Let this be the review that tells you to go to them for skincare! Sophia is incredibly knowledgeable- within 30 seconds (without exaggeration) she pointed out the products I would need after giving a description of things I wanted to improve on my skin. Everyone there is incredibly kind and helpful, and I cant wait to go back!

Sophia is the most amazing manager and consultant ever!! She really takes her time to get to know you and your skin to be able to recommend the best products. She’s also not pushy and advises you to buy only the products that are necessary/essential for your skin and what you need! Love going here!!

This K-beauty store is very nice and welcoming. They sell a lot of popular Korean brands and other brands I’ve never heard before. I went there to buy the same product until the manager showed me this really good sunscreen that goes well with my skin and it is now my absolute favorite. I highly recommend going there to check out the products they have.

Sophia! Sophia! Sophia! I believe this woman is God sent! If I could post pictures I would and the images of improvement would speak for themselves. The moment I walked into the store Sophia was drawn to me because of her helpful nature! She saw how bad of shape my face was in and came to my side immediately to help. Prior to, I had gone to 9 different US physicians/specialists and NONE of them could tell me what was going on with my face and the products they were giving me made my condition worse and burned me! After exhausting western medicine methods and $1000s dollars later I was compelled to try KBP. I’m blessed that I did! From the moment I stepped into the store Sophia told me what was going with my face (severe case of eczema) and recommended remedies with 3 simple products that origins from nature. Before I knew it I began to recognize myself again and maybe a few months later people are complimenting me on my glow in my face! She started me on a Centella brand then had me graduate to the Torriden line! She’s now recommended TirTir. I’m looking forward to seeing results to come on the new products. Here’s the thing, Sophia immediately recognized that my face was raw, inflamed, and hyperpigmented. She recommended the products that would fit my immediate needs before she gave me anything new. It was as if she was a physician treating my conditions. In moments that I’d become impatient and want to advance to a potent product she’d quickly encourage me not to and remind me to trust her and the process. My face needed to heal. I’m very grateful of her knowledge and expertise because it’s helped me not to hide from mirrors any longer. I thank God for her because I know He sent me to KBP to find her!

I would just like to say that Sofie is the best person to ask any questions about skincare and any recommendations for the products that they sell and she even gave me a birthday discount a couple months ago when she didn’t have to and my last birthday they gave me a few free masks and has just been such a generous and kind person she is always willing to listen to any skincare troubles you have and always tries to solve them and not only given me such great recommendations but has solved my acne problems and always makes me feel welcomed and happy coming in and never tried to upsell a product in fact she tells me tools to use that I have at home instead of just upselling a product to me to increase sales she’s like my skincare mother and I just genuinely appreciate her so much and all the help she has given me she is amazing :)
