The Ivory Salon is a gem! The beautiful, relaxing atmosphere and complimentary drinks make you feel pampered from the start. Ive been a loyal client of Amandas for the past two years, and she is simply the best. I no longer live in the Orlando area but I still travel back just to see her. Thats how great she is. She always involves me in the process, explaining exactly what she is doing and why. This not only makes me feel comfortable but also ensures that my vision is perfectly executed every single time. Amandas incredible work has never once disappointed me. My hair always looks and feels incredible – she consistently exceeds my expectations.Amanda truly makes you feel like a queen, and her dedication to her clients is unmatched. Ivory Salon was a very pleasant first experience. From the start the receptionist was so sweet & she made me feel very comfortable. Five stars arent enough! Erica was AMAZING and knew exactly what I wanted. This was my first time getting a balayage, and it cost exactly $350, with no surprise additions to the price. I had a consultation a few days prior, and Erica remembered exactly what I wanted. She went into detail to ensure I would be happy. Highly recommend!

I have been here a few times already and have loved the staff, ambience, hairstyle and hair cut!!! Meg is amazing and left my hair feeling healthy, and fuller!However the one and only time I have taken my mother to get a haircut by a (new to me) stylist because one of the employees had an emergency. Which I was ok with and understand the unexpected things pop up. Unfortunately both of us were very unsatisfied with her haircut and blow dry. This is how her hair looks now…Overall the salon is really nice, and I think we just had a very bad experience with one person. Both Amanda & Megan are amazing at washing, styling and haircuts, and all the staff is very nice and attentive.

Cannot recommend The Ivory Salon enough!The most beautiful place to enter.. passing through the cutest flower shop, and always greeted with a warm smile from Carleigh. The space is impeccably clean, modern, welcoming, and decorated fabulously! Every stylist is so sweet.I love looking forward to my appointments with Faviane! She listens empathetically with a hair concern (or a personal crisis) and treats you with the upmost care. She is honest with her feedback and she wants you to feel and look your best. And you do! I feel as if every visit has been a hug. Its easy to schedule online or in-person, the prices are fair, and the whole experience from walking in- to leaving with beautiful hair is absolutely lovely.And they always have a seasonal drink that is delicious!

My go to salon! Brooke has colored my hair once, and cut it a few times, and I’ve always been happy when I leave the salon. She’s thoughtful and careful. She will never just whip through a haircut, and will take her time making adjustments. She also uses top tier products - I have naturally black hair and for the first time in my life, I’ve had it colored without it being completely destroyed. If you’ve ever had your hair treated poorly at a hair salon, this is the place to go and Brooke is the girl to see!

I got a haircut with Megan and she really understood what I was going for and my hair goal. I explained to her that I have had a really bad hair dye experience previously and because of that my hair got very damaged to the point of fallout. She really gave me the haircut that I needed and was aiming for, now it looks so much healthier and I’m ready for a fresh start. I can’t recommend Megan enough, she was kind, empathic, professional and really caring about my needs; she went as far as suggesting ways to style and take care of my hair. I will come back to see her for trimming and more services✨💕

My sister went to Ivory and her hair looked amazing so I booked an appointment and flew from California to get my hair done at this salon. I have never had such a beautiful color and cut in my life. My hair was dull and I was feigning for a change and I left with a trendy cut (I have super long and thick hair and most stylists don’t give it the time it deserves) and the most beautiful dimension in color. I had level 2 all over so it was an intense transformation but it was done with caution, expertise, and care. I wasn’t nervous at all and feel like a new woman. Worth flying across the country for—anything for beauty ladies! Can’t recommend this salon and the owners enough.

I really enjoyed getting my haircut here! Megan was lovely, she took her time with my hair and even gave some helpful suggestions to keep it healthy and hydrated which I really appreciated. Another thing I really enjoy is how they pay attention to details when it comes to their customers as they always offer you a delicious coffee or tea and ensure you are feeling comfortable at all times.I loved the atmosphere here too, not to mention the price was quite reasonable for just a cut a blow dry. Looking forward to coming back here soon!

I am a very picky stylist who is not only platinum blonde (literally white) but I also have extensions. I get a bleach retouch and extension move up every 6-8 weeks. My hair can be very difficult to do considering I have health issues that cause my hair to never really grow much. i have been going to malorie for awhile now and she never lets me down. She is super professional, very detail oriented and takes her time. Always puts the integrity of my hair first, carefully places my extensions to give me the best result, so my hair looks very blended and natural. I always feel so comfortable in her chair and at ivory salon. Highly recommend going to Malorie at Ivory if you’re looking for a luxury hair salon/service

I love this salon so much!! I went in with lots of knots and hard to manage hair. I travelled 2+ hours just for Brooke, definitely recommend her!! Upon entry I was warmly greeted , and seated promptly as I had an appointment scheduled with Megan. She is such a sweet, kind, and caring young woman. I quickly gathered how knowledgable she is, and extremely professional. The process was smooth, she truly listened, and explained things throughly. I genuinely appreciated her kindness, and absolutely am in LOVE with my hair. She did such a gorgeous transformation, and really has made me feel refreshed and brand new again. I’m so grateful for finding this cute, little hidden gem, and Megan! I’m incredibly happy with the results, and I look forward to my next appointment with her. Thank you sooo much!

