First time at this location, one thing i can say is that this location is clean, and very easy to navigate. I got my eyebrows done at the benefit bar (wax and tint), and as promised online it didn’t take much time. I also visited the salon. I got a gloss done by paige. She was super friendly and helped the atmosphere. as someone with coarse curly hair you never know if they’ll be able to work with your hair type. Definitely going to visit again for my hair needs.

I have been going to her since 2019 before my wedding to fix my eye brows and make me love them again. Shea has done just that and I have been going to her consistently since then. I have to give the BIGGEST shout out to Samantha! (Also Macy & Elise)I wanted to purchase this perfume through AfterPay. After numerous attempts, Sam helped me figure it out. You have to link your AfterPay with your ApplePay card. Once we figured it out, I was out of the store in five minutes.Her kindness and patience was greatly appreciated. The girls at Ulta are truly the best in assisting all of your needs. The beauty of it, is if one doesn’t have the answer, they’ll immediately find someone who does! ♥️

My usual stylist at a different salon had to cancel one day but I was SO ready for a cut and decided to call Ulta. They fit me in the same day and Tara was my stylist. She was sweet and knowledgeable and even helped me pick out some products that could help my hair and dry scalp. The cut works so well with my natural texture and I am just so happy with it. It’s always so nerve wracking to trust someone new with your hair but Tara is a gem. Thank you!

I absolutely love Ulta! All their products are clean. The personnel are always extremely helpful. All you need to do is ask. I had a great visit last week and purchased some beauty products for a 9-year-old. I got excellent advice on what and why to buy. There is a handicapped entrance. Handicap parking as well. There is a handicap bathroom available. There is definitely in store shopping. Where a mask if that makes you feel comfortable.

**edited post** I didn’t have the best experience my first time trying out the Salon at the Pensacola, FL Ulta. I was over charged without being informed that some of the services being provided to me were additional costs. As well as she didn’t do what I asked for. I asked for a Shadow Root and received heavy highlights. I never had an issue with the cost because I feel like if you cannot afford it, then don’t get it done. But I felt as though I was baited and switched as far as the out come, and if I were informed of the additional costs for some of the services upfront, I could have approved or denied it. Well $200+ later I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience. I did reach out to the corporate office and then received a call back from the salon assistant manger and a few days later the head manager/trainer. They were both very understanding, and both understood my frustrations with the situation at hand. They both were incredibly kind, and took the time to listen to me and my concerns. They did offer me a partial refund and they offered to have the assistant manager re-do my hair the way I wanted it, at no charge. I did accept this offer and it looks phenomenal. I am very thankful for the time they took to reach back out to me and change the impression I had of the salon.

Went and got a haircut today with Alyssa. She was very friendly and extraordinarily attentive to my hair! I have thick coarse hair that takes a while to blow dry but she was patient and did a great job! My cut turned out just as I wanted it to, a V shape but keeping a lot of my length. She was very careful and precise with my hair and I felt I could trust her expertise. I would absolutely recommend booking an appointment with Alyssa!

I was having a bad day. Sat in traffic for two hours trying to get to my appointment. Needless to say I was 45 minutes late for my appointment. When I arrived they took me right in with no problems even though I knew they were completely booked. Brandy took the time to talk to me about what I wanted to do with my hair and showed me different color shading which would hide the gray that was becoming difficult to hide. Everyone was friendly and helped me to relax after the dreadful drive in. The color and cut is perfect. I feel like a new person and younger. Brandy was amazing and she has a client for life. So Nicholas (a newer stylist) messed my cut up originally on Tuesday, I returned on Wednesday and showed Mrs. Cassandra, she asked me to come back on Friday so she could teach/explain to Nicholas and I agreed and she also refunded my cut to a gift card (since my sister originally bought my cut) so in 6 months or so I can get a new one! I went in yesterday for the teaching and cut correction and I am totally in love with my hair again! Nicholas will more than likely be able to achieve the cut next time when I return. I want to thank Mrs. Cassandra so much she is absolutely amazing! She deserves 7 stars!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. If someone cant answer my question the employee will find someone who can. Line may sometimes be long but thats typical. Target is the same way. At Ulta, I get plenty of advice when I need it, and they leave me alone when Im just in the mood to browse.The rewards programs is pretty generous. There are so many high-end brands and they have them where you can sample if youd like. Love, love, love that Urban Decay!The typical drugstore brands are here as well - and they have GREAT sales on them. The Jumbo Sales are the best and you can save plenty waiting for them.I cant speak to the salon services. But the Brow Bar service is perfect, every time.

