    10/10 recommend! I went here for the first time today and the ladies were so kind and friendly, they made me feel so welcomed. I booked with Mirandaā€¦ she is SO GOOD! She talked to me the whole time and made good conversation. She was quick but also made sure to take her time to give me a quality wax. Iā€™ll definitely be returning!

    I had my second appointment at Bumblebee on Saturday and I canā€™t wait for my third! Everyone was so friendly and genuinely cared about the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and conversation from Mary Rebecca and Tara. Then, Meagan called me back and walked me through every step of my customized facial. Iā€™ve never known what a ā€œskincare routineā€ was until I started seeing Meagan. She explained to me what every product is used for, the science behind it, and how/when to apply it. The Circadia products at Bumblerare AMAZING! Overall, I would recommend Bumblebee to any and everyone looking for quality skincare and waxing services. 10/10 I will be back!

    I go to Tara and absolutely love her. The staff is so friendly and I have never once left having received a bad service.These are some pictures after brow, derm, and facial treatment. My skin absolutely glows and my skin is clear for weeks after.

    Maddie is the best! She tinted and shaped my brows exactly how I wanted! Her conversation and personality is so delightful and we talked and laughed as friends right off the bat! I barely have time for myself with two small children at home and she made my facial experience a mini vacay! My skin was glowing when I left and it really helped boost my confidence for the day! She is such a wonderful person! I also love the front desk staff! My friend Helene made me feel welcome and at home! Highly recommend bumble bee! Their skincare has been life changing after years of acne and then getting the right products after accutane treatment. Iā€™m lucky to be a regular (as often as I can) customer in this cool girl gang!

    Amber is amazing and highly skilled. She is not only concerned about your brows or servicing, but you as a person. She has such a beautiful spirit and I would not trust my brows with any other place ever again. The atmosphere is peaceful, the establishment is super clean and her staff is a reflection of her.     Customer service is always great here, everyone friendly and welcoming. It is clean, smells lovely, and has a wonderful atmosphere. Ive also always been satisfied with my services here, regardless of which technician, although I most recently had an appointment with Tara for a brazilian wax. Despite a service that can be painful and awkward, she was professional, friendly, kind, and thorough. Would recommend anyone to come here for waxing services!

    I started using Bumblebee Skin Care and Waxing on a friends recommendation for a Brazilian wax. That wax turned into so much more than a simple wax. I started seeing Amber for my skincare and have been pleased ever since. The women at Bumblebee treat you with respect and care.     Got my brows done here for the first time, and I will definitely be going back. The atmosphere is a vibe. They made sure I was comfy, and everyone was super friendly.I trusted Amberā€™s guidance to try brow lamination, and she helped me get my brows right which were in dire need of a shape up.     As a first time customer of this establishment and first time for an underarm wax, I was blown away with the amazing customer service! Madison was absolutely fantastic! She was knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. She asked me lots of thoughtful questions during my visit which made the experience all the more enjoyable. When I expressed some back discomfort from laying down, she got a bolster for my legs! She talked me through each step of the process for all three of my waxings.     I cannot praise this place enough. I have had the pleasure of working with multiple ladies here for my lash lifts, facials, and more, and have not once been disappointed with my services. I have to praise Madison in particular, who always taught me something new about my skin and never ceased to make accommodations based on my skincare needs. But, I always felt confident that Iā€™d be taken care of, no matter who ended up being my esthetician for the day! I also have to applaud the receptionists, who are so thorough and friendly. They also have great product recommendations! The level of care, attention, and cleanliness they provide is truly unmatched. When I found out I had to move my first thought was ā€œNo! Who will help with my lashes and skincare nowā€ because of how awesome they are. I also cannot leave this review without thanking everyone here for how kind they have been. I dealt with my father passing unexpectedly this year, and going here became my self care treat to get me through it.     I had a facial membership while I lived in Tallahassee. I looked forward to every single appointment. From start the finish, the experience was professional, relaxing, and indulgent. My facials were my time to escape.Although I loved all of my technicians, Kris was a standout. She used information about my workouts and routines to determine that my breakouts came from oil overcompensation linked to dryness. That explained years of frustration from counterproductive products. Once I followed Krisā€™s recommended regimen, my skin was forever changed. Sheā€™s truly talented. Iā€™m so glad I found her.As an aside, the Tuel line is amazing. I bought the whole lot, and Iā€™ve never changed brands, even after moving. The Hydrate serum and Clear It gel are second to none.All in all, do yourself a favor and go. Youā€™ll be glad you did.

    Ive been looking for a skin care place for some time and a friend of mine recommended BumbleBee Skin Care & Waxing. I see Amber whos also the owner and Im getting the Switch monthly facials. Amber sent me a before and after of my first facial and what a difference! Plus, all employees there are nice, friendly and professional, in particular the young woman at the check-in desk.This is a great spa and Im so glad I found it!

