever client now!!! See you soon. -

I saw Jenny to get a lash lift and tint for the first time and was amazed!! She explained the whole process as she was doing it and made sure I felt comfortable. The results were honestly shocking and I cant wait to go back for another lift! would absolutely recommend her and her services. -

This was my first time doing anything to my eyelashes and it could not have been any better!!! Jenny was extremely helpful and patient! Prior to my booking, Jenny was very resourceful by answering all the questions and concerns I had with the lash lift process! During my appointment, Jenny was very friendly! Her excitement for my new lashes was just as radiant as my excitement was! I could tell she was very educated and passionate about her career, I could tell she really loves her clients! Her studio was beautiful and so peaceful!! This was my first time meeting Jenny and definitely not my last. If you are reading this, come to Jenny’s, you will not regret it!!! This was the best service for the price and quality, by far. -

Jenny is amazing!!! I can’t speak more highly of not only her work, but her as a person. She makes you feel right at home and she is the first lash tech that I leave from without blood shot eyes. No irritation!! Her technique is top tier and it always amazes me how efficient and quick she is. My lashes always last 6-8 weeks as long as I take care of them like I should. I still live in Austin but occasionally still travel to her in Orlando to get mine done - that’s how loyal I am to her and her work :)…You will not leave disappointed!! -

She takes all the necessary precautions to make sure you feel safe and comfortable. I love how versatile she is. Jenny definitely knows her stuff when it comes to eyelash extensions, ombre powder brow, classic lashes, and volume lashes (just to name a few.) I swear, she can read my mind and create the exact look I want. Whether Im going for a natural vibe or feeling adventurous with some wispy or bold volume lashes, she nails it EVERY TIME.Okay, lets talk retention. I was BLOWN away by how long my eyelash extensions lasted. SERIOUSLY!!!! they stayed intact for well over a month! I have no idea what magic Jenny works, but her lashes are made to last. I’m genuinely at peace and happy every time I walk out of her studio. Her attention to detail and commitment to understanding my preferences are just next level.Oh, and lets not forget about the ombre powder brow service!!! I was a bit skeptical about permanent makeup, but Jenny turned me into a believer. I actually had this service done with her a little bit before covid (2019) and it still looks good!!!! She skillfully crafted these gorgeous ombre powder brows that frame my face without making it look like i have makeup on. They look so natural, and I cant believe how long they last!!! Thank you Jenny for always giving me the best lashes and brows!!! -
