    My hair stylist, Jennifer Rogers, did a fantastic job with my hair!My hair is very thick and somewhat wavy, and I have had bad experiences in the past with stylists who have given me layers that did not work well with my hair (think frizzy Christmas tree 🤦‍♀️). Jennifer, however, took the time to listen to what I was looking for, explain every product she was using in my hair and why it works, and answered any questions I had. She was also happy to cut my hair shorter after styling it. I really appreciated her insight as a true professional, and I believe the before and after photos speak for themselves. 1000000/10, absolutely loved her.

    My 16 year old daughter and I received cuts by Jennifer. We were both very happy. She did a wonderful job layering and texturing our hair. Anyone who has a-lot of hair and needs a high end really good haircut and style with correcting brassy blond hair to a beautiful beige blond color see Jennifer.     Im from out of state and my hair was a mess. Over processed frizz and needed cut. I booked an appointment on line and l had a great experience from beginning to end. Thank you so much Stacey.     Veronika is amazing! Our first appointment and I already feel as if she has been doing my hair for a long time. The cut is EXACTLY what I wanted - she took about 14 inches off, have me tons of layers and thinned it out to a comfortable weight (I have a TON of hair and stylists dont always get it right). She has a client for life now. You wont go wrong with her! The salon is very comfortable, spotless and everyone is so friendly!

    I was in town visiting Sarasota just for the weekend. I called in on Friday to see if they had any last-minute appointments for partial highlights and they were able to squeeze me in for a last-minute appointment the next day, on Saturday!Stacey was an absolute pleasure to work with! She really understands her clients needs, and was extremely attentive when I told her I needed to lighten up my roots from black to blonde again. She gave me partial highlights and also cut my hair. She completely outdid herself and I couldn’t be happier with the results (which are pictured below). Nataliya assisted with the blow out process, and she was very sweet and welcoming! Her and Stacey were extremely kind and kept making sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I am super thrilled with my entire experience here!When I come back to visit Sarasota, there is no doubt that I will be back at Inspirations salon to get my hair done!

    Jennifer is amazing! I have been trying to achieve a red/burgundy hair color since I moved to Florida four years ago and she was able to achieve getting my hair to look like it did before I moved.     I had a wonderful experience last week at Inspirations Salon with stylist Jennifer. I had a photo of myself with the hair style I prefer. She listened to every thing I said I wanted and then added some magic. She modernised my old style. I look 10 years younger. Jennifer used a few products on my hair that helped with the texture and styling. I highly recommend Jennifer, I will be going back! Actually I cant wait to go back!!     Came in today to Inspirations and I wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for but Jennifer exceeded ALL expectations. She went above and beyond to ensure I was leaving with a color and cut that suited me and she didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had.     Rhonda saved me from a hellish balayage that fried my hair. She provided me with a knowledgeable and clear path to renewing my hair as well as good products. In a short period of time my hair was soft and rejuvenated. Rhonda does a great job to fit my schedule and is very accommodating. She is the one stylist who provides a great blowout that I really love that lasts for days. Rhonda is a great colorist and does exactly what I ask with my haircuts and also gives me options to consider. I have never left this salon unhappy. She is a true gem stylist in Sarasota!

    Ive been going to Erinn at Inspirations salon for years. Her work is amazing. I have had the same hairstyle for roughly 30 years and everyone that I have gone to has accidentally cut a good amount of my long hair off that im trying to keep (its almost down to my waist). Erinn is the only one that has not done this out of many stylists in many states with a large amount of experience. She is very personable, professional, intelligent (great for conversation), and knows what she is doing. The salon is quiet, clean, has a very welcoming atmosphere, and the employees are freindly. I will definetly be going back and have reffered all my freinds to do the same. It was an enjoyable experience.

