    I had my first IV vitamin drip today. My nurse Val was really great! I didn’t feel a thing when she started and I started feeling better pretty quickly. I was feeling kind of asthmatic and worn out when I got here and I already feel like I have more energy energy. I can’t wait to see how I feel tomorrow. I would definitely come back.

In the past, I was always on the-go and would never take time for myself. Now, I am making it a priority and this includes SRQ Med Spa 1-2 times per month. Whether it’s vitamin shots, red light therapy, or weight maintenance, SRQ Med Spa is a one-stop shop for all things health, wellness, and beauty.

    I went to this boutique med spa on Main Street in the heart of Sarasota and was pleasantly impressed with not only the services they provide but the staff and owner are extremely excited to share their respective expertises in their field with you. The place is very calming and clean and instantly puts you at ease. I had a 10 min massage and light stretching, along with red light body treatment and a facial. I look forward to trying the vitamin IV therapy at my next visit. This is definitely worth checking out if you care about taking good care of your body! I look forward to my next visit soon.

    Walked into SRQ Med Spa tired & overweight. Katherine suggested the Push Pull Detox to get started. After 6 weeks Im down 14 pounds & considering other weight loss options. Staff is lovely & friendly, facility is welcoming & clean. Thank you.

    I am always interested in New Health and Wellness providers in the area. I had “clicked” on an add on FB to which I had a prompt response. I came in for the promotion and have been back several times for IVs, red light therapy and B12 shots. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable. I’ve recommended SRQ Med spa to others!

    I started coming to SRQ Med Spa about four months ago. Since they opened less than a year ago, I am impressed by the expansion of services and the growth of the business. I love the new gift shop. Such fun things to buy. I had my first IV and felt amazing after it. The nurses are very impressive here.If you were thinking about getting IV vitamins, or even a B12 shot, I would definitely shop at SRQ Med Spa on Main Street in Sarasota .

    Very highly recommend SRQ Med Spa in Sarasota. The vitamin IVs are truly amazing and really revitalize you. I’ve also had a facial, body message and red light therapy and they are all fantastic and extraordinarily relaxing and soothing. The owner, Katherine Hermes, and her staff are all so professional and friendly, and the attention is truly personalized to what you need. Try it. You will love it.

    I enjoyed a fabulous micro needling session with Anna Grace yesterday. I used to work in the industry, have found this treatment offers the biggest bang for the buck, and was exceptionally impressed with her knowledge and expertise! It was also really exciting to see all of the offerings they had in a single location for aesthetics, but most importantly, wellness. I look forward to returning for some maintenance treatments and will definitely keep them in mind for post-illness recovery.

    There is a NEW and FABULOUS Oasis in downtown Sarasota - SRQ Med SPA. I have been several times now, most recently for IV Therapy, the staff is amazing, professional and driven from their core to make your experience unforgettable. The environment is one of serenity and calm, with a host of options ranging from vitamin injections, massage, facial, infrared light therapy, and my favorite the IV Therapy, which is both refreshing and practical. Using the IV therapy one gets access to 100% availability of the vitamins and precious minerals ( lots of options and a knowledgeable and licensed Nurse help you) to choose the optimal solution for you. This is a must see and do adventure that is both peaceful and terrific for your health. I plan on making it a weekly ritual. Thank you again SRQ Med SPA for a wonderful treatment.

    Do yourself a favor and visit this exceptional medical spa located in downtown Sarasota. Upon entering I was greeted warmly by Katherine . Firstly the place is spotlessly clean. While there I treated myself to an hour massage by Adam, who worked on all my sore spots and left me feeling totally rejuvenated. Next onto a B12 injection and then to some Red Light Therapy. I had never experienced that before but suffice to say, it left me feeling calm and relaxed. Enter free parking from the 2nd St entrance of the Whole Foods Parking lot where it is less crowded. Dont miss this one !

    Katherine was amazing!! Lots of information giving to us! My mom and I each had an IV vitamin drip with added oxogen therapy. Katherine was also able to give me some vitamins and minerals to take back to Tennessee with me to continue my health journey.

    Ive greatly appreciated my experiences with IV treatments and massages at this establishment. Its disheartening to learn that the exceptional massage therapist, Adam Hoeper, is no longer with the team. His absence is truly a loss. Nevertheless, Im sure Ill return for the IV treatments.

    The process to get semaglutide through my insurance was impossible despite me being morbidly obese. The cost through the Publix pharmacy was $1350 a month. That wasn’t a doable option. Then I saw an add on Instagram for Srq Med Spa offering semaglutide and I called. That was a month and a half and 25lbs ago. Kathryn and her staff are wonderful. I have struggled with my weight for years. On semaglutide I am just not hungry, you still need to journal your food intake, but I am able to keep my calories below 1200. That is a first for me.