Best hair salon!!! When I moved from NY to FL and had to start over with finding all of my new favorite go-to places, it was overwhelming. I am so grateful to have found Ale 5 years ago and I have been going to her to do my balayage ever since! She is sooo talented with her work! Everytime I leave her salon chair, I feel like a new woman and my confidence definitely levels up! Her and Aixa are such sweet people and you can that they really care about their clients. Their salon is also so aesthetically pleasing and the complimentary coffee is always 👌🏼. The hair products they use always smell so good and leave my hair feeling so clean and silky smooth. I love this salon! Highly recommend!

The girls at the salon are all so amazing, friendly and very professional! This salon gives good energy and vibes! Alejandra does my hair and she literally slays it every single time. I always do highlights that is low Maintenance and every time it grows out, it’s seamless and there is no harsh lines. It definitely makes it easy for the low maintenance girls! Mallory has also done my hair while Alejandra was on maternity leave and she was amazing enough to contact Alejandra just to make sure we were using the same volume and toner! I’ve never experienced any hair damage, dryness, or breakage with my blonde hair. I highly recommend visiting The Ivory Salon.

The Ivory Salon shares a main door with a barber shop and florist. My very first time I had a night appointment and I must have looked lost because the super nice barber directed me to the Ivory Salon door. I love the whole vibe of the Ivory Salon. From the comfy little white couch in the waiting area to the cozy wash room with blankies, its very chic and clean.Ive gone to Amanda (@lemmedoyourhair on IG) twice now and I love how she explains everything to me as she goes, but is also super personable. She uses mostly Oribe styling products which smell so good and give that fresh salon feel. Amanda always listens and delivers on what Im looking for -- she chats through pricing with me too so I dont end up with a price higher than I can afford. I totally appreciate that.At my last appointment, the shop assistant, Carleigh, introduced herself and offered me a delicious mimosa. The shampoo bowl and chairs are some of the most comfortable Ive ever sat in. Amanda draped a cozy blanket over me while we waited for my gloss to finish. I definitely fell asleep, it was so peaceful in there even with the hustle and bustle of a Saturday morning.I highly recommend the Ivory Salon if youre seeking a new salon with top notch people and service.

First off, the Ivory Salon is a gorgeous building, it’s chic and modern with a cozy vibe. My hairstylist, Brooke, is a gem. I think I have the most boring and straight hair - she works wonders with it - giving it life and texture! She’s passionate about her craft and makes you feel so comfortable from the second you walk into the salon. Brooke makes sure the hair she gives you is easily maintained and fits into your life and routine. I love going there and catching up on her life. She makes you feel like a friend and I cannot wait to go back and see her!

Alejandra and Aixa can do NO WRONG! They are absolutely incredible and a blessing to the industry. All of the artists at The Ivory are incredible and put their heart into their work. My only regret is that we moved out of state. However, I would literally fly to Orlando to have my hair done here! So worth it!

This is by far my favorite escape in Orlando!I see Brooke for my hair appointments. She is the most kind, patient and TALENTED stylist ever! As a first timer getting my hair dyed, Brooke held a consultation with me first and really got to the “root” of what I was looking for. She takes her time, checks in with me, makes sure we’re on the same page, never lets me leave unless I’m satisfied, is always straightforward and guess what else…always runs on a tight schedule! I cannot recommend her enough!For facials that make you feel like you are in fact a BRAND NEW PERSON, I see Mollie. I’ve been a diehard Mollie client for almost 4 years now and she has changed my skin. She is so attentive and creates an environment where I can truly relax. She has helped me create regimens for when my skin was super dull, when it was super dry and even while I was pregnant. She loves what she does and is constantly bringing in new equipment, techniques and products to deliver the best of the best all of the time.

I absolutely LOVE everything and everyone at the Ivory Salon ! I discovered this GEM shortly after moving to Lake Nona from Miami. It has been my saving grace - my oasis. Brooke is my stylist and is amazing - talented and also gracious , accommodating. She is very meticulous and takes great pride in her work . I love her. Favianne , Karyn and Mallory have also been wonderful . Actually they all are. The co-owners Aixa and Ale make everyone feel at home.

This is my first time coming here and Lexi was amazing! shes the sweetest person ever, so professional, clean, makes you feel so comfortable and shes so honest! she cares about your hair health and does such a beautiful job! normally, I would get so frustrated going to a salon by being crowded, not clean and it was totally the opposite, I felt I was going to a getaway for a couple of hours! I went to Ivory after another hair salon turned my hair green. I selected Brooke at random, but it was the BEST decision I ever made. She takes care of me SO WELL. She understands what I want when I don’t even know what I want. Even when strange things happen in the process (consequences of COVID box-dye phase), she always keeps me in the loop and helps me understand what’s happening and why. I trust no one else with my hair and I would trust Brooke with my LIFE. Plus she’s such a joy to talk to and I always feel like I’m just catching up with a friend.The Ivory Salon in itself is a work of art. Beautiful, comfortable, offering blankets when you’re in the bowl and refreshments as you walk in the door — it feels like a second home. Some salons can feel slightly judgy but I feel like everyone at Ivory is lovely and wants to make everyone feel confident.Would 10000% recommend both Brooke and Ivory!

Seriously the best salon in Lake Nona!!!! I’ve been using this salon since 2019 for balayage and highlights with Ally & Brooke. I am always changing my hair from dark to light, light to dark. I send a few inspo pictures each visit and the stylists really take their time to analyze the photos and consult on aspects I’m wanting, what is realistic and what color can be achieved. I’ve always leave the salon satisfied with color that’s lasts months! The salon is definitely an experience over other salons I’ve been to in the area. Staff are super professional and cater to make sure you’re comfortable (coffee, champagne, blankets, snacks…) during your visit.