Nick did an AMAZING job with my hair. I’ve always had a hard time getting what I asked for at other salons, but this time Nick hit the nail on the head. I have quite a lot of hair, and I asked him to trim off my split ends and damage, for layers, and to keep as much length as possible. My hair was unmanageable, I could hardly brush it without it just tangling more. My long layers are perfect, my hair feels bouncy, and I don’t even need to style it now. The entire staff was so friendly and talked to me. This was my first experience at an Ulta salon and I will be back!

Great saloon but weird glitches. I had an appointment ahead of the official opening time so no one would come to the door. I left and soon received a call to remind me of the appointment. By that time I was almost back at my office. Obviously someone should have answered the door. The hold music is so terrible and way too loud even on the good speakers of an iPhone X. But its a good experience to be able to buy products and services in the same location.

Recieved a coupon in the mail and found some items online. The local store had all the items and they were the same sale prices as online. Many genres of beauty supplies here but some things were not in same location, like nail polishes/supplies. Associate did go back and forth twice to check sale prices and then again to bring me a shopping bag; EXCELLENT SERVICE. Would be nice to have testers for temporary hair coloring sprays and chalks. After completing my purchase and leaving, I saw my points listing on receipt along with expiration date for some points. Being new to the points program, I called customer service. Joshua explained it to me and was extremely nice and professional. Now I know that I should remember to ask cashier about any redeemable points if they dont ask me.

As someone who has never really worn makeup and is constantly trying to figure it out, I save a lot of money because of Ulta. Yes, the products are expensive. But if they dont hold up to their promises, I can get my money back. I dont mind spending $20-$50 per cosmetic if it works as I want it to. So thank God for Ultas return policy so I can spend that chunk of money where it counts 🙏🏼

I had such wonderful service there today🤗 They had this awesome buy 1, get 2nd setting spray 1/2 off but the item was not on the shelf. The gentleman went to the backroom to look for inventory & could not find it but found the store to door alternative so that I would still get the sale & not have to pay for shipping! The manager was involved making sure I felt taken care of, the young lady (wish I knew her name but she was super cute with blue hair☺) went to do a second double check in inventory and found 1 for me to have immediately!!🤗🤗🤗 She found a way in the system to order my other one to my house and discounted the other with the 50% off and took the 2nd tax amount off so I didnt pay double taxes in the process. They gave such outstanding service you dont ever experience in most stores, I truly appreciate it & will tell everyone how great they are to go the extra mile as a team💫❤ They definitely deserve commendation for caring about their customers and customer experience.

Paid brandy to do my hair but she told me to meet her at her home cause she has better stuff there than what ulta has? I went by but she wasnt there. I called her and she answered and played like she didnt know me and then blocked me! So now im out 175 bucks and still have messy hair. I love ulta but this is insane, i will be telling my family and friends not to come here and use her. She seemed like a sweet honest lady, but apparently not. And it looks like im not the only person shes done this to. Her side buisness isnt it, she calls it lady deafs and claims she does hair, nails, makeup and eyebrows. Ulta please fix this.

I visited the Benifites Brow Bar last night and I was highly impressed. Nikki G did a fanatic job and she was cute to boot. I did plan on buying new the Brow Shaping kit she suggested but I didnt notice is was $30 until check out. Which really isnt a lot of money, I just wasnt prepared to spend that much last night. I am for sure going back to not only buy that product and more, but to see Nikki in the future. *eye brows are important you cant trust them with just anyone*
