In common with most medical places, my only complaint is the magazine choice is dismal (and we all know we are going to wait- which is good, it means they take the time they need with each patient and inevitably later schedules become approximate). I bring my own book! HOWEVER, the staff is always friendly, very competent, and take the time to make sure you understand whats going on, your options, and to answer questions.If only they could find a solution for those stupid dressing gowns that never cover up or protect from drafts, they would be perfect!

Absolutely look forward to my visits to Dr. Richardson and his staff at Dermatology Associates. Everyone is welcoming and friendly, and they actually know my name. Dr. Richardson is the persistent but patient. If something looks suspicious, he will not stop until he has a diagnosis. Stephen Richardson is wonderful. From the ladies at the front desk to the techs in the back and Alison, Maria, everyone is superb!!

Dr. Soni and Dr. Cognetta are the very best in their field. Their dedication to their patients, most of whom consider these fine doctors their friend, is rare today. For many years, theyve saved lives and gone far beyond the call of duty; always there when we need them, always making time for us. We feel blessed to have them as our physicians!

I have gone to Dermatology Associates for 25 year...I moved to St Pete and couldnt go for a few years because of insurance. I now drive from St Pete to Tallahassee because I get care like no other place. Believe me, I tried five dermatologists in the St Pete area. None came close to the treatment I get in this office. Some people complain that it can be a long wait...get over it! These doctors are spending the time it takes to make sure skin cancer is under control. When its your turn, you will get their undivided time to ask questions and get the very best care. They listen. They value your intuition, your concerns and your fear. Bring something to entertain yourself and relax. Go to the best!

I am a retired RN. 3 years ago I went to another Dermatology group closer to where I live, and at one appt. was told something that had been bothering me on my forehead, was a strawberry mark. Professionally , I didn’t think that was correct and sought a second opinion with DAof tallahassee. The PA, Meira biopsied it and it came back as skin cancer and I needed a MOHS procedure. I have been with them ever since.
