    On 1/19/25 I was lucky that Nicole assisted me. She thoughtfully listened to my needs, & then made suggestions that ended up being great solutions! I never once felt that she was trying to sell me things I didn’t need. Nicole is very knowledgeable, professional, resourceful, patient, sincere & caring. Additionally, she had Joanna give me some tips on how to use the benefit ‘brow detailer’ pencil to achieve a more natural look. Turns out I’d been using the wrong color pencil for a year! Joanna’s a very talent makeup artist. Lastly, I appreciate the manager, Nate, for his assistance as well.An all around great crew and great experience.

    The holidays are horrible. There was a worker unfortunately watching me like a thief then when I asked for help she took her poor sweet time! Usually the service here is top tier but today was not so much.General manager is a sweetheart and Janiyah is an angel.

    Been to ulta many times but this time I can for sure say was the best. I have never received exceptional service like I did with Cali at the ulta in tanger outlet. She made me feel so special especially on my birthday. Thank you so much for making my day at ulta and birthday amazing Cali. This girl needs a raise! AMAZING!

    Haylee was amazing and extremely kind and patient with me. Had a $100 gift card to spend and had no idea where to even start, I asked her to color match me (she is sooooo good!) Patiently took me different spots of the store to try different brands, she’s very knowledgeable and detailed oriented. I also dealt with a few other girls and they were so nice too!!! Just such a pleasant experience overall. I haven’t been inside an Ulta in a whileeeee but my next stop is the salon, I totally need a good haircut (my hair is crazy, haven’t had a cut in a while). It’s really hard to find someone that will do a good job, and the girls spoke very highly of the salon so I am excited to give it a try soon. Will take a before and after and update my review.And in regards to Haylee, give this girl a raise!!!!!!!! While she was helping me, about 5-6 people came up to her to ask her brief questions and she was kind to them, and graciously was able to multitask and get everyone’s questions answered. Employees like her, rarely exists anymore, people come in, collect a paycheck but don’t really enjoy their job. If she was in the dental field I would have snatched her in heartbeat!

    I went with my girlfriend to the store and was greeted by Martha. She was AMAZING! Her customer service was immaculate and she made us feel so good and her advice on products was great! Go see Martha if you are going to this store! As an esthetician she was very professional and she was very knowledgeable! She goes above and beyond with customers and I hope she’s next in line for a promotion because she is invaluable as an employee

    My experience was so nice overall. They were in the middle of a switch/restock so that was kind of sucky due to a lot of products models not being out or crowdedness. But what felt like a bright light when I was about to give up was Martha! She’s a pro beauty advisor and she taught me so much. I left with affordable products that I feel knowledgeable and confident about because she took the time to educate me and not sell me. Her bubbly and warm personality made it so easy to talk to her about my skincare needs but also our lives. I hope they keep her around this store more often than others so I can come back and tell my friend how well the products are working!

    I got my hair done Wednesday by Jessica G. She did such an amazing job! I even missed my first appointment & she was kind enough to reschedule me for later that day. She is so proficient in color & cuts, she’s a master stylist, I have never loved a hair cut & color this much. She knew exactly what I wanted, and did it flawlessly. She is the only person who was able to get the blue out of my hair. I will definitely be going back to her, she’s my new stylist. If you are in south Florida you must go see her! Also it’s super fun to get your hair done & shop around ulta after! Thanks again Jess you are the bestttt!!!

    When I usually go to this store, I tend to have a negative experience. Workers wouldnt help or they would give me attitude.Fortunately, the last time I was there, an associate named Janelly helped me out and made shopping there a positive experience for a change.     I just have to say when I went in today Martha Came up to me and help me out tremendously!! finding me a metallic look for my lips although they dont carry metallic lipstick she helped me to finally getting the look I was seeking for!!! she even went as far as to help make the look even better and I was so excited very thankful ,and Ulta is very blessed to have Martha as one of their Best employees!!!!She did Amazing helped me out for a long time didnt give up on me and for that Im very grateful!!

    I love this store, everyone is always great but my visit today was really wonderful. Catherine helped me find all kinds of things I needed. She was the only manager on duty at the time and kept having to stop for different things but she was so knowledgeable and helpful that I didnt mind. She was also very kind. Ill definitely be back and I hope to see her again.

