I recently had some Botox done with Dr. Burns! I LOVE my results. I was so self conscious and now I have some confidence back! It’s so subtle and natural. The office space was beautiful and relaxing as well. I’m looking forward to getting more treatments done with her! I recommend her to everyone!

I came to Dr. Burns a year ago and to say it’s changed my life is an understatement. She made me feel at ease. A year later it’s clear I’m comfortable and confident in my own skin again (finally!) She does a great job with my botox and lip filler, but my absolute favorite is the PRP Microneedling. I can’t express my gratitude enough!

I have been getting my lips done for about 2 years now. My first time with Dr.Burns and Brianna the NP was 2 weeks ago and it went AMAZING! I got fillers for my lips and smile lines, plus botox on my forehead.I am obsessed with the way they did my lips! The ladies here are extremely meticulous and I love it! This is my new spot!

I was so back and forth with Botox but after talking with the very sweet, informative and patient, Mrs. Brianna Fargo through text, I decided to go ahead and at least visit the office to see what she thought id need. She made me feel totally comfortable the whole time even while getting my previous and current health issues on file which is embarrassing for me but she didn’t judge and encouraged my current medical treatment while making 100% sure the Botox wouldn’t interfere with my current meds! We went over how many units would be used and where at While still having the natural look, so we did it! not pressuring me to add more units all at once like most places do for the benefit of their pocket and not the client, was a huge bonus! She was very gentle during the procedure talking me through it, kept checking to make sure I was doing okay! It’s a cute clean office space with lots of privacy that even has a separate door to leave out of so other patients waiting don’t see you which I’ve never seen at other places and thought was a really great idea! I’m SO glad I chose to go through with it and waited as long as I did to find the right person I trust because Brianna is that person!! I LOVE IT! I can’t wait for my touch up and to try restylane next! Highly recommended!!!

I recently tried the PDO threading for under arm sagging at the elbow and a thigh lift...the results are amazing and immediate. She said that it will continue to improve over the next 4 weeks too. Ill be doing my next session in 4 weeks, and I cant wait to do my face!

My experience with B Lively and Brianna was fabulous. I was able to get an appointment within a few days of my request and the downtown location was super convenient. My goal was to freshen up a bit before my sons wedding, having only two weeks to spare did not leave a lot of options. However, Brianna asked me what I wanted to achieve and if there was an area that I would like to see improved. Brianna suggested BOTOX as it would have enough to work and boy did it! Brianna was very skilled in placing the Botox to give me little brow lift and to remove a deep furrow line in my forehead. My results were natural and really sort of miraculous :) See before and after pic. And, her prices are wonderful and I look forward to returning for additioal treatments. Five Stars for B Lively!

Excellent skills with botox, great patient care, easy access location in Sarasota in the Fresh salon. Very pretty spot.
