My son got married on a Sunday and this is the only salon that would do my hair on a Sunday. Then when my stylist quit a few days before my appointment, Shanda came to the rescue to do my hair. I have fine, blond hair and Shanda worked with it for almost 2 hours while her other appointment waited. (Thank you Karen!) She did a great job and I could not be more pleased. THANK YOU!!!!

I COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED!! I came here following a bad experience at another salon. My hair was heavily damaged and a horrible brassy color. Shanda suggested a Keratin treatment. She also added some subtle highlights and used a toner to correct the color. It is like I have a whole new head of hair! It is silky smooth and the color is so much prettier!! I wish I had a before picture to show how drastic the difference is. She took her time and did an amazing job!!

I went in to have my hair cut back in March because I was a very long time overdue. I had no appointment and had never been there before. I was able to be seen and taken care of immediately by Mindy. I explained what I wanted and she explained her plans and did a wonderful job. My hair felt amazingly healthy afterwards. Looking forward to my next visit.

This salon is decent; the decor is simple but it’s always clean and smells nice. But the reason I have it 5 stars is because of my stylist, Brooke. This girl does WONDERFUL work; I’ve never had a bad haircut and my favorite red dye was done by her. She’s knowledgeable, has a lot of experience, and is very passionate about hair. I highly recommend Brooke to anybody looking for a talented stylist. Also, I love the natural Aveda products. 🙌🏼

I made a appointment today with Cherie to have my hair washed and blow dryed…Cherie was so friendly, and listened to my needs for my unruly hair!! I absolutely loved my hair when she was finished… The manager was so kind as well.. thank you Aveda Salon @ Dillards in Pensacola for have such a nice salon!!

Victoria at Dillards Aveda cut and colored my hair and boy did she have her work cut out for her! First professional haircut/color in years.Everyone at the salon was nice and helpful. Victoria was fantastic! I had a great time and my hair looks amazing.

My hairstylist seems so nice and she said she is considered as the level 3 stylist that’s why they charged a $52 for a trim. I was okay with that, I want to pamper myself sometimes after working hard all week. But she is very persistent about the products that I should get because my hair needs it. I told her I used hair care that is a little expensive and it works. She tried to sell me 2 different products and I turned it down 2-3 times even before the start of my trim. That’s why I’m giving only 4 stars coz of products she offered but she seem a people person so I tipped her.

I give this place 5 stars because of my stylist Brooke. My hair is in the best health and looks better than ever since I started seeing her! What I love about Brooke is that she is very experienced and TRULY CARES about your hair! Thats hard to find in any salon these days, she actually has a passion for this. She wont do anything that would harm your hair or your look. I always feel welcome and right at home when I come into the salon. Thank you!

I got my hair highlighted for the first time ever and I absolutely LOVE it. Shanda did such a great job and her colleagues are awesome as well as her! They make the environment there so welcoming:) I had gotten my hair cut into layers a couple weeks ago and I did not realize how bad it really was until Shanda said something about it while highlighting my hair and took a picture and showed it to me... she told me my hair needed some love and that’s exactly what she gave me. I walked out of there so satisfied!!

Brooke is hands down the best hairstylist I’ve ever been to! She’s been doing my hair for over 10 years, and I don’t trust anybody else with my hair. I live out of state and have tried several local hairstylists, but nobody compares to Brooke. I now travel to see her because nobody else is allowed to touch my hair anymore! Her talent and skill is incredible and she will do whatever it takes to give you the look you’re going for. She’s the best, and you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been coming here for nearly 15yrs & I’ve had the same stylist that entire time. Brooke was a ‘rising star’ when we met and she has been the only person I’ve trusted 100% to color/cut/highlight my hair. I moved to Boston for a few years and had Brooke write down my formula and the exact instructions for my cut (with diagrams) and I found an aveda salon and would only allow them to do what Brooke had instructed. Even though we have changed my formula, I still have those instructions in my wallet today. I believe in the products and in her and will forever be loyal and trust her to make me beautiful 🥰

I haven’t been to this salon in a while because of my previous experiences more than a year ago. However I called and booked to give them another shot and this time I saw Rachel & a really kind stylist (but I don’t know his name).They both worked really hard to get previous tones and colors out of my hair to give me a beautiful ashy blonde look at the end. I am grateful for their hard work & skill!