    I am new to Sarasota and took a chance on Inspirations Salon based on their Google ratings. They did not disappoint. Rhonda was fabulous!! I was running a bit late and she sent me a text just to make sure everything was ok. When I arrived at the salon she greeted me immediately and listened attentively to my past hair experiences and what I wanted today and in the future. She knew right away what I needed. She did a beautiful job with natural highlights and and a plan going forward. Honestly, my hair has never looked better! I am so glad to have found a great stylist and salon so soon!     Inspirations Salon is such a downtown gem. I went in after another salon nearby overcharged me for a terrible color job. I have curly medium brown hair and wanted to go a bit lighter for summertime. Rhonda was fantastic! She listened to exactly what I wanted , but also gave me some options I didn’t even think about. She was very careful not to overprocess my hair and was very thoughtful about how I wanted it to look. I have received so many compliments already on the cut and color! I have gone to the same master stylist for 8 years and was so nervous to try someone new, but Rhonda put me right at ease! Most importantly, before we started, she LISTENED to what I wanted, looked at my pictures and talked to me. She was sweet and personable and I walked out with a wonderful haircut!

    I found myself in somewhat of a hair crisis and thank God I found Inspirations hair salon and was acquainted with Erin, one of their most experienced and talented hair stylists specializing in extensions and color...the two things I so desperately needed. As a first time client, I was nervous, having someone new do my hair after being with my previous stylist for so long, but Erin more than exceeded my expectations. Not only did she get the exact color I wanted and matched it perfectly to the color of my new hair extensions, but she made me her sole focus and priority for the entirety of my appointment. She made sure that every question I had was answered thoroughly and made sure that I was totally satisfied before leaving the salon. And oh my gosh.... I felt like a supermodel walking out of that salon. If anyone is looking for extensions, or any other hair services, you wont be disappointed at Inspirations, especially if youre lucky enough to have Erin taking care of you. I plan on coming back every time I need my hair done:) As for the salon itself, it is beautiful, classy, clean, and someone is always available to accommodate you with whatever you may require during your stay.     I have been going to Inspirations salon and Christine as my stylist for 2 years or so. I, like pretty much any female, am extremely picky with my hair, however I am not that way with Christine. I literally tell her to have fun with my hair. I dont need to tell her what to do, I simply say have fun and she has not steered me wrong. She is the professional, not me, so I trust her fully when it comes to coloring and styling my hair. I have never told any stylist before to have fun with me providing any direction. I highly recommend her and have done so with coworkers and they have recommended her. Inspirations has been a wonderful salon with great people and Erin and Christine are fantastic ladies. I definitely say give Inspirations a try and pay Christine a visit.

    I havent been able to find a great stylist until I went to Rhonda. She saved me from a horrible stylist who bleached my hair so bad a lot of my hair fell out because it was so fried. She sat down and explained exactly what she was doing and did a lot of tedious work to make my hair feel and look beautiful. She is by far the best stylist I have ever had.     I returned to Inspirations this year due to a very positive experience with nail technician, Christine last year. I was disappointed to learn Christine was now pretty much exclusively a hair stylist. I decided to try her out for a cut and color, based on her great service last year. She matched my color perfectly and gave me an excellent hair style that has been so easy to handle while traveling. I highly recommend this talented stylist.I also had gel fills this year and went to Jennifer. It is not easy to find someone who knows how to do gel fills properly but Christine did a great job last year and Jennifer did a great job this year.Inspirations has been a great find!

    Are you searching for THE BEST hair artist/colorist/stylist in Sarasota? I was not happy with my highlights from another salon. So I was wonderfully blessed to have found Rhonda at Inspirations Salon on Main Street in DT Sarasota. I brought in a picture of when I LOVED my hair...she is an artist and worked her magic. LOVE my hair. LOVE the transformation only took 1.5 hours. LOVE her relaxed style and how she really listens and cares about my hair. She will care about yours too and your 100%. satisfaction. Free parking on Main Street as well as free parking in Herald Tribune lot directly across the street.

