I had such a great experience with Gail! It was the first time for my daughter and I with her and we were both so happy with her service. My skin was glowing after and I can’t wait for my next appointment.She educated us on better products to use, and I really appreciated that because I’ve been other places where they just try and push their products. Lastly, she was great to chat with, super sweet and funny and I highly recommend her services. Book your appt!!

Gail couldn’t have been better. I loved the experience and I’m super smooth and feel refreshed. I did practically a full body wax. She was patient since I’m a bit new to waxing and made sure to communicate.

I did the BraziliMan. In my 40s and never had a wax down there. I just wanted to start grooming better.Firstly ladies, I respect you so much more now and can understand what you go through for a bikini/Brazilian.Called up late morning on June 5th. Spoke with Gail. I was anxious in not knowing how to ask properly what I needed. Gail calmed me down and told me the process entirely, what to expect before, during and after. We made an appt for late afternoon. She even encouraged me to take some tylenol ahead of time (which should have foreshadowed what I was going to go through...again ladies, I respect you)I got there a little early and she was still cleaning from a previous client. After about 10 mins, she came and got me. The office was quaint and Gail was personable.I wont go into details about what happened but the groaning and screaming from an army Vet/gym rat even made Gail laugh. It lightened the mood. She was very thorough with one swoop for each section. She was very thorough during the process. After she finished, we discussed the after care. She made suggestions with products she had but did NOT hard sell. She recommended that even if I didnt buy her products, to at least get similar products elsewhere. I ended up getting two products.Overall, Gail was educational, calm throughout and very informative. I cant say I that Im looking forward to the next time, but when Im ready, I would prefer Gail once more. I would recommend her and her services.

Best facial ever!!!! Hands down! Gail is phenomenal. Shes sweet and pays so much attention to detail. Ive never had any aesthetician so thorough on my extractions.. there isnt a blackhead in sight now! Book that appt! You wont regret it. Definitely going to be seeing her regularly.

On every vacation, spa day is a must! On this Orlando visit, I searched and searched and found Gail! Soft Aesthetics is a small black owned business ready for you to support! It was easy to book online through their website!Location/Parking:She is located within the Phenix salon suites. Parking was easy and secure within the parking garage located right near the salon. There are stairs and elevators so you can safely exit on foot. Be cautious of the stop light runners 😀Service:I knew I was in great hands when Gail met me at the door at my aeevicw time. I felt very VIP!! Have you ever met someone that feels like family and you know you are in good hands? Thats the exact feeling I felt. Very welcoming, very calm...thats Gail!I got a facial with dermaplaning and extractions (because this girl has missed her facials and was late. April 2022 last facial late.Gail explained every step and what to expect. We went over my current routine to ensure no interactions. We talked about things I can improve on and areas of concern that she noticed as an aesthetician. Very much appreciated! I loved her suite! Nice cozy clean and relaxing.Part of my experience included the an enzyme mask and it was chocolate. CHOCOLATE!!!! The dermaplaning was mt first time. I knew what to expect but Gail was so great I only heard what sounded like scissors but didnt feel it. As Im typing this, it is the next day and my face looks amazing. No redness, no irritation, just perfect!Extractions are extractions- she got out everything! Everything!!!!!My face is lighter and brighter- seriously take a looks at the pics. They speak for themselves!My time away is always planned around a good spa day. Ill be back to Orlando and specifically see Gail.My face said thank you!! Definitely stop by to see Gail. She will get your face together ❤❤ If youre not into facial care (Im judging if youre not!) She also offers massages and other body spa services. I plan to try a massage next.

Gail was absolutely incredible!! We were in town for the weekend and stumbled upon her. We hadn’t had facials in years. Our skin feels so rejuvenated, baby soft and even lighter in complexion! She removed black-heads from our faces. Educated us on many daily face routines and explained the outcome of various products. She treats you like family, I literally felt like her daughter that she was trying to take care of. BEST FACIALS IN ORLANDO AREA!!

Gail is an amazing aesthetician. I have struggled with acne and have been to numerous dermatologists, tried every prescription out there and nothing has worked better than getting a facial from Gail. She really does have a passion for what she does and is not about taking your money. She is worth every penny she will take a little longer than scheduled time as long as she doesn’t have an appointment waiting. I saw results immediately after my first facial and now I go regularly to maintain clear skin! And Gail is such great person all around.

Im puzzled about the one star reviews! Gail did my mother in law and aunt for a 3 time facial service. Each time was spectacular. Both my MIL and aunt returned with glowing faces as well as RAVED about the treatment they received. We always received a courtesy text the day before and were greeted with friendly faces at each of our appointments. The service is phenomenal but the effects of the treatment further. After their 3 service treatment, my mom stated that her pores have dramatically reduced and her skin has plumped up noticeably. My aunt loves going there because its just so relaxing. Definitely 3 thumbs up (if I have an extra digit). Gail is thorough and very knowledgable. But above all, you can tell she really cares about her clients

Gail at Soft Aesthetics Skin Care Clinic is wonderful. I purchased a facial package and a a 90-minute Swedish massage package.For the facial, it was amazing. I left glowing and fresh and had bounce back to my skin. Gail took time to teach me how to properly care for my skin in between facials, difference serums and moistures to look for, and how to wash my face to get the most out of the products I am using. I am seeing drastic changes in the condition of my skin based on what I learned from her; it was truly invaluable.For the massage... sigh... I melted. I have a somewhat complicated back, having had several spinal fusion surgeries and scoliosis, but she was able to work everything out and make it feel wonderful. I have sensitive skin and the products she uses are non-irritating. She is gentle in her methods and it is so appreciated!Her suite is located within Phenix Salon Suites near TJMaxx in SODO. It is a very clean space and she takes care in making you feel comfortable. I work until 5:30 M-F and she has always accommodated my schedule. Gail is all around a great woman, I highly recommend her if you are looking for any spa services.