I had the best salon experience I’ve had in a very long time. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the receptionist who took the time to make conversation with me while I waited on my appointment. Shanda, the manager, did my hair. It has taken a long time for me to find a stylist who not only knows her hair but can dones an amazing trim as well. She was very professional, explained everything she was doing and my hair turned out to be the best balayage I’ve ever had! Thank you girls! I will most definitely be back.

I never write reviews but feel like I should tell you that Tony is the hidden gem at this salon. I have been coming to him for more than 10 years and he always does such a fantastic job on both my color and cut. But the best part of my visit is always the shampoo! Tony knows how to take away weeks of stress. He is absolutely the best hairstylist I have ever had and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Andrew at Dillards Aveeda Salon is amazing. He’s truly an artist. I have short hair and he always does a great job. Not everybody can cut short hair. He’s personable, efficient, gifted, and he listens. I also use Aveeda products. They don’t make my hair heavy or greasy. The products are pricey, but definitely worth it.Thanks Andrew. 😊

I am 150% satisfied with my experience with the manager Shanda. She went way above and beyond to make my experience so wonderful that I dont ever see anyone else touching my hair. I will recomend her to anyone. I will bring my son for a barber cut also. I dont care how much it costs. The energy there is excellent!!

Long story short, this salon saved my hair from nearly melting off my head. Seriously. I decided to bleach my mid-back-length hair myself with box bleach (pro tip: do NOT do this). So I made an emergency appointment with Andrew and Tanya, and with their experience and products, they absolutely saved my hair (I didn’t even have to cut it)! PLUS they invited me to get weekly complimentary professional treatments to make sure my hair is strong enough for my next appointment! I seriously cannot say enough good things about this salon. That’s not even mentioning the Aveda products they use: The botanical repair strengthening shampoo and masque turned my hair from (self-inflicted) horrifically damaged (picture a mixture of half-melted rubber bands and gum - did I mention to not box-bleach your own hair?) to real hair. Best salon in Pensacola, hands down.

Took my grandson for a color with Melissa 💙 she not only did a 10 🌟 job, but her skills and understanding of a teenager were beyond top notch! Booking again for him and myself. Would highly recommend this salon to anyone. They are welcoming and make their clients feel pampered. Cant wait to go back.

Shanda is awesome. She took my hair from my natural color, almost black, to blonde. She is so friendly and lovely as well, and that means a lot when you go from black to blonde, because it takes some processing time! Shanda was an “instant friend”, and I have gone to her twice now. I highly recommend Shanda if you are wanting a drastic color change! The color is perfect and my hair still feels great!

My stylist, Melissa, deserves 5 stars. She was wonderful and displays an example of exceptional customer service. I had such a blast in her chair. She belongs in a different salon, though! It could have just been a bad day, but in this location, the other employees seemed pretty unhappy and not very personable when speaking with them. Melissa will thrive wherever she works but Id like to pay to see her in a more fun inviting environment!! See you soon Mel!

These ladies are awesome! Lorie highlighted and cut my hair, and let me tell you, if you want a pro that knows what they are doing and won’t leave you in tears, she is the one! She matched up my hideous roots perfectly, gave me a great cut, and really took the time to listen and give me what I wanted. Shanda, the manager is GOLD. If you’re looking for “the place” for you, this is it!

So glad to have found this gem yesterday, spoke to Shanda on the phone before going up there and when I got there she talked to me throughly about what I wanted to do with my hair before starting anything and squeezed me in that same day. And I don’t know what kind of magical stuff she put on my hair afterwards but it is so healthy and shiny, all around good experience and I’ll definitely be going back!!!