    Bought a lipstick gloss. Paid $16 for it. Used it the next day after purchasing it. I was not happy, This lipstick was burning my lips like fire, didnt know what to do. Wrote to the manufacturer never even got a response for what to do. Didnt want to be out of $16 that I didnt like, so I called the store and I was able to exchange it . Thank you ulta you made my day. Very grateful 🥰. I will return to get more future lipstick that I found there.

    Im giving them five stars because they always seem to have exactly what I need... However it is a very small store and for a large person like myself Im 61 it is very cramped to walk in the aisles I feel like Im knocking things over.The staff there is very friendly and very accommodating to the guests that are there and you always feel so welcomed that, as small as the store is, you dont want to leave because it is such a warm greeting that you receive.

    Went there to fix my bad diy bleach job. ( life got crazy what can I say)😉. Devan did my hair and I cant believe she was able to fix me!! I was in tears when I got outside because I could finally wear my hair down again. Never had a cut or color I was so happy about until Devan. . I never do reviews but I felt I had to let people know about her. Super nice and helpful. I dont live here but I would drive the 2 hours to get my hair done see by her again. Management was awesome as well, they got me an appointment last minute. Thank you Devan!!! I took a selfie by the beach and didnt have to hide my hair!!! Happy happy

    The store smells like a million bucks when you walk in. Its very clean and well recovered. Products are easy to find but items on sale were hard to locate because they didnt have sales stickers in front of them. I knew the products I wanted to buy were on sale because I saw the sales online. However, the staff is so friendly and helpful here that they walk right up n ask you if you need help or a basket. I left happy and satisfied.

    Omar was great! I haven’t received customer service like this at an Ulta in years. It was so nice being acknowledged. I told him what I was looking for and he went above and beyond by getting me what I needed. I didn’t feel rushed and I’m extremely content with what I purchased today.     Ulta beauty is a great store and had a large about of inventory. I wish they’d set up their stores to carry the same items consistently. It would also be nice if they ran sales on their big name brands. % off coupons more frequently would be appreciated also. I find the floor help to be very courteous. However the associates at the register never seem to ask if I’d like to use my points, of to see if I have any questions before checking out. They’re always rushed.

    Serena provides excellent costumer service! Very rare to find someone these days who is willing to help and has the knowledge. She recommended me some products that exceeded the results of the ones a dermatologist prescribed for me. She took the time to explain in detail all about these products and understood my problem.

    Pleasantly surprised today. For it being the holiday season, the store was actually pretty clean as far as the products that were on display. My only issue was the fragrance section. So many of them either had no product in them or were missing the spray apparatus. Since I was there primarily to purchase colognes and wanted to smell them before purchasing I walked away empty handed on that front. But I still spent a lot since the associates were so helpful and an absolute joy to be around! I enjoy this store versus the one on St. Rd. 7. They can be a little snippy in that particular location.

    I’m not a makeup person at all but I have a cut on my face and wanted to cover it up!!! After all, it is my birthday 😊 I walked in and came across Jamoy. I showed her my cut and told her what I needed. Without hesitation, she went and grabbed a concealer. It blended perfectly with my chocolate skin tone!!! I couldn’t even tell there is a blemish on my face! She was very pleasant to work with. If I ever decide to really do the makeup thing, I would definitely go back to Ulta on Palm Beach Lakes!!!!!

    Yamil was awesome! He gave a full product advisory during my visit. He was giving all of us his best recommendations on products. He excelled in the products he choose for my trip to Orlando.     After being at 3 different Sephora stores looking for the right special occasion face makeup foundation I finally found the right one!! Thanks to the help of Omar he directed me to the correct products that would work perfectly on my skin!!! He also found the right shade that matches. I wish I had come here first and especially found Omar to help me with this. He really knows his cosmetics and how to prepare and apply them extremely well. I had on my list of things I needed and asked his opinion, he not only gave me his opinion because he knew how those products worked but he gave me better choices from other brands that I didn’t know about. He demonstrated how to prepare the makeup and when I came home it still looks so good. I’m really excited about using my new cosmetic purchases. Thank you Omar!

