    This is the best Med Spa in town! The front desk staff were very attentive and offered me beverages and snacks. The nurses and estheticians were very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. The spa is clean and very well organized, I will be visiting again very soon!

    I don’t know how to explain about this amazing med spa and every single thing here.This place have such a wonderful environment and everyone is very welcoming, friendly and professional!!!I love how they think about every detail I mean they have the room for my husband to wait and enjoy while I get service done !!! No complaint from him 😂 they also have weighted blanket. I mean they really thought of every single detail for customers best experience!! Not mentioning they have wine, sparkling, coffee etc.I received hydra facial today and Laysa is AMAZING she is very knowledgeable and give me all advice how to take care of my skin we had a very good time!!! I had a bad experience with hydra facial before but Laysa did amazing my face is glowing!!!The owner she is very friendly and beautiful also funny😁I am millions %%%% recommend this place!!I’m already a member 😂😂😂I promise you will walk out from this place beautiful and a warm heart ❤️Also this is the stuff in my pore that Laysa took them out without digging into my face! 🤢 you don’t want that on your skin.

    My first experience at a Spa and I had an awesome experience at Vio Med Spa. High-end & uplifting ambience with excellent customer service. The staff was extremely welcoming. They answered all of my questions and concerns, made me feel comfortable and cared for. They have a lot of experience. I absolutely love my results!! Will definitely be coming back!

    I love getting my facials done from this spa. All the girls are amazing and knowledgeable!!! I went to Sharime and Laysa for facials. The spa is very beautiful and upscale. I highly recommend this spa for your beauty needs.

    Love this place, convenient location from my office, the staff are all incredible and the services/membership plan is great! I had my first hydra facial and absolutely loved it. Ive been to other medspas in the past so this is not my first rodeo- Ive never felt so comfortable or relaxed anywhere else. Everyone on the staff is super nice and friendly and I just started using the ZO skin care regimen at home and absolutely love what was recommended to me!! I am super excited for my next appointment and I really couldnt recommend this spa enough

    Love love LOVE Vio Med Spa! I went in for my first ever lip filler treatment & NP Tran G did a FANTASTIC job! I was initially scared since it was my firs time, but she quickly reassured me!     Great service! Laysa did my VI peel and she explained everything and made me feel very comfortable through the whole service. I also did botox for TMJ disorder with Tran and she was also great. Im afraid of needles and she really put me at ease. Super clean, super comfortable would 100% recommend.

    I went in today for my first facial ever. I was a little nervous and didn’t know what to expect, but everyone was extremely welcoming and immediately put me at ease (so much at ease that I fell asleep during my facial 😅). Laysa educated me on all the skin care products that she used and had my skin GLOWING by the end of my session. I will definitely be going back routinely!

    I am unable to find enough positive comments and good words to use in the review of my recent visit to VIO Spa. From my initial call thru the completion of my appointment, Corina provided the highest level of customer service. Going in I was a little hesitant as I had never had Sculptra – The collagen injections however, The ladies Tran and Tara were very knowledgeable and patient as they explained each step as we went thru the process. Although this was my first trip to VIO Spa it will definitely not be my last. I not only will be back but I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a new spa. Extremely Happy I look great, I feel great!!!! Thank you to the entire staff

    I saw the ad for this medspa through Instagram and they had a great deal for lip filler. The booking process was easily done online. The moment I came into my appointment, the girls at the front desk and Gina (NP) gave AMAZING customer service. Gina explained everything and the entire process in detail, compared to my previous medspa experience. Gina made me feel so comfortable and beautiful! I would definitely be coming back!

    I visited VIO Medspa and chose to have them help me take precautionary steps to help me in my efforts to prevent aging. I am VERY particular about having any kind of procedures performed on me (especially on my face) but Tran was so kind, patient and thorough throughout the process of explaining what would best suit my needs without being pushy and respecting my desire to keep my appearance as natural as possible. She took the time to educate me about full facial balancing to achieve the most natural and desired look.I highly recommend VIO, you’ll feel reassured and comfortable throughout the whole process. The ambiance is beautiful, all the girls are amazing and it’s obvious they take every step necessary to ensure your comfort as well as your trust throughout your treatment.

    Okay recently I was nagged about a facial... Mind you Im just a soap and water type of girl... So here I am at age 47 decided to get my first Platinum Hydrafacial @ V/O Med Spa SoDo... why did I wait so long it was the best experience my face has ever encountered😊 I have to admit I was a little nervous wasnt sure what I was in for but glad I had the opportunity to experience. I was greeted by Gabby she was such a ball of energy so friendly and welcoming which helped me to relax and be comfy, she was very helpful in explaining what was about to happen next. I was able to meet the owner Ms Ritika, wonderful lady beautiful establishment and an awesome staff! When she heard it was my first time ever she made sure I had the best treatment! Thank you Ms Ritika. My service was done by the wonderful Sharime! She was very detailed about each and every step. She new exactly what my old damaged face needed! Sharime and her magic hands went to work! I was even lucky enough to get a very relaxing massage as I was getting red light LED treatment with the Hydrafacial Elipsa light, Sharimes magic hands where the icing on the cake to this incredible experience! Overall WOW, Sharime made my face feel 10lbs lighter and look about 10yrs younger 😍 the lymphatic drainage is highly recommended!! Especially since I had concerns of puffiness and have sinus issues I feel like I can breathe a lot better things are flowing more easily so HUGE thank you! When they show you all the dirt that came out in the Gunkie jar, wow oh wow, many disgusting layers couldnt believe it but STILL feel it, amazing and glowing! Thank you V/O Med Spa SoDo for a truly life changing spa experience💙

    Vio med spa provided an amazing experience for me from the time I booked my appointment with Corina. She was so accommodating and worked with my schedule to allow me the opportunity to visit the spa. We were on a timeline due to having to go back to NJWhen I arrived I was greeted and then quickly met Tran who brought me in for my appointment Tran was so informative and caring. She really gets to know her patients and works so hard to ensure they leave happy. She shared all the specials Vio med was having but I never felt pressured to buy something I wasnt sure about.I came for Botox and also did Juvederm for my lips Tran went slow spending so much time with me She thoroughly explained each step of the process. My lips came out amazing - just enough filler She then used any extra filler in some lines I had was concerned about making sure I received every bit of what I paid for.I cannot say enough about my experience. We are transitioning to Florida within the next year and Vio Med Spa is where I will go for all my future treatments ! I cant wait to return! Thank you ❤️- Jodi

    I paid a visit to vio med spa because I had seen it on my way to work a couple times. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was really happy that I decided to walk in. The inside of the spa was so pretty. I was immediately drawn to the Botox because I had some worry lines on my forehead that i wanted to get rid of for a while. I had a lot of questions but they were able to answer them and explain me their process, so I felt very assured. I loved it so much I scheduled a facial for next week.

    So happy to have a quality MedSpa in the Sodo neighborhood! This beautiful spa has so many amazing options to choose from, and a great membership plan for savings. So far Ive had botox with very impressive results and a Hydrofacial. This was probably the best facial I have ever received!     I had an exceptional time at VIO Med Spa in Sodo! I had two procedures done. The first was the HydraFacial, it was an amazing treatment! The estheticians were so friendly and thorough with the facial. Then a week later I came in for Microneedling and at first, I was scared it was going to hurt but it didnt! Thanks to the aesthetic NP Tran who was very gentle and explained everything thoroughly. I love my results and I highly recommend everyone to check out this lovely med spa!
