Lovely people to start the new year with!I had the Agejet done on my face by Hilda who was very kind and very thorough on what I needed to do to help my skin age less. The procedure was very fast and did what I was hoping it would do. Made me look refreshed and skin feels smooth. Only been 9 days more result to come. Looking forward to going back and getting other procedures done with Hilda.I also got my botox done with Nicole she did a great job said it would take 2 week to get the complete result and its been 1 day since i had it done. I can already feel and see the difference. She ask me question and I did aswell to make sure I received the best results.Really appreciate the kindness that everyone gave me as a new client. She did my Morpheus8 treatment and made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. The facility is lovely, clean, and relaxing. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Bloom and their team. I initially started coming for Morpheus 8 treatment which has tremendously improved my overall skin care. I’m an esthetician and prior to moving from palm beach area have always had laser maintenance but haven’t found a decent place anywhere up to standards. This place is it. State of the art equipment, my tech Nicole is a nurse that was very knowledgeable, kind and did an amazing job on me. My results were immediate though some wil also be in a few weeks. Fair pricing, beautiful clean office, everything I was looking for!

I’ve finished 3/4 of my skin pen microneedling session with Stem cell, done by Hilda and I’ve seen substantial improvement in my acne scars. The stem cell has been great with helping with recovery. Hilda was also very knowledgeable, and has helped suggest treatments that suit my budget and my concerns, and does not try to push on more pricey procedures or products. Hilda and the staff are also friendly and transparent about the procedure and the results/what I could expect (since acne scars are difficult to get rid of). I would definitely recommend LBVA to my friends/family.(As a bonus, I also was able to win some expensive goodies on their Halloween raffle, and they also always have sales going on)

I have been going here since 2018. I found the website from positive reviews. It’s a wonderful little office that is very easy to get to. From the first time I called I was dealing with wonderful, knowledgeable people. I am new to the area and they made me feel welcome and answered all my questions. The front desk staff is soft spoken and sweet which starts you right off on a good note. I have had several people doing different procedures these last two years and I am very happy with all of them. I have had Ashley, Nicole and Gabby , they are all top notch providers. Today Gabby did IPL laser on my skin and she is just the best. She is caring and knowledgeable and I felt very relaxed. She explains everything really well and gives you plenty of information on what’s best for your skin. The practitioners here do not rush you and that’s a big plus for patients. Maria assisted today and she is a lovely person and I look forward to some future treatments with her. In my opinion, you will feel comfortable and be in very good hands if you come here. I am writing this review 3+ weeks after my visit.Overall experience was good. The receptionist answered all questions upon booking, even texted me to follow up on some changes to the treatment i had booked. I was seen on the same day i called in. Parking was good, i was greeted upon arrival and within few minutes seen by the nurse practitioner. The nurse explained the procedure, answered questions, the treatment was a good experience, no excessive pain or discomfort (injections were administered). Today 3 weeks after i have noticeable results after my first visit, and this despite the nurse in her consultation several times warned against too high expectations. Last thing worth to mention was they matched the price of a similar ad, and further directed me to additional savings. The cost was not a bit issue but the fact they did price match and further added a discount added a bit extra to the overall experience. So yes! - i would recommend the place, and be back next time

Excellent! The NP Nicole took great care of me. I had IPL done for my dark spots that had been there forever! She was very knowledgeable, conscientious with her recommendations of treatment and her bedside manner was top notch and comforting. Most importantly the treatment was virtually painless except mild burning sensation similar to a sunburn 30 minutes after the procedure. My spots worsened for 3 weeks before they virtually all fell off! I’m very content with results after just one treatment but I may go back for an additional treatment to get some of the more subtle spots but the improvement with the first is already so drastic. I am very satisfied with my results!

This visit was at the new location & I enjoyed the fact they we’re literally around the corner. My last visit was in 2022 and the staff now seemed a bit new. I did ask for the aesthetician that I previously had when setting up the appointment but they told me she did not work Monday even after requesting her when booking the appointment. I came for a VI chemical Peel & the nurse recommend the upgraded acne version which I did go with and was pleased with. The visit went well except for the fact they collected the payment inside of the actual room that they were performing my peel. Absolutely shocking! Even though I enjoyed the service I could never ever return because of this specific encounter. It was if I was not going to be able to pay, who does that! I was so taken back but I paid without saying anything. Such an unforgettable moment to say the least. Im not even sure if it was sanity to perform a payment transaction in the back room. Customer service for me out weighs everything and they definitely dropped the ball:(I do clearly remember my first facial where I was walked to the register by the aesthetician, and purchased a box of Upneeq drops.

The manager said that at one point they were two hours behind but again it’s because people wanted to get more treatments thinking might as well while I’m here and add on to what they had already made an appointment for. I totally understand taking advantage of specials and more convenient to stay instead of making another appt to come back but it totally skewed their schedules for the other clients. (I do want to add that I do Not have to wait long normally) I wish they had requested clients to pre-pay at the sale price and go back. Thankfully my appointment was late afternoon (which I had to leave work early to get there in traffic) and I could still do some work things on line via my phone while I was sitting there waiting.

My go to spot!I live in Sanford and tried a highly rated medical spa in Lake Mary that takes at least 2 weeks to get an appointment. My results there were nothing spectacular that I felt justified the wait and slightly higher pricing.Ive been to Lake Buena Vista Aesthetics several times and have had Dysport, Juvederm Volbella, and Juvederm Ultra XC.My results are always amazing and everybody there is so nice and courteous! They will go above and beyond to squeeze me in for a same day appointment and even stayed slightly late the last time I was in just so they could still see me that day. Ashley is GREAT and really takes her time to get the results and look that you want. She asks you questions to make sure she understands exactly what you want the final outcome to be when doing fillers. The receptionist and owner are great too! Its a really comfortable and positive environment. Everyone is very knowledgeable; they explain everything and can answer any questions. They have always opened all products theyve used on me straight from the original packaging in front of me.Prices here are always good and every month they have price specials on different products (so definitely sign up for their e-mail list) that beat out any other clinic. I understand its a busy holiday season, however, my time is just as valuable as everyone elses, so, that is the only reason I didnt give 5 stars. Again, it most likely was not because of the providers lack of time management, rather, maybe because she was overbooked or another client had been running late. Next time, just have office team member or management inform me of this so I arrange the rest of my day accordingly.

I have had terrible skin my whole life. If anyone remembers the scene in that movie where Janeane Garofalo is in a department store and someone tries to sell her skin cream to make her pores smaller and she responds that it might be easier to make them bigger and use them as a change purse, that is my skin. Or at least it was before I had kids. Then I got melasma, too! Last year, I couldn’t take it anymore and tried PRP. Maria did a treatment on me in January and my skins looks unbelievably good. I have not needed foundation or even powder since this treatment. Maria was so talented. She was extremely thorough and patient. This was my fourth treatment. Each made significant improvements but this last one took my skin to a place it has never been even back when I was a teenager. I highly recommend BVA and Maria.