    Thank you, thank you, thank you! Im posting this solely because of the help I received from Philip today. I have walked into Ultas previously and found it overwhelming and ended up empty handed. This time Philip sat me down and spent some extra time with me to find exactly what I needed. The store seemed like it could have used some more associates, especially with Christmas around the corner but I really appreciated the time and help I received today. I purchased everything I had set out to buy (foundation, brushes, primer) plus a little extra (lips and brows). I will definitely be visiting this Ulta again even if it is a little farther from me. Great experience.

    Sophia from the skin care department is an absolute angel!!! Soo kind hearted and dedicated with her work. She goes above and beyond to insure I’m getting the proper treatment for my skin, I’ve been going for a while now and I’ve had extremely bad congested acne and it’s been clearly up so nice now because of her! Absolutely recommend Her for anyone who is need of any skin care treatment/help!

    I had the best experience today with Rebecca, the new stylist in the salon section of Ulta. I am new to Florida and had a bad highlight job from this morning from a different salon I found on google and I came in Ulta upset looking for solutions and any help possible. She had a client already but calmed me down and set an appointment for me with her to solve my hair issue. It came out beautifully and she is definitely an expertise, I have definitely found my hairdresser for Florida, thank you again Rebecca-Casey

    Ulta has a nice selection of items. They have expensive brands and not so expensive brands which is why I like to shop there. The only complaint I have is that there have been a few times where the product I wanted was not in stock. Other than that I really enjoy going there.

    I would like to give a commendation to Anne Marie Williams in the Salon for her expertise. I am not a fan of trying someone new for my hair, but when I saw the magic that Anne Marie made on other peoples hair, I had to give her a try. It was a wonderful move to have her cut, color, style, my hair. I am extremely fussy about who gets to touch my hair and Anne Marie knew exactly how to make me feel like the best self possible when I leave. She is so proficient that she was able to remove the extensions Ive been having put in for the past four years since she was able to give me the same style & volume without them. I see Anne Marie at least 2-3 times a week. I was recently operated on and very few people would have been able to navigate a situation like that and give me back my normal hairstyle in spite of stitches &staples. I am so grateful that I found her and ulta is lucky to attract that kind of talent .

    I am writing this review for all the blondes out there! I have recently moved down here from Massachusetts and was looking for a new hair stylist. I’ve asked around and got some quotes, but they gave me ridiculous prices every time. I dye my hair blonde and it’s a 2 time process (bleach included). I used to do it al Ulta back in MA so I am familiar with the products they use. Since I could’t find anything in my budget, I called Ulta one day and asked for someone that can do blonde. And so I ended up on Dominique’s hands. And I am glad I did! I like my blonde to be ashy and totally hate when it ends up being orange! Dominique literally read my mind. I have the most beautiful ashy blonde and got a lot of compliments on it. She was extremely nice too. At first my scalp couldn’t take the dye mix, it felt like burning. She immediately washed it off, and changed the mix. I never felt once like I was an inconvenience and didn’t get any rolled eyes. She was apologizing even if it wasn’t her fault, how would she know it will burn me? So if you want a nice and affordable color, book with Dominique! Also with the haircut, she always double checked before cutting and she was the only hairstylist I ever met that understood how important it was to be parted right. The store itself seems understocked with a lot of stuff, comparing to other Ulta’s I’ve been to.

    After having a horrible experience at the PGA location, I drove the extra distance to this location. Completely opposite experience -in a good way. The staff was friendly, helpful, and the store was well stocked and organized.

    I went to ulta for change. My hair was damaged and Anne Marie worked wonders on my hair. She is a highly talented lady and very good at what she does. I give her a 5 star rating. If you want your hair done correctly Anne Marie is the go to girl.

    Phenomenal place to buy beauty supplies... I had no idea what to buy my daughter for Christmas.. I found half of what I needed here.. and the employees are so incredibly helpful and attentive.. they didnt have exactly what I wanted out... and she had no problem going to the back and checking for me... it was a very good experience.

    Anne Marie Williams, in the salon, is AMAZING! She has done my highlights a few times- and every time the colors are perfect and my hair is never damaged like some places. My cut is also fantastic.

    Sophia Manolis did a deep pore cleansing facial on face and my face felt soft, supply and radiant after. She took out all the black heads and white heads and cleaned out my pores so well that my open pores closed. She is one talented esthetician.
