I’ve had two waxes in my entire life and only entrusted the team at Brazils to get the job done! The team is very friendly, competent, and professional. My most recent appointment was with Danielle (Danni), she was so gentle, patient, caring, and very attentive! I was nervous since I hadn’t had a wax since 2021 but Danni eased my nerves instantly through words of encouragement, discussing the process with me step by step, and recognizing the overall needs of her client. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Be back in 3 weeks!

Amazing service! I had Sehra and it was a quick, efficient, and barely hurt lol. I may have a higher pain tolerance but I suggest to use a pain reliever about 30-45 mins prior to the service if you’re scared. Sehra made feel very comfortable!

OMG how do I Begin this review without wanting to shed tears ☹The Day I came into the Center I was having one of the worst days, week ever! And one of the issues was my bank (hack, in the process of getting new account instead of card cause my card was/is personalized with my sons and me) and my membership with Brazils. I had cash and was there for My appointment. Long story short by Me being a longtime and loyal customer Ms./Mrs. Amy (Tampa office now was at Tallahassee NE office) did everything I mean EVERYTHING in her power that she could to assist me. I cannot describe how much this woman went over and beyond assisting, contacting the proper persons, and assuring that everything would be ok and to not worry…it was my expressions and almost breakdown into tears that gave away my thoughts and feelings.So from the phone call to the supervisors in Jacksonville to both Amy and Jocelyn emphasizing and guaranteeing that everything was going to be fine and work out I was in tears of joy, relief, and love
