Great service. I donate my hair every few years and they always give free haircuts when you do so. Even though my stylist knew I wouldnt be paying for the haircut, she went above and beyond to make it look good afterwards. (Dont worry, I tipped her!) They recommend you check in online before going but will always accept walk-ins. Nice clean location with friendly staff. Thanks!

Im not sure of her name, but whoever cut my son Reeces hair this morning, you are a saint! Thank you so much for your patience and understanding! You did a phenomenal job, and we are so happy with his cut! Thank you to the rest of the staff and patrons as well who had to endure my sons meltdown! He loves it now after he calmed down! :)

As a woman with coily hair, getting a haircut can be terrifying. But Trinity did an awesome job with my hair! She was very careful with the shape and took her time, and it turned out great ☺️. Throughout the process she was very upfront, friendly, and patient. I would definitely go back!

This is my local haircut place. My whole family goes here. Kristine the manager is very nice, and usually cuts my hair. However, Trinity, Taylor, and Renee have all cut my hair before too, and they all do a great job. I love having a local place where you can count on good service. Great price, great value!

Renee is hands down the best! We tell her a generalized style and she knocks it out of the park! Very patient and compassionate, especially when doing a kids cut. Highly recommend!

Every time I go Ive had the best service. Doesnt matter who is cutting my hair all of the experiences have been great. Usually come in on the weekends and check in online so there is never much of a wait. They are also very patient cutting childrens hair. Was a bit wary of taking my 2 year old son, but now I dont take him anywhere else. My wife even gets her hair trimmed here. They do a much better job than some of the childrens barbershops we have been too for much less. Great shop! Cant recommend them enough.

I have used Great Clips at Nine Mile Crossing since they have been open. My first and only hair stylist was Kristine. I say only because she did an excellent job.I’m sure all the stylists are great I’ve have just stayed with Kristine since she cut my hair the way I like it from the start.The staff are always friendly and the salon is very welcoming. The staff always inform customers of specials they have and those in near future.I would definitely recommend this salon.

Excellent Cut & Service, Just Moved to Florida. Wish I got name of the lady who cut my hair to request next time, Do wish Great Clips would allow a call call an appointment with a particular stylist that has been my only complaint with Great Clips I like to keep the same stylist cutting my hair. Back in Maryland and Pennsylvania it was always hit & miss. Found stylist went to a different shop able to make appointment with them ended up taking my business to your (Great Clips) competition

Renee just cut my very ticklish 4-year-olds hair. Instead of being impatient or frustrated with him, she just giggled right along with him and kept on working. His haircut looks like a million bucks and we both thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Weve been to lots of Great clips and had lots of different stylists, but Renee is the best weve had!

I really like the young lady that cut my hair and it was the second time she took care of me. Think her name started with an H and she had reddish hair. She does a great job! Thats why i go there. Probably would be a good idea to teach the manager of this store how to talk to people as she comes across very rude and loves to let us know how difficult her life is. She should probably keep some that to herself

I get my sons hair cut here all the time. Everyone does an awesome job no complaints at all. We are always in and out quickly. I also have had my daughters hair cut here twice and both times she has loved it. She is 13 and very picky

Zachary is hands down the best hair stylist I’ve ever had. I always ask for complicated cuts - with little direction at that - and not only does he seamlessly execute, he’s very positive and personable. I was so excited about my haircut I wanted to share! I’ve never had a bad haircut but Zachary at the Beulah location is the best! He cut just like I like it and walked out of the salon as if he had taken the time to style it. Most of the time I can’t wait to get home to wash and style my hair. I had been a regular with Cuts by Us for some time now because the stylist I like works there but she is really busy and our schedules conflict so it is hard to get with her and I need my hair cut every couple months at least so I would wind up using whoever was available. I am not trying to badmouth them but the last 4 or 5 haircuts I wasnt happy with at all for whatever reason. So I decided to try somewhere new and this place is really close to my home and could see me right away so I decided to give them a try, and I am extremely glad I did. The two stylist that were working (because they werent very busy) were knowledgeable and professional and it was very obvious that the one who helped me had alot of experience and talent. She was easy to explain what I wanted and also tell me accordingly what might work better for me personally. I normally never leave written reviews, especially not long ones but I couldnt not in this instance. I will be a regular client for sure, Thanks Great Clips!😊

Oh the ladies up there are amazing. Something cool to note they store your cut and what they used in the computer system so that you can reference that or your next haircut. Pretty cool.
