    Suze does an absolutely fantastic job! She makes sure she has a great understanding of your desired look before starting and ensures to spend the extra time to adjust anything needed. Fun location and there is always great music playing to keep a fantastic vibe. Whenever I leave the Q Salon, I love the style and would highly recommend to any gent looking for a great haircut!

    I recently moved to Sarasota and thought I might not be able to find a hair stylist in the area to replace the high-quality stylist I had up north. How wrong I was! Susy is a spectacular stylist - and a spectacular person! She is a true artist and her medium is the hair she works with every day. The bonus - she finds true joy in her work and passes on that joy to her clients. I highly recommend you schedule an appointment with Susy. It will be an exceptional experience!

    Believe all the glowing reviews! They are totally accurate. Susy is a very accomplished, confident hair stylist, with a wonderful personality to match. Highly recommend.Take note first time visitors, the entrance to the building is not from Fruitville, but rather the rear of the building. No signage. Go up the elevator to the third floor and turn left to find Susys salon.

    Susy is not only an awesome barber but a very cool person. I came in town for a wedding and chose Q Salon for preparation. I highly recommend and will go back when I am in town! Perfect for special occasions and just a regular haircut!

    Susy is a richly talented artist at mens hair styling. The first time I sat in her chair, I realized how much I had been missing for my entire life. No one has ever cared so much for making me look my best. She is immensely skilled working with light to be sure that nothing is missed. I honestly feel like she is more concerned about making my haircut perfect than I am. I highly recommend that you give the Q Salon & Spa a try. You can thank me later!

    Heather was Great. She listened to what I wanted and also came in on an Holiday to give me an cut. The salon was clean and relaxing atmosphere. I will be going back in the near future to get cut by Heather again. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a cut in the SRQ area.

    Q Salon is hands down the best mens hair salon Ive been to in Sarasota. Susy goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we look our best when we get out of her chair. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she has a friendly and engaging personality. I strongly recommend Q Salon.

    From my first cut with Susy, I knew the level of detail and perfection was unmatched - and exactly what I was looking for. The space is private, comfortable and her skill and talent for mens hair makes it a non decision - you will want Susy to cut your hair and no one else. The banter is a cherry on top and I am thankful to have her nearby.

    I normally hate getting haircuts, but Susy makes it fun. I’ve been going to her while she worked at other barber shops over the years, but I’m glad she opened up her own spot. I always get comments after I pay her a visit, but that’s also because I normally look homeless before. Trust me you will look my guapo after visit with her.

    Susy is an amazing barber as well as person. She takes her time cutting your hair and is very consistent with the way she cuts it each time. Susy has cut my hair for 3 years and never disappoints me. She has recently added waxing ears & nose which helps with overall grooming.

    I recently visited The Q Salon and I could not be happier with my haircut and overall experience. Susy is not only extremely professional, but also very personable. She is tapped into all the latest hair trends and has a lot of knowledge in styling. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted to do with my hair, and after her consultation, I am elated with the result. I’ve lived in Sarasota for a long time and been to many salons/barbers, but Susy at The Q Salon is the absolute best.

    Susy cut my hair at another salon before going out on her own. Her new place is about 35 mins away, but I didn’t even think twice about it. A first class cut is worth driving a few miles more. She pampers you like you are her only client. No details left undone. If you try her, you will understand. 5 Stars for sure!!!

    Found this place and decided to give it a shot. We’re from out of town and have had so much trouble finding a good stylist. Susy knew exactly what to do with the picture we showed her and she wasted no time giving my son the best haircut ever received. The only problem is now we’ll have to book another flight to Florida to have her cut his hair again. Great vibe, great conversation and top tier service.

    While recently vacationing in Sarasota, I needed a haircut and used Google to find a stylist, fortunately resulting in the selection of Suzy at the Q Salon. She did a fantastic style with an amazing result. Probably the best haircut I’ve ever had. Just wish I lived closer so as to use her more often.
