I was looking for help with my daughter’s skin, specifically acne and hair removal. We have been coming here for 2 months and her skin has never looked better. Emma is great. She listens and helps you get the best results. I have been so impressed that I myself have had 2 facials and my skin has never looked better and it is so soft. I highly recommend Emma to everyone.

I have been getting laser and electrolysis with Elizaveta Birca for about 6 months. She is amazing, professional and beautiful. As an African woman there were none or limited places here to help us with hair removal but thank God I found this academy and Mrs. Birca. I highly recommend both

I just graduated from Cindy Cassady! And I had an amazing experience, I loved every second of it. I enjoyed coming to school and it never felt like a chore to do so 😊 Caryssa was and is an amazing instructor 🥰 I definitely recommend coming here to become a facial specialist!

My last visit was with Miranda and she did a great job! Was very thorough and extremely sweet and I appreciated all her help. Our machine malfunctioned a few times and she even compensated me for that*. The experience was great and she did a great job getting everything during my laser hair removal. Thank you!!

I had an amazing experience going through the Facial Specialist Program at the Cindy Cassady school! The instructors were wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable about the field/industry. I highly recommend this program, I learned way beyond what I thought I was going to. Cindy and her team go the extra mile to help their students! Right after graduating Cindy connected me to my current employer and I couldnt be happier! So grateful for this school and my job, absolutely love this field of work!

I went through the facial program at Cindy Cassady and I have no bad things to say! I immediately was welcomed and felt very comfortable here, I became close with many people and made friends along the way! If you are looking for a facial specialist program or laser and electrolysis program, this is the place to go! I learned so much from the program, more than I thought I would and upon graduation I was immediately able to find a job. The instructors are great and will take their time with you and sit with you one and one if you need it. Overall great things!

I just completed the FS program here. I know there are some people that feel that they don’t know anything after graduation, and I just want to point out that every student feels that way, regardless of the program they attend. Knowledge comes from real world experience and you will get the tools and basic knowledge to figure how to get your Esthetics career going. Obviously, you get out of the program what you put in. So the experience from this standpoint was good.

Cindy Cassady is highly skilled and extremely professional. I have been a client of Cindy’s off and on since 1988 when she was with Mark Lee’s Skincare Salon. She was a life saver for the treatment of unwanted hair, long before the option of laser even existed. I was in my late teens and Cindy saved me!Her treatments are thorough, efficient and effective. I have lived in more than a few states in the US and have been able to compare electrolygists. Cindy is the best I have ever had. My unwanted hair is gone. Very sporadic touch ups are needed simply due to hormonal and age related changes.I send ANYONE who is in need to Cindy, as I stand behind her 100% without reservation.The School is also a great place to relax and get a lovely facial. The students are professional and do a nice job. Excellent value to pamper myself without breaking the bank.I highly recommend Cindy Cassidy! If you are in need of hair removal, she is setting the standard. Go nowhere else!!

Caryssa is an absolutely phenomenal instructor!! She taught us so much throughout the facial specialist course, and I cannot wait to continue in this field with the knowledge and advice she gave us!

Cindy is such a great woman to be a student/work for. I am a student in the Skin Care Specialist/Esthetician program. I originally started in February of 2021- not knowing what life was about to throw at me. I was only about three weeks in, when I had to take an unexpected leave of absence for almost three months, but when I was ready to come back- Cindy was quick to respond and understanding of my struggles. The program is small extremely hands on. There are always plenty of instructors/staff at the clinic to offer a helping hand. I am truly blessed to have found Cindy and her program and recommend it to anyone who is a busy mom/woman/dad/man looking to further their career and better their life while continuing to live a life where they don’t have to drop their job/family to focus fully on school.

Ive been getting laser hair removal for years with different technicians and machines. I have PCOS so I constantly need my face done. Amanda was the first laser technician who actually reduced my visits by half of what I used to need!!! I moved out of state and make a point to visit her when Im in town for touch ups. Shes almost worth the trip to Pensacola herself! I cant praise her enough!

I have been getting electrolysis with Katie due to PcOS I have hormonal hair growth in my face. She has been wonderful! Very professional and works fast. We get a lot of hairs out pero appointment. I’m excited to finally be regaining confidence and stop shaving!
