I traveled all the way from Hawaii to get treated for the first time by former PA school classmate and now colleague, Nyssa Seaton PA-C and cant recommend her or this clinic enough!!I was a bit nervous as Ive never had filler before, but knowing Nyssa throughout our time in school I knew without a doubt I would be safe in her expert hands. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted and checked in by the friendly front desk staff. I waited just a couple of minutes in the lobby area until Nyssa called me back. From there we went over a treatment plan, and Nyssa made me feel extremely comfortable from the beginning by asking me questions regarding my concerns and explaining her approach to treatment. My goal overall was a refreshed and natural look - nothing overdone and Nyssa hit everything right on the mark!I am so happy and pleased with this entire experience, I cant imagine going to anyone else for my aesthetic treatments. 10/10 for professionalism, knowledge, expertise, technical skills, and customer service. I just had a tiny bit of swelling after lip filler (to be expected) which only lasted a day and I am OBSESSED with the healed results! I cant wait to go back! Thank you Nyssa and the wonderful staff at Azul for such amazing service!!

I recently visited Azul and was pleasantly surprised. Beautiful office space and great first experience. Theyre not like some of these other medical spas around. Professional, knowledgeable and very friendly staff making you feel welcome and comfortable. I would give them 6 stars if I could! I will definitely be returning soon. She guided me through which areas I need, how much, and made me feel very comfortable - highly recommend!I ended up going back and getting a Diamond Glow facial from the other provider named Ashley and it was amazing as well.Great team and beautiful location!

I was an Azul client in Fort Myers for many years and was thrilled with the people and services. I have now have moved to Sarasota and became a patient of Dr Kornstein. He is extremely intelligent, innovative and highly skilled. It’s obvious how much he loves what he does through his attention to detail while seeing the big picture and beyond to possibilities that all focus on his patient’s outcomes. He is an excellent communicator because he listens to hear and speaks to explain.

Had a great experience at the Sarasota location with Andrea. She’s very informative, takes her time to answer any questions, gave me a wonderful facial and she doesn’t push to purchase services or products. She instead gives recommendations on what would benefit my skin best. I’ve also brought my sister and my mom when visiting from NY and they both had Diamond Glow facials with Ashley and can’t wait to go back again next time they visit. We all purchased products and we agree that they are great quality products that are not overpriced. The office is beautiful and everyone there is so nice and helpful. Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Azul! I had a facial done by Andrea and she is absolutely amazing. She is very thorough and explains each step along the way. She is very intelligent with her product knowledge as well. She took one look at my skin and knew exactly what it needed! My skin has never looked better thanks to her. She has set me up with a skincare regimen that works! If you are looking for your skin to be glowy and beautiful, you should see her! I also had lip filler done by Ashley and she is amazing as well. She explained which areas need the most filler and made sure I felt comfortable and I am very happy with my results! Berta at the front desk is so sweet too!

My face loves Azul Cosmetic Surgery and Medical Spa! I visited Azul a month ago and I am so happy with my results! I have gotten so many comments from friends and family about how much younger I look and how glowing my skin is. My confidence has never been better.The new office is beautiful and welcoming. I was greeted by Blerta and right away I felt at home and comfortable.Nyssa guided me through the process of determining treatment areas and identifying the best solutions for me. She explained the procedure in detail beforehand and during the process, always checking that I was doing alright, which I was because Nyssa has the gentlest way of doing injections, her technique had me at ease the entire time. Nyssa did Xeomin on my forehead, around my eyes, and jawline, and used Juvederm + Restylane on my cheeks, chin and jawline. I had a long-term scar on my upper lip and with lip injections she made that ugly scar disappear, I was in tears with delight.During my visit with Nyssa we also discussed weight loss options, she made me feel heard and comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and thorough with her explanation of all the types of injections for weight loss. She personalized a plan for me that includes Tirzepatide and lifestyle enhancements, which we discuss weekly and adjust as needed. I have had amazing weight loss results and feel better than ever!Nyssa uses her extensive medical knowledge to create amazing results in her practice. I highly recommend her for all your beauty and weight loss needs! Thank you Azul, for a wonderful experience. They also carry the best products, after a month of use, I am seeing some great results.

I visited azul sarasota for the first time and had a great experience with provider nyssa seaton! she was very professional and knowledgeable. she listened to my concerns and preferences and made me feel at ease from the minute i sat in her chair. i have been hesitant to try lip filler. i wanted my lips to still look natural, but more youthful and full. nyssa absolutely delivered! her skill and attention to detail is phenomenal! i left her chair looking and feeling like a better version of myself! i can’t wait to go back! ❤️

Ive been receiving weight loss shots with Nyssa for a couple of months now and I am loving the progress. She spent a lot of time creating a plan that was customized to my goals and budget. She did a great job explaining the difference between the semaglutide and tirzepatide and what to expect through every step of the process. I wanted to try ozempic for the longest time but was so nervous. I feel truly supported and I can always reach her if I have questions (which I had a lot of at first!). The staff at Azul is so wonderful, I always look forward to my visits in their gorgeous office. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

This was my first time at Azul and to tell you I fell in love is not an understatement. First, the front ladies are so sweet. Second the office is relaxing and so clean. Third, and most importantly, Nyssa. She is a GEM and Azul is so lucky to have her. The customer service, the personality, the skills… it’s all *chefs kiss*. I had PRF undereye done annd she is so intricate with her detailing as well as knowledgeable. I 100% trust her with my face (I do not say that lightly lol) she was EXCEPTIONAL! I will def be back 💗

I absolutely have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience at Azul Cosmetic. The staff is super friendly and helpful with any concerns or questions you may have. I had a full face done with fillers and botox. It was very minimal down time and my results are stunning. It took 10 years off my face and my confidence has gone way up. I previously had never had anything done to my face and waited till 50. My only regret is waiting do long to try it.Brianna was my injector and she does spectacular work. She is gentle and extremely matculouse about her procedures. I highly recommend anyone looking to get a refresh to call and ask for Brianna. I look and feel amazing thanks to Azul and Brianna. ☆☆☆☆☆ 5 stars all day!!!!!!

Hands down find your self a practitioner that you will drive an hour and a half for. Ashley is the best! I found her at the Cape Coral office and now follow her to Sarasota. She listens to what you are looking for and doesn’t allow you to go overboard. She knows that her work speaks for her and doesn’t want anyone to walk away not happy with what they have chosen. When having fillers or Botox you really have a trust level there. And once you find that trust you don’t want to chance it. I will continue to go wherever Ashley is.The Sarasota office is really nice and actually convenient to get to from Cape Coral, Fort Myers or anywhere north of Sarasota

I recently received Botox from the lovely injector Brianna. I was a little nervous because this was my first time receiving Botox. Brianna did a wonderful job and I am definitely happy with my results from the Botox. Brianna also recommended PRF to my under eye to help with my black eyes and overall tone and texture. I recently finished my second treatment of the PRF series and have one more to go. I am absolutely amazed at the results of PRF! I definitely noticed a difference after the first treatment too. Brianna made the whole process extremely pleasant for me, and I am definitely excited to see what my final results will be after my third round of PRF. I can’t say enough good things and how enjoyable my experience was with Azul and injector Brianna.