    5 star review! Not only did I call a few days before Christmas ( the busiest time of the year) but I called because my sister had COMPLETELY screwed my hair up! My hair was ORANGE & had a huge line around my whole head! But Rhonda took GREAT care of me from the moment we spoke on the phone! She had me send her pictures of my hair, then did a consult with me on the phone. This was so helpful because I have a newborn, so it saved me the hassle of going to the salon twice!! Rhonda got me in 2 days later & completely fixed my hair & got it exactly how I wanted! I am SO SO SOOOOO pleased with my experience with her!     Amazing experience! I came with my mom who had a color and cut. She had undergone radiation and lost some of her hair so it had been a while and she was a bit nervous. Everyone was just incredible. Her stylist Nelson was just so sweet and understanding and he knew exactly what she wanted and what he needed to do to make her look like her old self again! My stylist Rhonda was just awesome. I normally hate going to the hairdresser but she made me feel so comfortable, and did a great cut that will be great for my naturally curly hair or if I wear it straight. She blow dried my hair out perfectly just the way I like with alot of bounce and curly at the ends. We will definitely be back again! Thank you :)

    I had the absolute best experience with Rhonda! My regular hair stylist has been away on vacation and I couldnt wait any longer to get my hair done!! I knew I wanted to stay blonde but I also knew I needed a change.     Went in to the salon to get a color and cut from Rhonda. Hands down the best hair dresser anyone could ask for! She is a true professional. Anything you want done with your hair she can do it and shell do it better than most could do. She is very talented and I could tell that she takes pride in her work.     I got a fantastic cut from Rhonda! I came in to the salon to donate my long locks. I only get my hair cut every few years so its a very big deal to me that the cut looks amazing.     I took a risk going to this salon and it payed off! My stylist was so genuine and talented, I loved getting to know her. Cheryl was nice enough to take me in without an appointment and gave me wonderful recommendations. I went into the salon wanting to completely change my hair from brown to blonde and she told me straight up about what she thought would be a better fit for my hair since it’s weaker due to thyroid conditions. I want to thank her for saving my hair because I would’ve been devastated if the bleach destroyed my already damaged hair. She made me feel comfortable and welcome.     Best place for a haircut in the Sarasota area by far! Staff is very friendly and accommodating, offering beverages as soon as you arrive. I could not recommend Natalyia more! She delivers VIP service, and the best hair cut I have ever had. In fact my last appointment, she was running a little behind, and I had to leave.     Erinn has been cutting and coloring my hair for a year, and cutting my husbands very difficult wavy hair. She is a knowledgable professional with a caring, calm manner.     Everyone (especially Erin) at Inspirations Salon is amazing! The salon is always clean and they are very accommodating.     Rhonda is amazing! Being from Boston, and having been with the same hairstylist for years, I was nervous and doubted I would find someone after moving here. Boy was I wrong! Rhonda is an amazing with color! I also have very long hair, and was concerned that when I said a trim, I would have inches taken off. Rhonda showed me the amount prior to continuing.     I am so glad that I took my friends recommendation to go to Inspirations. Erin absolutely loves to cut and color and it shows. It takes so long to find a stylist that understands what I want. Erin takes the time to find what I have in mind, how I liked the previous color and style, and what I want to do with my hair in the long term while also offering guidance and options. Ive been letting my hair grow from pixie to shoulder length - we know what thats like - and she always makes me look and feel like a million dollars! I get so many compliments.     Erin cut and colored by hair today. I LOVE IT! When getting ready to write this review, I couldnt help but notice one that was negative. I find it hard to believe that a client is so dissatisfied with Erins work, first of all. Secondly, I tell my stylist what I want and Erin has never failed to listen to me. If she was doing something that I didnt like, the time to tell her is while she is doing it! As far as the Salon is concerned it is physically beautiful and the ambience is Super! When someone shows an interest in your life, your family and is so kind, I dont consider that gossip, I have never heard them gossip and I have been going there for almost ten years. Instead, it is seldom that an owner has employees who love them like they do Erin.. All her staff is professional and more than that I watch them work together for the good of the salon. Only a good owner could have the employees think so highly and respect Erin so much, I just wanted to post this as I dont believe anything in that review rang true (and I am almost a 20 year follower of Erins.)...Many of my friends have gone there on my recommendation and are as pleased as I am. Who said you cant have a nice atmosphere and employees who enjoy their work? Erin, youre the bomb!