    I went today for my first time to get my eyebrows waxed. I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for years. This was by far the best waxing job I have gotten! Mine were done by Cami, who was excellent! She was super friendly, and went over with me what she was going to do prior to starting. And she did exactly what she planned on doing. Immediately, I made another appointment! Truly a great experience.

    This was my first time getting a Brazilian Wax and I must say that this was far from what I expected in a good way. Kelley M., the esthetician, that did my wax was the absolute best. She took the time to explain the process to me and what to expect. She educated me on what I needed to do after the process to make my next visit, a little more comfortable (wont lie and say it was pain-free), and then she talked to me through the entire process to ease my mind. I would highly recommend Kelley M. to anyone. Also, the staff at BumbleBee was great. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly. I understand why they have won The Best of Tallahassee consistently, because it is well deserved.

    I absolutely LOVE Bumblebee waxing! Iā€™ve seen in other comments where people have said theyā€™re pricier than some other waxing places in town, which is correct, but I can assure you with full certainty it will be worth EVERY extra dollar you spend! Iā€™ve been waxing for 5 years and I never thought waxing would ā€œget betterā€ or be less painful. Since Iā€™ve switched salons, it has definitely gotten less painful, I have less in grown hairs and Iā€™m able to go longer in between services.If youā€™re not sure who to see, Iā€™d highly recommend Cami, sheā€™s super sweet, quick, efficient and caring.

    I have now had my 2 microblading sessions completed. To say that I am in love with my new brows is an understatement. Amber knows what she is doing! All of the staff is very nice! I also started using their skin care and it is a BIG game changer! Also, when I walked in and was waiting, the girl up front remembered what skin care I had purchased the prior visit and was able to make recommendations for other products. That little bit of retained knowledge goes a long way! Would definitely recommend friends to The Hive!!

    I cannot stress just how much Ive loved coming here. I met Amber late last year (I think even earlier--cant keep track of time anymore lol) and began my skin journey with her right away. My skin is pretty sensitive and easily irritable, and I really think Ambers help is what has gotten my skin to improve the way it has. She has taught me to have patience with my skin and accept the process required to see results. More importantly, she has taught me to love the process. I used to go to European Wax Center, and although I dont have any complaints or bad experiences to look back on, it is not at all on par with what Amber has built. Ive grown to appreciate small businesses more since my move to Tallahassee, and her business is the epitome of what a great business should exemplify.     Oh my goodness, I just had the best brow wax/shaping ever with Cami. She was thorough and my brows have never looked better. She filled them in with brow gel and a highlighting/concealer stick while showing me how to do it. Im seriously amazed by what a fantastic job she did.Aside from the actual service, the scheduling process was pretty awesome. Although I had to be added to their waitlist, I received a text less than an hour later with an available slot, so that was perfect.I will highly recommend Cami and Bumblebee to everyone I know.     This place is great. The staff is super friendly and my experience with them has been phenomenal. My very first waxing experience somewhere else wasnā€™t so great.     Went to get my eyebrows waxed since I havenā€™t been keeping up with them. It was my first time and I met Amber and she introduced herself to me, spoke to me about how I wanted my eyebrows to look like, and gave an outline drawing of the shape of my eyebrows, she gave me recommendations on the color of shade to use on my eyebrows and how to put on eyebrow make up like a professional. I will definitely be coming back for another service!

    I am new to town and saw the good reviews so I tried it out. I got a facial from Mandy and absolutely loved it! She is so easy to talk to, I felt like we were high school besties reuniting lol.     Iā€™ve seen Lucy and Cami and they are both awesome! I tried Bumblebee after I became unsatisfied with my former waxing place. Bumblebee feels more spa-like and have a variety of products that most wax places donā€™t cary. Iā€™ve bought body wash before and just bought a new face cleanser at my last visit.

    Amber and all of the ladies at Bumblebee do a consistently great job on both my waxing and facial/skin care needs.I get tons of compliments on my eyebrows now...a year after Ambers intervention to correct and re-shape my rather harsh looking self-plucked eyebrows.The facial products and such that I get there also made a big difference in my skin and have lowered my instances of acne.Lastly, Amber has a kind of healing way about her that I believe comes from both her natural instincts and her career as a nurse, so you walk out of there feeling energized and well-cared for.

    I just got back from my first microblading appt with Amber - it was so much quicker and pain-free than I imagined! Shes careful to procure the safest most effective numbing solutions for her clients so I couldnt even feel the blade.     Today was my first time EVER getting a wax. I knew and heard stories about waxing but all of that was lies lol. I had the best waxer Ashley. Shes really funny and ambitious. She took my mind off of the wax almost forgot about it. The pain tolerance between 1-10 it was a 3 for me. Everyone pain tolerance is different. But even in the sensitive areas you barely feel anything. I HIGHLY recommend to going to Bumble Bees and of course seeing Ashley.

    I cannot praise this place enough. Jordan (Jordy) is amazing. I suffer from Fibromyalgia, so waxing is very difficult for me. However, Jordy keeps detailed notes of our sessions so she knows exactly what worked and what didnā€™t.
