    Janelle the manager here is awesome. I had some issues with my membership in the beginning and she quickly jumped in and corrected the small mistakes made. I would recommend having her take a look at your profile and make sure any add ons you pay for are there, and that your “passes” are being counted correctly. She was very happy to help and humble enough to admit there were some errors. I see Bethany there and she is, in my opinion, the best at what she does. She has a calm, down to earth, positive vibe that I appreciate. Her technique is fast but comforting with pressure as needed, she doesn’t skimp if you need powder or lotion depending on your skins condition. I really enjoy catching up with her every time I’m there and consider her a friend now. As far as the waxing process in general, I’ll never go back to shaving. My hair grows back softer and lighter every time. I struggle with shaving and have very thick hair-so I had to give it a try and I’m glad I did. I do think their pricing is expensive so I only book when they have free wax specials included and I try to extend the wax dates as long as I can to financially afford it.Also- I have been to the Wellington location and had a terrible experience. The waxer you choose makes all the difference in your experience so don’t be afraid to bounce around until you find your right fit! Bethany is amazing & the sweetest!

    Ive been going with Evelyn and she does an amazing job, I havent liked the way my eyebrows are shaped for quite some time now, and she showed me which areas would need regrowth to reshape to how I would prefer. Left yesterday, 100% satisfied, after several visits with her, they are already taking shape, she pointed out the area that would need a bit more regrowth, to get them how Id like, I will continue on with her service on regular visits she is amazing, professional, and kind I highly recommend her.

    I love The European Wax Center in Royal Palm Beach!!!! It is very inviting when you first walk in…. It’s very clean, products are organized on the shelves and the staff is very warm and friendly…not to mention very accommodating to any needs one might have. Yesterday I saw Bethany for the first time after my other girl moved away. I found Bethany to be very friendly, professional and experienced.     Location is well kept and everyone was great, very friendly and welcoming. I did do my service with Lauren, it was my first time ever getting waxed and Lauren walked me through the whole process. She was very good at distracting me since I was super nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Over all wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be but she definitely helped me with my nerves and helped me calm myself before every strip.

    I was so so nervous for my first visit, going down my usual rabbit hole of google searches—but before I knew it, I was sitting in the waiting room without truly knowing what to expect. Waxing can be such a vulnerable experience and the ladies here really take care of you! The person at the front desk can truly leave a lasting impression as they’re the first and last person you see and I can say without a doubt that there’s no one better for the role than GISSELLE. She is sweet and personable and I’m always looking forward to her greeting and seeing her new set of nails 💅🏻 😂 Now don’t get me started on my wax tech—she’s been my one and only since day 1.     Staff is amazing here. Teresa is the best! I’ve never had any issues post wax in the year I’ve been going here. No ingrown hairs, no rash.. nothing! Always easy appointments. For 10 years I went to “boutique” salons thinking it would be better, but this EWC is better than most.