    Had my first appt with Rhonda and I was terrified because I wanted to remove my forever years of black hair dye. Found her based on reviews and I was so glad I trusted in her- she not only got my color to EXACTLY what I was hoping but my hair was no joke healthier when I left. Her and the salon are so down to earth as well, they make you feel so welcomed! This woman is a life changer and I would trust her with anything with my hair after that!!     I am in awe of Ashleys cuts, and her highlights are great, too! I have been going to Ashley since February 2011. I have never had cuts that are so perfect for the entire 6 weeks. Theres just never a bad phase in the whole cycle, always balanced. I get lots of compliments from other people about how much they like my hair. Its always fun to sit in her chair, too, and chat with her, shes got a dynamic personality. The atmosphere of the entire salon is very inviting and warm, great place!

    I came in for a haircut and style, a pedicure and a massage. I had KEVIN for my hair and he was excellent, great conversation and he knew exactly how I wanted my hair! HIGHLY recommended!     Came in with super bleached out colored hair and a pretty rough idea about what I wanted, but let me tell you- Rhonda has my hair looking FANTASTIC now! She knew exactly what to do to make sure I got the look I wanted without damaging my hair. She even fit me in last minute and stayed after closing without ever making me feel like she was rushing. Price is GREAT and Rhonda has such an eye for color and style. She told me that her wish is for every single client to leave the salon satisfied and happy. She offered to fix my misfortunate haircut free of charge. I could tell that Erin genuinely felt bad about my experience and wanted to make it right. And boy oh boy did she deliver! I received one of the best haircuts ever! Erin is a skilled and experienced stylist! There was no charge and I felt like a million bucks. Confident that I could conquer any interview challenge!     My experience was exceptional from when I booked the appointment to the time that I left the place.The lady who answered the phone was helpful, telling me about the services they offer and listening carefully to my needs. I was worried that I would need to wait for some time before I can come in, but they had a last-minute opening, so I consider myself lucky.My hair wash was so pleasant. I think I fell asleep from relaxation. The brushing was gentle. I believe the products used were of high quality and good for my overall health of hair. (Not even mentioning that they smelled like a goddess)I came in with the need for a touch-up, and I received so much more than that! I ended up booking an appointment right away with Marina R., who was my hairstylist that day, and I only trust her with my hair from now on. She even had a COVID-19 certification, so I felt safe.I highly recommend booking with Marina because of my exceptional experience!     Cheryl is by far the best colorist I have EVER been to. She fixed my hair that I dyed cotton candy pink, and has previously died my naturally almost black hair platinum without damaging it.     Erin was recommended to me by an acquaintance who felt sorry for me because of a hair disaster from a stylist who ruined both my color and cut after I recently relocated to Sarasota. Having never met me, she immediately took time to give me a free consultation to help me figure out how to navigate the terrain until my hair could recover. Her advice was invaluable and she charged me nothing spending a lot of time of this consultation. Since then, my hair has improved quickly and is looking perhaps better than ever. Erin is a kind, generous, knowledgable and skillful hair stylist and also a caring and fun person. Her salon is highly professional and my understanding is they are going to incorporate the Kevin Murphy product line soon which is the only thing that could make this place even better. The entire staff is so kind and courteous and the salon is clean, well-kept and welcoming. I rarely write reviews but she is so deserving of recognition; everyone who I have encountered who knows her shares my view of how fabulous she is both in terms of professionalism and personal integrity.

