    I’ve never had my eyebrows waxed before and I was not entirely sure what to expect. What I walked into was a lovely studio that felt cozy and comfortable.     I was a little confused getting to the location but Yolanda guided me well. I did sugaring for my legs, underarms and brazilian and was pretty quick as I usually do upkeep. Yolanda was super amicable and understanding. I did my first dermaplane facial which went well and will definitely return for maintenance (for the sugaring).

    We got together with a group of friends, 2 of us it being our first time having a Brazilian wax and it was definitely memorable! The building is secure and such a cute space. Jades space feels spa like and super comfortable! Jade herself was so kind and she talks to you throughout the whole experience which makes it less painful and not awkward. 10 out of 10 would recommend everyone try a wax at least once! Go with your besties if you’re nervous. It relaxes the tone and turns it into a fun bonding experience! Thank you so much Jade for such a great first time experience!

    Yolanda is freaking awesome, both in skill and in bedside manner. We had a great time cutting up despite getting into intimate territory and having just met her as a perfect stranger.     I had my first appointment today (10/3/23). The building is a secured building, and I needed to be buzzed in. I had a lower leg and underarm wax. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The services that I wanted were confirmed, and she began waxing. She made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with how the appointment was progressing as she went along. This experience is different from others Ive had with other businesses. I have found my new wax lady!

    Fantastic place! Location is great. Spa is super nice and the room is very clean and sanitary. Yolanda is amazing! She is super thorough and very professional. She explains a lot about what she’s doing, talks about different wax products and why she uses certain waxes in certain places. She gives directions well and is super patient. She makes you feel comfortable through the whole process and that’s high on my list. I would highly recommend her.     Yolanda is my hero. I made an appointment online only an hour before and she confirmed it almost immediately, also sending the consent forms digitally for me to fill out ahead of time. The location was super easy to find, lots of parking and handicap accessible. The waxing room is clean and well lit.Yolanda did an amazing full leg wax. I walked in looking like a grizzly from the waist down, and walked out hairless from my toes to my tush. She was incredibly personable while also being professional and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. Her dedication to quality is evident in her choice to use mainly hard wax (which leaves you far less sticky than soft wax) and follow up with an extra lotion to help with redness and keep bacteria from getting in the empty follicles (where your hair used to be).I would 100% recommend her to anyone seeking a wax, especially first timers as she is so good at explaining WHAT shes doing and WHY. If I was staying in town, I would absolutely go back!!

    I did a Brazilian wax and an armpit wax with Yolanda. I must say, I have tried other waxing places and they didn’t seem to get it right. They either used soft wax, left the wax on, and had lots of hair patches, etc. However, when I left the salon I had none of the aforementioned issues. It has taken me 7 years to find another professional like Yolanda. You will not be disappointed.

    I just had my second facial with Yolanda, and it was wonderful. She is very professional, very clean, throughly discusses my daily skincare routine, and my skincare goals. She always explains in great detail what she’s doing, and the benefits to my skin. My absolute favorite is the jelly mask and the cool stones. As a healthcare worker I struggle with (mask-acne), she has addressed my skin problems, significantly reduced the redness on my cheeks. I never have gotten facials regularly, but after two facials with her I see the many benefits of implementing regular facials into my skincare routine. She’s definitely earned a lifelong client, my skin has never looked better!
