    Ale was wonderful! 6 long hours because I have long, thick, curly hair and she was upbeat and happy the whole time. She brightened and toned my hair to the perfect ashy light brown. Also, added a curly cut which brought my curls back to life from the dead! They bounced right back up and are lying nicely without so much weight! Great experience and highly recommend! The salon was lovely and comfortable to be in for a long period of time. Everyone was so warm and welcoming! Thank you!

    A younger work colleague recommended this place to me. The first time I went, I initially felt like an old lady in a hip, industrial downtown salon. 2.5 years later, I feel right at home & cant wait for my 3 month refresher. Tracy & her staff are genuine, down to earth people who make you feel right at home.I ALWAYS get comments about how beautiful the cut is! I no longer work in PBG, but its definitely worth the drive down from Stuart :))

    Tracy and her team at Scotch Bonnet Hair were so chill and great! Tracy and team came onsite to our wedding venue to do my hair for my wedding along with my bridesmaids and mother-in-law. It was a really fun and easy process and our hair turned out exactly as we wanted. Would definitely recommend Scotch Bonnet Hair for any event and of course, every day hair cutting/styling needs! The salon is really stylish, fun and well located with ample street parking (or very walk-able in downtown West Palm Beach).

    Since Iā€™ve moved to the area, Iā€™ve been going to scotch bonnet for all my hair highlight, cutting, and styling needs. The facility itself is beautiful and so is the staff. I see Chelsea who is a junior stylist on the team and she has grown exceptionally under the leadership there. Chelsea is dedicated to her craft and is definitely a perfectionist when it comes to color. My typical appointment is on the longer side (nearing 5 hours for a full head of highlights, root shadow, and gloss) but the results are always gorgeous and Chelsea always makes me feel like Iā€™m in good hands. The staff actively supports one another in this establishment and i always feel like i am getting the best, most dedicated service. If youā€™re looking for a salon or stylist that takes their time to work with you to give you the exact results your hoping for, then scotch bonnet with stylist Chelsea is the place and person for you!

    I had an excellent first time haircut with Tracy! She is the consummate professional. She listens and understands , then responds, giving you the haircut that you have asked for! I was able to style my hair with minimal effort , an indication of a precise and well executed haircut!     First time visiting the other day, and was completely impressed. Very relaxed space, did not have a commercial feel, and everyone was incredibly focused on their work. But most importantly, I was super pleased with my haircut from the owner Tracy. Very skilled and confident with her scissors and clippers, and took the time to stop along the way to make sure she was doing what I wanted. As experienced a stylist as Ive had anywhere. Id definitely recommend to women or men alike, and I look forward to coming back.

    After growing my hair out for years for my wedding, it was time finally for a drastic change. I cut off nearly 12 inches, redid my hi-lights, and had everything styled. Everything turned out phenomenal! Having natural red hair can be challenging with color as well as styling due to the coarse texture, but ScotchBonnett did not disappoint. I 100000 times recommend scotchbonnet!

    Carly, my stylist, took the time to listen to my needs and offer her expertise/recommendations for how to achieve what I was aiming for. (This was my first session with her.) She was thoughtful, thorough, and clearly communicated each part of the process to me as she was working. I was thrilled with how things turned out and highly recommend her for both her cutting and coloring abilities. Everyone at the salon is warm and friendly. The salon itself has a cool, chic/industrial ambiance. Excellent service and friendly people make this an easy 5 stars.

    This salon stands out miles ahead of the rest here in West Palm because it employs artists, not hairdressers. The amount od technical training and confidence exuding from each hairdresser is quite evident.The salon itself it quite edgy and the clientele are not the Frou-Frou nor do they engage in loud, obnoxious gossip. Rather, theyre respectful of each other and friendly.My stylist is Keagan and I love this man/miracle worker! The time he takes with me and the attention he pays is reflected in the excellent results.

    Best hair salon in West Palm with the nicest people. Tracy is brilliant with curly hair and I get so many compliments on my cut.     Just moved to West Palm Beach from NYC and I am so happy to say I found an amazing hair stylist to cut my hair. I HIGHLY recommend Nathalie at Scotch Bonnet.     The best! My two daughters and I have been loyal clients for over two years now. They all do an amazing job and truly listen and care about what you want. Tracy is amazing at pixie cuts.     Carly is a Master Stylist sent from above!!! I wanted a short trendy cut seen from a professional stylists Instagram profile and DAMN did she deliver!!     Loved, loved my haircut here with Carly. I canā€™t give it 5 stars because I originally booked with Chloe, but when I got there I was told to sit in Carlyā€™s space. She was amazing and would give her 5 stars, but they changed my appointment without giving me a heads up or even asking if Iā€™d like to switch to Carly. Either way, perfect experience with Carly. She is so kind and killed the cut, so Iā€™m happy with the result. Just not great customer service on the booking side of things.

