    The 1st time I came here was a great experience 4 years agoTee did my lashes and brows in the 1st picture. This was something Ive never done before.     I have been getting my lashes done there for about three years. Staff is friendly . I only go to Jenny. She is wonderful 🥇🥇🥇. Jenny has a true talent she can lash any shape eye. I myself, have a smaller set of eyes and Jenny works her magic to slay me every time with a natural hybrid Individual lash set. She is also an expert at eyebrow tinting. The eyebrow tints will last for weeks…

    My new eyebrow and lash place! Today was my first time going after researching and reading reviews I settled on Express and knew to make an appointment with Rae. I was not disappointed. She is the quiet and gentle type from as far as I can tell. She was kind and listened to me each time I spoke. I have had bad experiences with lovely nails and noire nails at the Palm Beach Outlets and had grown weary of spending my money with people who were unprofessional, and just downright rude, especially to black women. I haven’t had my eyebrows or lashes done for over a year because I was so traumatized. Express Lashes and more specifically Rae felt safe and I can’t express how grateful, I am for that. This place abided by their appointment times, it wasn’t packed, it was clean, and peaceful with relaxing music playing. Like I mentioned previously, I paid attention to the reviews and booked accordingly (there’s a name mentioned more than 3 times attached to rudeness and poor customer service…I will never be booking with her, I’ve dealt with enough mistreatment in the past). If it wasn’t Rae, then I would have made an appointment with Ethan. I saw his work while there and he does a good job as well. I got strip lashes, eyebrow wax and tint. I waited a bit as she finished up another client but it wasn’t more than 7 minutes max. Then she groomed me quickly and professionally. I can’t express enough how grateful I am and satisfied with the results and customer service. THANK YOU.

    I get individual lashes done by Jenny every two weeks and she is the best. Everyone compliments me on how great they look. Jenny is very professional and takes her time. I always feel welcome the front desk staff are very polite and greets me by name, which makes me feel extra special. Never had an issue here. It’s a pleasure to do business with Express Lash.

    I’ve been coming here for a few years now. I fly down from Louisiana because I know my service will be quality! They are always professional and extremely nice. I go to Jenny but I’ve been to Haylee and Rae several times before. I enjoy coming here and you can book 3 days in advance (which I recommend) because it can get pretty packed. But they move fast! So go and get slayed y’all!

    I LOVE coming to Express Lashes! I get my brows waxed and the cluster lashes done by Katie! She is patient and always checks to make sure I am happy with the service!     Great place! The only place in west Palm Beach Florida that I have found with real professionals, super friendly staff, clean tables and the technicians are all A++. I would recommend anyone looking for great natural lashes to go see Lena she is amazing. If she is not available don’t worry I’ve had to try others techs in a pinch and they all great!

    Julie does my eyebrows when I want the more natural look (thinner). Ethan does my lashes and my brows (more dramatic look). Both are good and the service is rather fast. This works for me as my schedule is super busy so I usually make an appointment but for those last minute plans it’s easy to stop in as a walk-in.

    Lena has been my eyelash tech for over one year and I wouldn’t be able to replace her with anyone. She is the best. Very professional and has the best touch with her hands. Also the front desk staff is so polite always. Vanessa at the front desk always greets everyone that comes in with a positive attitude.

    I am new to Florida and was looking to get my lashes done for the first time. I was able to book an appointment same day online. And when I went I saw Tee. She did such an amazing job and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable that I ended up falling asleep. My lashes look amazing. And I will definitely be going back and trying to see the same person.

    First time in this place. I searched it up in Google and let me tell you. It was packed and I only had 30 minutes (the stylist didn’t know this) but I was able to wait for like 15 minutes and 20 minutes later this is the result….. in love. When I asked for the price I was like 😮😮😮. My fav place ever. Friendly and I didn’t broke my bank.

    Julie does a great job with my eyebrows. Making an appointment is fast and easy online and getting into the chair is quick. The only thing I do not like is that they do not have sanitizing wipes to clean the chairs down after each customer gets out the chair that’s unsanitary.

    Social distancing was amazing. The ease of making the appointment was cool. Julie did my lashes and waked my eyebrows but Mia tinted my brows. The tint lasted about 3 1/2 days my lashes stayed on for about 9 days. The picture of me smiling was day one and the pic with my hair tied up was day nine. I just got tired of them they probably could have lasted longer but I was over them. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Hope this review helps 🙏🏾🙂

    I really like this place they all are nice and it’s really clean they are so professional especially Ethan this guy is my favorite he knew what he’s doing (last time he do my lashes and it stay for like 3.5 weeks and guess what it was still look good i takes them off because of the glue i don’t wanna keep the glue for that long) but yeah…anyway i really recommend this place we won’t regret…If i can i will give them a 100 ⭐️ lol…

    Been going since they first open, the people they have working desk front are always nice and have really good customer service, the guy up front is really respectable, the girl that left and the new girl both have good customer service, sometimes the ones providing the service(lashes,etc) could be a little more welcoming, they never smile and make me feel like Im being rushed , but overall i love it here!!!

    I absolutely love Mia’s work!!!! But the receptionist (New Caucasian women) is very unprofessional. She was texting while I was trying to ask her questions and she was a bit rude.
