Paula did an AMAZING job on my eyebrows. They look so natural and exactly how I wanted. She asked me before she did anything if I wanted to add something else and drew them out for me to plan out first to be sure I wanted them that way. The only place I will ever go to have my eye brows microbladed. Not only are they perfect every single time but I absolutely love Paula, she is 1 in a million. She treats you like family. Some people dont understand the whole process including the healing of microblading and she explains it very well. You know exactly what to expect.A few years ago I choose this place based on photos of other clients. She really does the perfect shape for each individual person. Im truly happy I found Brows & Co. Excellent customer service and communication from the moment I make my appointment to after my appointment. To date I have had the original microblading and two routine touchups and have been happy with Paula and staff every time.To start with your eyebrow area is numbed before performing the service. I suggest bringing headphones to listen to while you’re waiting for the numbing cream to set and to listen to something during the microblading process.Paula is very talented. They did sooo good! It was my first time and was so scared. I was in pain but I could have just not been receptive to the numbing crème as they were so nice to numb me twice. Later that day though, no pain so worth it! I got it done 4 days ago (it’s supposed to be super dark) but if it was this color I wouldn’t be mad haha people kept thinking I just got my brows professionally shaped. I tell them I got them microbladed and they are surprised because it looks so natural! I can’t wait to see the final look, but I’m already so happy with them! I had a great experience! The space was very clean and well decorated, l felt comfortable immediately. I was even offered a latte prior to my appointment that was served in an a cute pink teacup. Paula is very warm and listens to what you want. She also made a point of opening the sterile blade right in front of me so that I could see it was brand new which I appreciated. The actual Microblading was virtually painless and the results were better than I expected! This does seem to be mainly a one woman operation so it was a little more difficult to make an appointment and sometimes calls/texts don’t get returned as quickly as you might expect. Ultimately, you won’t regret coming here for your eyebrows, just have a little patience.