    Searched and searched in Sarasota and luckily found Brandy! I have black, curly, fine hair, and I want it straight, blond, and long (and healthy!) - I am basically a stylists worst nightmare. Brandy is very open and honest and works tirelessly to make my hair bright (not brassy!) without frying it. She knows what she is doing; and my hair has never been healthier.     Ive been box dyeing and trimming my own hair for about a year since moving to the area, reluctant to search for a brand new stylist.     I wanted to share my wonderful experience yesterday at Inspiration Salon. I had been looking for months for a salon that was right for me and I can say I have found it! I felt like I was at a Spa because they had nice music playing and they kept offering me wine and or coke to drink. I had my hair highlighted and cut and she really listened to what I wanted. She washed my hair so nicely and I even got a mini massage of my scalp. I was so relaxed while she was washing and massaging my scalp. She cut and blew out my hair so beautifully.     Chelsea was my stylist in Maryland and when she moved to Florida I almost had a nervous breakdown! Seriously, Chelsea is the best of the best and it was truly difficult to replace her!     I decided to go to Inspiration Hair Salon to get my hair cut by from long length to short/medium length and I absolutely love it! I got very small highlights and I am in love with my cut. Tracie was very attentive to detail and listened to what I wanted. This was my first time cutting my hair to that length EVER and I do not regret one thing. I love my hair.     I found this salon thru a friend who is super picky about where she goes. Erin, the owner, started cutting and coloring my hair (which is red). Not only does she do a fabulous job on both, she has become a friend who has helped me out in my business.     I officially found my hairstylist/hair salon! Chelsea is the absolute best!!!!! I walked in not knowing what I wanted to do with my hair, she pulled up a few pictures off of her phone and we agreed on a really beautiful balayage/ombré hair color. She took her time and made sure everything was perfect throughout my appointment. She is so easy going and awesome. The location is perfect too, once youre done with your hair you can even walk to a the restaurants in downtown. My mom and sister love my hair so much they booked appointments with her!     AMY is my stylist - shes absolutely amazing !! She will work with you to find the best style and color for you ! Shes daring when you want her to be and thats what I love about her !     Went in, first time, found them on the internet, pricing and reviews looked good, and Im new to the area so I had no idea where to go. Inspirations stylist Laura did my color and highlights and then finished with a blow dry. She was so attentive and took such care with me, like no other place Ive ever been to. We did skin testing to make sure I would not have any allergic reaction, and when I did, she figured out what else would work for me. She took the time to do it all right, was so careful and perfectionist about everything, and I am more satisfied with the results than I have been with my New York hairstylist and colorist whom I have been with for the last 15 years before relocating to Sarasota.Thanks Laura and Inspirations.     I have never had my hair done professionally before, I wanted to get an ombré that was Snow White at the ends. I met with Amy and she said that it would take a few times that way my hair wasnt horribly damaged. Amy did my hair ombré and went as light as she could and I will tell you I am in love!!! She is amazing she will do her best to get you the results you want but also make sure your hair is looking amazing!! She was also very personable and delightful with a smile on the whole time!! I am pretty sure I found my salon!!

    Long story short, some of my hair got ripped out in a zipline. Cheryl was able to take me as a walk in right before closing. Not only did she reassure me, she took the time to give me a haircut that worked around the damage and was more flattering for my hair type, gave me product to take home, and was just an overall awesome stylist. She gave a lot of tips on what I can do to improve the condition of my hair, she didnt rush the appointment, and stayed late for me. I really cant recommend her enough! This woman saved me!

