He provided me with excellent medical care and his customer service was just awesome! The nurse that accompanied him was also awesome!     Dairy and Brandon took such awesome care of me!! I had a lot going on with my body and lots of questions to ask!! They were not in a hurry and answered all of my questions thoroughly and completely with lots of explanations!! Brandon and his super upbeat and fun personality is so wonderful!! He is pure gold!! Do whatever you need to do to keep both he and Dairy! I have a follow up appointment in a month and it will be all good !!

    Happy to not have to drive all the way to Tallahassee to have a full body skin exam. Been going to Brandon, P.A. For about 10 years I think and I have never felt uncomfortable at any appointments. Super professional and clean environment. Thanks for keeping me in check every year! 🙌🏼

    Southeastern Dermatology has been treating me and my family for decades. Skin cancer runs in our family, and while they have removed several, their regular visual inspection and prevention procedures has kept from having any major problems. I can’t imagine what we would do without them. We’re so blessed to have such awesome medical care in this country…

    I have always been well taken care of. I have had 2 different people numb me before taking a biopsy and both did a fantastic job. Some people rush it and say it will just hurt for a second and others go a bit slower and it’s basically pain free. Plus I appreciate getting a skin check that includes the scalp down to the toes. I don’t want to miss anything because I lost my sister to melanoma so I know that finding something early is crucial.

    A trip to the dermatologist is not high on anyones list. But too many years of enjoying Floridas sunshine has necessitated my annual visits here. In comparison to other dermatology offices, Southeastern Dermatology excels! Im greeted so warmly by all the staff, treated with tender care and concern, and given excellent medical care. I may leave the office with a band-aid on my face, but Im also wearing a smile!

    Chris is fantastic! He gave me a prescription for a nasty cyst on my back. Returning four weeks later, the Rx completely resolved my cyst. Chris could find nothing to remove. He refunded the co-pay and I was not charged for my second visit. 😀

    Dr. Ford and his staff are consistently remarkable. I’ve been seeing this practice for a number of years and they have taken care of me through two very important surgeries. I trust them. They are considerate of wait times etc. I have also had good results with cosmetic procedures like botox injections, age spots, and spider veins. They are knowledgeable and compassionate. Oh wait, I forgot humorous! I always appreciate the levity.

    This office is absolutely fantastic. I go here for several different reasons. I see Chris for my laser treatment and he is the best. His personality is absolutely amazing and he is very precise at what he does. He makes you feel comfortable and does the best he can possibly do he is honest and fair.I also see Justine for my facials here who is fantastic. She is a super calm personality who knows exactly what my skin needs even with dealing with rosacea flareups. She has the right products to calm my skin and help it.I also see Dr. Ford for my primary Derm as well as Brandon and both are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I’m very Thankful for this practice and everything that they have done to help me address my concerns with my skin and how attentive they are. The front office staff are also extremely helpful and friendly, and I never have to worry about if somebody’s gonna get back to me.

    I arrived 45 minutes early for my appointment and was immediately taken back to the procedure room. Chris entered the room in less than 3 minutes. He explained the procedure to be performed and asked if I had any questions. He made every effort to make sure I understood the procedure being performed and that I was comfortable.     Annual check up was pleasant and professional. A couple of items of concern were biopsied. These were small biopsies but good to evaluate them to be sure. Sunburns from over 30 or 40 years ago can come back to surprise 😮 you. Get your evaluation every year. Don’t wait until it’s too late.

    After living overseas nearly 5 years and not seeing Chris, for over 7 years, it was like I had been in the month before. He and the rest of the staff were so exceptional.The only problem I had was completing the intake forms. I did not know my contacts and familys phones. Having to look each one up. On my phone I just push a button. No need to remember the actual numbers.Wish the new patient intake form was available online.     My experience at Southeastern Dermatology was good but a little less than in past visits. While I was treated well and believe I received excellent care, the wait was excessive. From the time I was told to remove all my clothing except my underwear until the time the provider entered the room was almost half an hour. I had already decided that at the thirty-minute mark, I was going to get dressed again and leave. I think that long of a wait sitting alone undressed in a room is much too long. I was under the impression that having set appointment times would minimize the wait. How far behind schedule can you get with an 8:20 am appointment time?

    For years now Ive taken my mother in law to her skin doctor and watched them take care of numerous skin cancers. I was fascinated in how the doctor would remove and then stitch her back up! Im not normally a vain person, but still, I was terrified that once my doctor, Chris, got started, it would be worse then we thought and my nose world never look the same!! I am very impressed with the compassion and care Chris showed me and felt more comfortable. I was blessed that Chris did not need to remove anymore of the area then needed.
