Ive used Julianna for several Tension Tamer services and frankly I have never felt better. Her technique is different, it is specific pressure to the greatest area of need. I have stopped my chiropractic clinic treatments as I can get a better relief for my migraine head, stiff neck and stressed upper back. Suggest if you are having tension, book with Julianna.

Last week I had the 60 minute nourishing facial with Jill. It was very relaxing and wonderful. My skin felt amazing for days after. The products did not irritate my sensitive skin. Jill had a very gentle touch.Today, I had a deep tissue massage with Leigh. It was amazing. She used just the right amount of pressure and asked a couple of times if the amount of pressure was good. She focused on every part of my body giving special attention to my trouble spots. I definitely look forward to seeing Jill and Leigh again.Haven spa is very tranquil and clean.

My husband and I got the best massages ever! I had a prenatal massage done by Angela and she was absolutely amazing! I had an absolute 5 Star experience with Narsha ! I had the Lomi Lomi and Thai messages. The Lomi Lomi was pure relaxation that put me in a state of meditation. I have been using Haven Spa for years, getting massages from Steve or Jill.Most recently it was with Jill and it was again a very nice and relaxing experience. Jill knows how to get your mind in a pleasant mood, therefore getting a relaxed body and mind out of the visit.I have had Steve massage me in the past, in particular to address pinched nerves. He was very successful at it. I highly recommend him for deep tissue massages.

Becca has the hands of a goddess and the personality of the perfect side kick. I felt totally comfortable talking with her and she genuinely was pleasant to talk to. As for the massage...she was able to workout knots that have been compounding for a couple of months. It hurt...a lot...but the aftermath of feeling relaxed and reborn was SOOO worth it. And finally, the facial was pure bliss. Imagine your whole face getting a reset because she scrubbed away ALL the dead and lingering skin. My Aunt said I was glowing afterward, and I absolutely believe her!All this to say: book your appointment...yesterday! Trust me, you wont regret it.

The place is super clean and all the staff is very friendly. I had Steve as massage therapist for a prenatal massage and now I’ll be booking him every 2 weeks until I deliver in May lol. Yes, it was just that good! I felt cared for and secure on the table his unique style of massage was a wonderful surprise. At first I was concerned about the pressure because it’s a deep/firm pressure style but it was great I was not sore the next day unlike some other prenatal massages I’ve had. Overall a wonderful experience and I’m looking forward to my next one already!

My husband and I went in for a couples massage given to us as a gift. We were nervous but there’s no need. Our therapists were Steve and Julia. They both gave off such a great, calming relaxing energy. The room was dimly lit and the temperature was perfect. The table was warm and the air was cool enough so that you wouldn’t get hot. The music was very calming. I was able to relax with no distractions and pour through my thoughts. My husband really enjoyed his massage as well and I think may even come back for the athlete targeted massage. I would definitely come again and try their other services. I haven’t read reviews about Julia before but I think she did great on my husband and she was very reassuring attentive and detailed. Steve was great as many others attest to. Professional and I can tell he’s a pro at his job

My daughter and I LOVE Haven! Last year my elementary school age daughter became interested in skin care and wanted a facial/massage. I called all over town but only got a response from Haven. They allow us to do a couples massage/facial which is perfect for us! The staff is professional, knowledgeable and kind. I’m always so impressed with our visits. They make our skin glow! Then help us know how to care for skin after. I am so happy to have Haven.

She talks to you first and sees where your biggest problem areas are and will spend extra time to hone in and focus to fix that problem and help you to relax. The spa was peaceful and relaxing and smelled great. Roy did some body work on me to improve the mobility in my spine. He was gentle and informative. My lower back was immediately more flexible and felt looser and more mobile. He does not massage but applies light pressure to just the right places to adjust and release. It’s hard to explain. It all felt nice. I would recommend him and go back again myself.

This is the best spa in Tallahassee IMO. I had a head, neck, and shoulders massage with Narsha today and she saved my life. I’ve had a horrible tension headache that wouldn’t go away all week and after my session the headache was GONE. I’ve also seen Steve and Leigh here who I would recommend as well! I recommended Leigh to my partner and they’ve gone back once already.

My visit to Haven Spa was exactly like I envisioned it to be. I had the Freshly Squeezed Vitamin C Facial by Jill. Jill was wonderful she explain each of the products used and she was very knowledgeable. I mentioned to her, she needs to get her amazing hands insured.😊The creams, lotions and scrubs were amazing which this comes from someone with sensitive skin. Pamela explained each step to me during the process so I knew exactly what was being applied to my skin and why. The vibe of this place is so calming from the moment you walk in. Pam does a great job at making you feel welcomed instantly. As an aside, you can schedule and prepay online, which is awesome. The scheduling system they use is very user friendly.First of all, big props to Chantel. Im fairly shy in certain situations, and she made me feel very comfortable. Shes got blessed hands or something. That massage was WONDERFUL, and my pain was greatly improved. She also reminded me to drink plenty of water and told me what to expect next in terms of sensation, which was helpful.The office itself is beautiful and very clean. They sanitize between appointments and call you when the room is prepped. I appreciate the Covid precautions very much.I will definitely be back as much as my budget allows.

I was dealing with a very sudden sore neck and shoulders. I somehow managed to tweak my neck. I was able to schedule an appointment with Ciara for a same day appointment, and she was magical. She knew exactly where to identify my pain and how much pressure to apply. It was amazing. I am BLOWN AWAY! I was sent to Haven Spa for fathers day this past Sunday. I was met by Krystal, who sat with me in their waiting area. She took the time to determine the specific areas that were symptomatic for me and explained that she would focus on those areas. I had some lingering sports injuries that give me issues as well as a car accident several years ago that leaves my neck and back aching after briefly standing over the sink, or after sitting for a while.Let me start by saying that this was arguably THE BEST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! That says a lot coming from someone who has had many massages from national chains, to Asian massage, to massages on the beach in Mexico. Ive had many massages where I left not feeling like anything was done. They were mildly relaxing at best. One thing that was really unique to this massage is that Krystal spent time actually STRETCHING ME and working out the tightness in my muscles while in a deep stretch position. I had never had this done before. It reminded me of athletes who have pre-game stretching done by their sports medicine staff. This struck me as a bridge between therapeutic and medical massage. I could really tell that Krystal knew what she was doing. When it came to working out the knots or breaking down tight muscles, Krystal has got the magic hands. Great technique and shes got some strength too! Anyway, I left Haven Spa feeling like one of those inflatable men in front of old car dealerships swaying and swinging freely with no restrictions in my back.One thing to note: with such a thorough massage, I was woozy for about the next four hours. If you have never experienced this even slightly, it only happens if you get a deep massage where the toxins stored in your muscle tissue are released (presumably into the blood stream). I just drank lots of water consistently, and took it easy. I also took a nap which helped.Long story longer - great spa, by appointment only so there are no interruptions, and very professional. Also had heated tables with adjustable face pads. What a difference that makes in comfort! I will definitely be back and this will be my new go-to spot for a massage!

I have only been twice so far, but Andy gives the best deep tissue massage I have ever had, and I have had many massages over the years.