    I can finally say I have found my ā€œhair home.ā€ Tracy has an incredible talent. I just leave the decisions up to her because I trust my hair will turn out perfectly. Not only is she amazing but so is her staff! I havenā€™t been to the new place yet but from what Iā€™ve seen in the photos it looks incredible! I love these people and their talents.     Ashley does the best color and is NYC trained! You are getting a gem in Florida with this talent. She has also corrected a botched job from Rita Hazen salon-NYC where they bleached out and fried my hair. Ashley corrected it and brought it back to life! She never disappoints!     I have heard from all my friends about Tracy from Scotch Bonnet and I have been wanting to come for months. Iā€™m so glad I did! She exceeded my expectations.     I went to have a Forever Smooth Application by Chloe today. I loved being at the Salon. Everyone was friendly and in good spirits. Chloe did a great job with my hair! I am still waiting for it to revert back to the hair that I woke up with but it is still the beautiful hair I walked out the door with this afternoon. Itā€™s an amazing and stunning transformation in just 2 hours. How have I not heard of this before?? There is simply no going back.     I love this salon! I have thin, fragile, processed hair and am always so scared to let someone new mess with it. After hearing a great review from a friend I decided to give it a try. I booked an appointment with Tracy and Iā€™m so happy that I did! For the first time since having kids 8 years ago, I didnā€™t hate my hair! Tracy cut, high lighted and did a smoothing treatment.     Tracy is absolutely the best with hair. I do not let anyone else touch my hair. She is super for people with wavy or curly hair. She gives you cuts that are always very up to date on styles but at the same time timeless. She can make you look much better.     Iā€™ve gotta say this is the best choice for hair Iā€™ve made. Iā€™m an incredibly anxious person - before Tracy I had been seeing the same stylist for 18 years. When I moved down here, I found this place and I donā€™t regret at all. Tracy was incredibly understanding abut how nervous I was, and sat with me for a good 10 minutes just trying to understand what I wanted. She gave me a great glaze that fixed a botched bleach job I got somewhere else and an awesome cut that I wasnā€™t even planning on getting. If youā€™re nervous like me, definitely go see Tracy.

    I have VERY coarse and long hair. I had been going to the same salon for 6 years before I moved to the West Palm area. Its always scary when youre putting your hair into the hands of a new stylist. Ive had some horrible experiences in the past. I was given the recommendation for Scotch Bonnet by a trusted friend. She told me that I could honestly go to any stylist there because they are all so talented. Thats also a huge plus in case I need a last minute appointment. Let me tell you, Ivy did not disappoint. She did such an incredible job with taking the time to really hear my concerns and goals. She just did a really solid cut. The blowout was also stellar, as most people dont know how to deal with my hair. I will be going back to this salon as long as Im living in South Florida.

    Scotch Bonnet never disappoints! From the moment you walk in, they are attentive and friendly. Not only is it super clean but it also is a very chic setting. The stylists are all phenomenal- definitely artists! They will talk through what you want and tell you what it will take to get there. They are also super conscious about how to accomplish what you want without you having to come back every 6 weeks. I can go months before visiting again and my color always looks fresh. If you are picky about you hair and want it done excellently, then this is your place!

    This is the third time Ive been to Scotch Bonnet. So far, Ive seen Tracy and Melissa for color and/or cuts, and I always leave happy. Their standard of quality is what youd expect for West Palm Beach, except everyone is genuinely friendly and real. Ive been showered with unlimited coffee, friendly conversations, recommendations on where to eat when in town and traveling, even cupcakes!     I canā€™t recommend this place enough. Been going here two years I love Ivy and the whole staff.As a male paying a little more for a true professional stylist is well worth it. They helped me as I grew my hair out to 10 inches long and then moving to medium and short styles again. The color was also just what I wanted. It was her suggestion to do the waves and I was very pleased.     I had my hair done by Chelsea and she did an amazing job! I had long, over-processed, dry, damaged hair, and was looking for a chop. Chelsea made sure to ask lots of questions before and throughout the appointment so she could give me the results I was looking for. I left with a fully transformed chic lob which was exactly what I wanted. Chelsea was able to blend my dark roots with my overgrown balayage so I could grow out my hair without adding more damage but still looking stylish.
