I couldn’t be more happy with my extensions. I was experiencing hair thinning from post partum pregnancy so we decided tape in “Sammie” extensions would help me achieve the look I wanted to get back to. Cathi has since applied and reapplied my extensions multiple times and I am in Love! I haven’t experienced any discomfort from placement or more importantly any additional hair loss. Highly recommend her for the best refresh to your hair.

I have very difficult hair to cut/style, course and wavy with some thinning, and every single time Cathy cuts my hair, its the best haircut Ive ever had. Shes an artist and shes consistent. And shes got a genuine personality; very fair, honest, and with a sense of humor. Like I said, hands down, the best stylist Ive ever had.

I havent gone to any stylist other than Cathy and her trusted team in the past 11+ years. Her and her friendly staff are eager to greet myself and fellow customers as I walk in the door with a kind smile, hello and cold beverage offer. :-)They are always punctual with our appointment and I am further welcomed with a relaxing shampoo before I sit in the chair and let the wizardress work her magic. She is always receptive to what I want out of a haircut and offers suggestions if she thinks Im way off. I feel I know more and more what I want after every haircut and have been repeatedly told by acquaintances that my past haircut suits me best.I cant thank Cathy and her team enough for their expertise and I look forward to many more haircuts.:-)

Both my daughter and I were first time clients at this salon this week. Jessica cut my daughter’s hair and it came out so great that I immediately made an appointment for my own haircut. And I walked away a satisfied customer 😊I have very curly hair and it’s very difficult to find a stylist that will know what to do with it. Jessica took the time to talk to me, examine my hair and show me step by step was she was doing.My curls are now layered, styled and look bouncy and healthy.Jessica is commutative, friendly and customer satisfaction driven.My daughter and I definitely recommend her!The salon is clean and everyone there was also friendly. I got a stunning cut from Cathi and color, shampoo and blow dry from Julie. They really listened to what type of style I was going for and made great recommendations. The scalp massage was very relaxing during the shampoo. They took their time with me and made sure I was relaxed throughout. There were plenty of magazines to flip through and I got to enjoy a glass of wine. What a treat. The location of this salon is perfect because once you walk out you’re submerged right in the heart of downtown west palm to show off your new look. 10/10, would recommend!

My first visit today for a trim, hi-light, and brows (wax/tint). Im somewhat new to the area and based on reviews, I decided to give the salon a try. I am so glad I did! Jessica did an amazing job with the blonde high-lights and maintaining the long layers I have. And together with Cathi (the owner) my brows were waxed and tinted perfectly. My hair looks and feels amazing and Ive found my new favorite stylists. Its not easy finding a great stylist...but thats exactly what I found with Jessica and Cathi. Thanks so much !

I have been going to One XI since they opened - I can say with confidence that Cathy and the One XI staff are the best! I used to work downtown when I first started getting my haircuts there, I switched careers about 4 years ago and left the downtown area. I could have found another place that was more convenient for my haircuts, but the level of service and the experience at One XI is unrivaled; every month I look forward to getting my haircut there because I always leave feeling relaxed and looking sharp. Everyone that works there is friendly and fun to be around - they take their time, pay attention to detail, and are very consistent in their work.I recently moved out of state so unfortunately I will have to find another place for my regular haircuts, but anytime I am back in West Palm I will make sure to stop by and see them. Love this place! I went to One XI Salon based on all the great Google + reviews, and I was not disappointed! Jessica was super nice, and she is very talented. She took the time to find out what I really wanted, and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning of my appointment. I was surprised that I got color, cut, and styling all in about 2 hours - it was nice not to spend my entire Saturday in the salon! I left feeling like a million bucks!!! All-star service! The reviews brought me into this place and boy were they right! The staff is always very warm and friendly. If there’s a wait time (only ever a couple minutes), they offer drinks, including beer, and give the best shampoos. I usually opt out at most places but here it’s like a mini scalp massage- would definitely recommend! Cathi is the owner and she gives an excellent cut- she really pays attention to the details. I’ve only ever left feeling confident and happy!

I found Crystal at One XI after going through several different hair salons. Crystal is truly the best colorist I have had the pleasure to meet. The quality of her work is perfection. She has a eye for color and is always consistent which is what every person wants and should expect. I can’t recommend Martine and the salon enough! I found Martine by chance and was so happy I did. After struggling to find a consistent talented hairstylist for my hair texture and type. I found the most incredible hairstylist Martine. The hair salon is also very chic and every other stylist I have interacted with is exceptionally sweet and kind. I moved to West Palm Beach in June 2021. I found Harpers Edge on Yelp and it had very high reviews. I first went to Harpers Edge salon back in June 2021 for a Keratin treatment. I was very happy with the outcome.For some reason I decided to use a different salon a few months later for a root touch up. Big Mistake! I was okay with the outcome and went back a couple more times and got root touch up and balayage highlights. Over the span of a few months, I decided I wasn’t happy with the color. It just became more and more brassy every time I went.I went back to Harpers Edge for another Keratin treatment and really realized how bad the color was. It looked like I had 3 layers of different color in my hair from roots to tip. My Keratin appointment was with Martine and she was great. I told her how unhappy I was with the color. We talked about a plan and the look I was trying to achieve. I came back a week later and Martine did both all over highlights and lowlights to give more dimension. The color turned out phenomenal and I couldn’t be happier! I have been back to Martine 4 times since for both color and haircuts. I will definitely continue going to Martine. She really understands color well and listens and asks questions to zero in on what the client is looking for!! Brandy did my cut and color. She’s amazing! I’m from Cape Cod, MA and could not find anyone in the palm beach area that would listen! I use goldwell and had my formula which brandy tweeked to cover my grays. I also have thick, wavy hair which cannot be cut with thinning shears! She did an incredible job with both my color and cut. I highly recommend Brandy. She is my go-to for hair in palm beach. So happy I found her!

When I explained my situation she advise me about the keratin treatment and were it was my mistake. She only trim my hair the necessary areas to revitalize and get a life again. I love love love this salon! I moved to West Palm Beach last summer and my hair was a complete and total damaged mess. Overprocessed and in need of desperate styling. They told me to come in even though it was an hour to closing. I have never been anywhere since, the place is great , the women are wonderful and they give you a cold beer when you get a cut. My kinda spot. I read a post that someone said they were gossiping about other poeple, from what i have learned that gossip is part of a hair salon and I have never heard ANYONE in there say anything negative about ANYONE, its all just normal small talk. I can start by saying that I’m very picky with who I cut my hair I have my hair stylist in Coral Springs but I moved to west Palm beach and I needed a hair cut fast but didn’t want to drive an hour and a half to go to my hair stylist so I googled near hair salon and one XI salon came up first and I read the reviews so I decided to take a chance and OMG I don’t regret it at all from the moment I walked in it felt so friendly and nice I had spoken to Catherine over the phone and she booked me with Bre but from the moment I was on the phone with Catherine she made me feel so welcome as if she new me forever and I can say that Bre was excellent she was very nice and friendly made me feel very comfortable and WOW she cut my hair beautifully I can say that even better than my hair stylist thank you Catherine and Bre I will be back you now have another customer 💇🏻👍🏼👏🏼🤗😉
