Sandra and the team at Elase Med Spa are phenomenal and a step above the rest. The entire team is warm, welcoming, & personable- yet professional. Sandra is knowledgeable, genuine, and compassionate. My personal opinion: egos can tend to show in this industry and it’s a little disheartening when looking for guidance. She took the time to explain all causes of my concerns, treatment options & costs, and other services Elase offers to improve my skin. She is extremely gentle and I felt no discomfort while in her hands. Thank you Sandra and thank you Alejandra for the recommendation! Keep up the amazing work!

I have gotten lip filler before but Sandra completely raised the bar. She was extremely thorough and listened to my expectations and talked me through everything. She was so genuinely kind and did an AMAZING job on my lips. They look so plump yet natural. I will be going back to her for everything now! Highly recommend her and Elase med spa. Injector Sandra is absolutely the best. She listened to my concerns and did exactly what I wanted. She took the time to explain to me what facial symmetry is and how I could achieve my goals. She is very genuine and someone I can trust completely. It’s difficult finding someone who sees your own vision and cares about helping you feel your best self. Sandra absolutely embodies that and takes the time to get to know her clients. She truly cares so much and I literally won’t let anyone else touch my face! I’m so happy with my lip filler, cheek filler, as well as some facial balancing, and I can’t wait to come see Sandra again!

I always have such a great experience at Elase. The entire team is friendly, personable, and warm whenever I walk through their doors. Rachel V. has been my injector for a few years as I followed her from a different location. Rachel is the bees knees, the real deal, the goat. She’s not afraid to say ‘no’ in order to not overdo it but will give you options on how to achieve your desired results/goals. She’s also a fabulous human being too; which is the cherry on top of her masterful skillset.

Absolutely fantastic spa! My injector Rachel came referred to me by a coworker and she is absolutely phenomenal! And her nurse Eleni is amazing! The staff here are so knowledgeable, friendly, and warming, and they almost make me feel like I’m at home with them. I’ve been to med spa’s in the past where it was less personal and didn’t feel as at “home.” Danielle, Emmy, and Savannah at the front desk are as kind, accommodating, helpful as they come! Absolutely love all of these women here! I would highly recommend coming here for any of your cosmetic needs! Will never go elsewhere! And make sure to ask for Rachel!

I was calling around to different med spas looking for a great Deal on dysport as well as a place that could squeeze me in last minute. I spoke to Danielle on the phone and she just made me laugh and smile. The other places that I called wanted me to make an appointment With a deposit and then when I would say “let me get back to you,” they had attitudes. So needless to say Elase got my business to start with, but Rachel is the reason they’ll keep my business. She asked what I wanted, didn’t push any products, was SUPER time efficient and stayed in my budget. The last place I went was very pushy and took a long time on trying to sell me different things whereas Rachel was thorough but quick! I’ll be back!

I absolutely love Sandra Pizzurro at Elase Spa. I started using Sandra at another spa near where I live and was devastated to hear she had left. I was able to locate her at her new home in Westchase which is 30 minutes from where I live. I would have driven 3 hours to continue seeing Sandra. She is a talented injector who takes her time to examine your face and explains every step of the way what is happening. She doesn’t push you to do things but wants you to be comfortable in what ever service you are looking for. I was happy with the spa which is clean and the rooms are inviting. The girls at reception make you feel welcome and offer you refreshments while you wait.I simply cannot recommend Sandra enough. I have been getting Botox and Fillers for many many years and have never come across someone as talented and caring as Sandra Pizzurro. The spa and Sandra follow up with you to see if you have any questions and how you are feeling the next day. A follow up visit is also included. They want to make sure you are happy. Elase Spa at Westchase and Sandra are worth the trip!

I visited Elase this week to receive Dysport injections. First, I was thrilled to find a medspa with such great reviews close to where I live instead of having to drive all the way to South Tampa. The facility is beautiful and I was immediately welcomed by a pleasant front desk staff. When I met with the nurse practitioner and expert injector, Sandra, she did an amazing job of explaining everything thoroughly, going through all of my options, and making sure she answered all of my questions. She asked me what my treatment goals were and clearly covered pricing, which is super competitive, by the way. I’m already starting to feel it kick in and can’t wait to see the final results. I’ll be back in 2 weeks for a check-up, where they’ll make tweaks if necessary. I’m looking forward to trying out other services they offer. Conveniently located to Westchase, Citrus Park, Lutz, Oldsmar, and the surrounding areas. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend you check them out!
