I truly cannot say enough good things about Lauren and my experience at Glow Aesthetics! I’ve gotten Botox a handful of times living elsewhere, but with Lauren I felt very heard when I explained what I wanted. She’s extremely knowledgeable and took the time to detail how we were going to achieve the results I was looking for as well as being forthcoming about any possible risks (which I didn’t experience any at all). I’m so happy to have reconnected and will gladly be making the trip to Tampa for future treatments!

She explained that Elta had changed their formula. I preferred having the amount refunded. That same day her manager gave me a call and explained I would be receiving a refund in a few days. Both Katarina and her manager displayed excellent customer service and apologized even though they were not at fault for the error.

I was not expecting such immediate results but the next day my redness and brown spots were decreased by at least 50% and over the next few days are almost completely gone.
