A new post. All the therapists I’ve had are terrific. During my last massage, there was a question regarding the time of the massage.A “90 minute” massage is not 90 minutes.The time starts when the therapist enters information into their tablet. Undressing and Dressing is in the 90 minutes. Therefore, a 90 minute session is really 68 - 70 minutes. We have been loyal members for over 12 years. Not a complaint, just facts.

Also, the sciatic nerve in my left leg was hurting from driving a lot, and she seemed to work out that soreness also. My massage was very relaxing, I could have taken a nap afterwards! I will return and ask for Amanda.

I had a really good therapist. Gerhard was my therapist. Perfect pressures, knew all the tense muscles I had too. I actually had a bad experience previously with another therapist at this location and Gerhard redeemed the university location. I almost didn’t go back. Have them one more try cause bad days I too have and Gerhard was there when I was having a flare up for arthritis. Did a great job both times! Job well done.

My experiences from the very first time I called has been awesome. I feel relaxed as soon as I arrive and always greeted with a smile by the ladies at the front desk. The check in process is easy and I appreciate the follow up.My massage therapist Jerry is fantastic. I prefer deep tissue massages and a few medium pressure massages. He asks what areas Id like to be focused on and he gets to those areas within the time allotted. These sessions are so helpful because I work retail and life has been challenging so this allows me to focus on my total being (spiritually, mentally and physically).I promised myself this year that self care is going to be a permanent part of my lifestyle, so I signed up for the monthly program. Its totally worth it! Highly recommend this service, which I can also use when I travel throughout the country.Soon I will be try a facial as well. :)

I dont often post reviews, but I could not live with myself if I failed to give a 5-star positive review to Massage Envy (University Parkway) and Sal Gazisano. I had a muscle spasm in my lower back that was excruciatingly painful and debilitating. I called Massage Envy asking for a same day appointment. Hearing the pain in my voice, the desk manager organized a change of schedule and got me in to see Sal Gazisano for a massage focusing on the muscle in spasm. Sal worked mightily on my lower back. That resulted in an order of magnitude positive change in my pain level and ability to function normally. I am incredibly grateful to Massage Envy and Sal.

This was my first visit at Massage Envy. From Tina at the front desk welcoming me and giving me a tour, to Laszlo my massage therapist, everyone was warm and welcoming. They actually seemed to care! I came in due to being a dog groomer and my sciatic nerve was tweaked, badly. I could barely even bend over. Laszlo addressed all of my concerns and made me feel comfortable. I received a great sports massage and feel a bit better today. The manager, (I didn’t catch her name) was also quite helpful! She explained the membership, which I think I may take her up on. I don’t live here full-time; but I will definitely be back!! Thank you all!
