This review is not against the salon because the salon is great with everyone having their own space but this is to the person who messed up my hair, tried to fix it and when I sent pics showing it was still messed up she blocked me. I’m not naming any names because I’m not that type of person but you know who you are. You don’t mess up someone’s hair and then block them! You knew I just moved here and you were the first person I found to do my hair. You completely changed the color of my hair from what it was. You left black spots all throughout. I paid you $130 plus paid you another $20 the day you tried fixing it and told you to grab some lunch. That is NOT good customer service. I honestly didn’t think you were that type of person but I hope this truly makes you think about what you did. Again this is not against the salon. It’s beautiful and I’m sure there are plenty of great stylist there. The 4 stars is for the salon and not the person…

Curly hair girls look no further! I recently got a curly cut by Alyssa who exceeded my exceptions. I have gotten a curly cut twice before and they always take off so much, which made me give up on them. Although I had fear I decided to try one last time, and Alyssa did it perfectly! She let me know exactly how much was coming off, and asked beforehand what I would like. This alone eased my fear about the cut. She also takes the time out to listen to your hair issues and recommends products and solutions.

Salons are supposed to be a relaxing place where you can be at ease while also getting a style that will leave you feeling confident and good about yourself. Tye will give you just that, from the luxury steam treatment on my hair, to the friendly conversations, down to the perfect style. To top it all off she’s type 4 hair friendly too! I don’t know about everyone else but I’d rather trust someone who can do ALL types of hair and not just one!

Jo was my stylist today. She is very warm and friendly. I was in to get an all new haircut and I welcomed her feedback. I went with her suggestions. I was very happy at the results. Next I will get some feedback from her with haircoloring. I am going to recommend her to coworkers and friends looking for a stylist.

I’ve been a client of Brooke’s for quite a few years and I just came today for the new salon and I loved it! Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is GREAT!!! My hair is always on point (DUH that’s why I’m a client). Received my first facial ever from Alyssa and I highly recommend her! Bloom Luxury Salon is definitely a 10/10!

I had lots of grey hair and was feeling very old. I explain to Imogen I was needing a total change over. She did an awesome job. Ever time I go by a mirror, I keep smiling because of how great it looks. It’s been a very long time since I have been this pleased with my hair.

This salon is so beautiful! The rooms are super private and quiet. I love the high ceilings. Parking and location are great.