    Ive been going to Cheryl T. for several months now and she has really whipped my hair into shape! She understands the chemistry and the geometry of hair and the individuals head shape.     When I walked into Inspirations Salon my hair was way over due a haircut for a month and I felt aged tired and uncomfortable with myself.The moment Natalia you stylist picked up her shears and grabbed onto my bushy head of hair and removed and shaped my wild head of hair I knew I was in the hands of an “Expert.Then Natalia added her magic touch with her conditioner and shampoo and she made my top of my head thin hair look full and flow into my thicker hair on the side and back of my head.     Rhonda was my hair stylist up in Boston for many years. She moved to Florida a couple years ago. Im still trying to find someone like her, but havent had any luck. No one can even compare to her.     I had an unfortunate scissor incident and cut my bangs to short. I starting calling salons and no one said they could help me with extensions, that it was a 2 appointment process, etc. Then Inspeiation Salon gave me Rhonda’s number, she got back to me right away and told me she would try to help me. I stopped in quickly so she could see the damage done. She squeezed me into her schedule, went and purchased extensions for me which were my exact color and I came in after work for her to put them in. She was seriously my savior because the other issue is I have strawberry blonde hair which is diffuse to match. After she was finished cutting and styling the extensions you couldn’t even see them and they were in the front of my face! She did an absolutely amazing job and saved me in a crunch! I would recommend her to anyone!

    If you are going in for color--RHONDA RHONDA RHONDA!!!I have lived in the area for about a year and not really found a hair salon that suited me. I understand hair is expensive and I dont mind paying for a quality do but had yet to find the place. Inspirations is AMAZING. Not only did they do an appt for me and my mother (out of town) for cut and color simultaneously, but they got my father in for a massage at the same time while he waited! They offer you wine, beer, water, whatever you want! Nice touch!But on to the important part--my hair! I went in with a dark brown to blonde ombre. Wanted a real change to a dirty blonde color with brighter blonde highlights. Rhonda was fun to talk to and we really hit it off. She made my experience the kind you love to go back to, really cares about her customers! I went up several shades and have received so many compliments. I love my new hair and change.     I emailed on a Saturday to set up a spa day for myself on a Monday. As with most spas, they were closed on Sunday and I was concerned I did not contact them soon enough. However, the owner, Erin, called me Sunday morning to set everything up! I was so happy to hear from her! I had a swedish massage from Joanne, a hair cut and style from Gary, and pedicure and eye brow wax from Christine. Everyone at the salon/spa was so nice, the prices are very reasonable, especially for the level of service provided. I left feeling refreshed and amazing; they have a new repeat customer.     I do not have “easy hair”; it is fine and vaguely wavy. The first time I went to Inspirations I was lucky: Cheryl cut and colored my hair and I just loved it and I love my new look.     My fiancé and I decided to have engagement pictures done while in Florida. I did my research before we went and booked appointments with Inspirations Salon.Bianca did my makeup and really took the time to make everything perfect! I showed Nelson a picture and he made my hair look even better than the picture! I got many compliments on my hair and makeup when we got our engagement pictures developed.While I was getting my hair and makeup done, my fiancé got a massage.     I would like to describe my experience at Inspirations Salon! I have a second home in Longboat Key, and I was on the hunt for a hair salon. I had tried several all over sarasota! I have long, dark, thick unmanageable hair.But if I get the right stylist, it looks great. Its hard to find, at best! I googled a salon, and at this point I was willing to travel to Tampa if I had to. :( So I came across Inspirations and they booked me for a blow out with Rhonda. To my surprise I was very pleasantly greeted by Rhonda! She made me feel like I knew her forever! Warm, knowledgeable and extremely talented! I want to fly in from Canada just to get my hair done.     Well, I found this wonderful jewel of a salon online after an exhausting search, the salon is very accessible, friendly and professional, quiet and doesn’t smell of harsh invasive chemicals, my Master Stylist is Jennifer and I’m almost for sure that she has a new clientfor life, she listened and gave me the color, cut and style that I’ve been seeking, and she did it in a timely manner, I highly recommend Jennifer at Inspiration’s Salon, Sarasota Florida🤎

    I travel to Sarasota frequently from Savannah and I always ensure I get my cut at Inspirations. Erin and her folks are extremely professional, prices are reasonable and the salon is clean and friendly for both males and females. Great place!
